They're very good at what they do and they're very nice and polite caring people and they always fix whatever's going on with your vehicle they're they're a good place to be going when you need anything I recommend them 100%

Took in our dodge Dakota sport for front suspension work.Tim and blain treated me right.Did fantastic work.I recommend them to anyone.Although wished the cost was lower but still was all in all excellent quality work A+

Man what can I say when everything is going wrong and every other tire shop in town makes things difficult (I m new in town ) I tried Jackson tires I was able to pay over the phone drop my car on my lunch I offered to pay them for a ride back to work the gentleman who attend me said no need to pay extra we appreciate your business and he also said they will figure out how to get me vehicle back since I get out after they close i recommend a 100%

Jackson Tire is always helpful and polite. They're always busy, so you'll have to wait, but it's worth it. Great service and great owners!!

Called to get my son in for alignment, they were booked full for the day. The guy said go ahead and bring the vehicle in, we ll try to squeeze him in since he s got school & whatnot. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! Thank you Jackson Tire Family!! Y all are the best.

Called to set up an appointment and they told me to just bring my truck in and they will get it taken care of. Very flexible getting vehicles in to have work done. I m sure it depends on what service is needed, but they ve been very easy to work with.

Highly recommended! Excellent service, very friendly and helpful folks, ever last one of them! This was my first time experience, and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future, in spite of living 70 miles away. Even though my time there overlaps their closing time at 5:00, they continued to assist and answer every question I had on an odd tire size. Never felt pushed or rushed to get out of there due to wanting to close the business for the day. They have an awesome lounge/ set up while waiting. They are also very reasonable with their price!

The service was excellent!! I was there for about 45 min. They helped me out with my car..even added more windshield washer fluid. 2 tires down...1 more to go! I will continue to purchase my tires at Jackson Tire!!

Very good work. Good communication. A little longer wait than I like but to be expected with a very busy place. I'd rather have good, honest work at a wait than shawty work fast. They apologized several times to me about the time it took even though I had them do double the work than I first made the appointment for. They're reasonably priced and very courteous. I will definitely use them again if needed!

VERY NICE AND QUICK SERVICE.One of my driver had a bad tire. I called Jackson Tire spoke with Tim. He gave me a very good deal on the tire and fast service. I appreciate business who are honest and have true concerns for their customers needs. Jackson Tire is one of those businesses.

Waited 3 hours with an appointment. They said they couldn t get the alignment done right because of a lift I ve had since I bought the truck years ago. We ve had it aligned several times and no other shop has told us this before.They wanted to charge us an extra $75 to cut a tie rod down to make the alignment good and my husband said it would take him 10 minutes to do that himself without the shop and equipment they have to do it. Well, hopefully the alignment is close at least so my new tires last. Can t wait to get our own alignment tools! It s going to save us a lot of time and hassle! I m so skeptical with shops because every single time I step foot in one, I get some story about how I need to spend more money. Drives me crazy.

I moved to Carthage several years ago and Jackson has become my go-to for tires and the other services that they offer. I like Blaine he always takes care of me and gives me a fair deal when I need to use tire. Good folks.

Always very fast! Have never had a complaint. In the winter they put my snow tires on my car. They also doy inspections for when i have to get my car tagged. Always very affordable and friendly.

Very helpful nice guys good prices great selection on wheels and tires. The only issue I have is there time frames are crazy they will tell you it's going to take an hour and it will take 6. So as long as you can drop your car off that's better because you will be waiting if you don't.

Courteous staff quick work nice wait area. Little wait time we were in within 10 min of our appointed time. Most other automotive places are like Dr. Office visit where you wait for two hours for something that either can't be taken care of at that time or nothings wrong but you still get a huge ticket.Jackson tire isn't like that at all. We'll be back!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while employees came and went helping others,but I wasn't so much as even acknowledged as being there. Several other customers were cutting back on the work to have done due to the excessive wait times. I took my business elsewhere and it was done in less time than I wasted standing there waiting to even be acknowledged.

Great service! Goes above and beyond! Had my babies in the car on a particularly cold day and my low tire pressure light came on. Called them and told them the deal and no questions asked they came out to me too inspect my tires and aired them up. Didn t even have to get out. Love the small town service
