Ah man, I hope I can paint you guys a bit of this lovely place and its exceptional employees.Dry Fork Diesel and Auto, welcomed me exceptionally. Their accommodating and friendly staff serve their customers with compassion. My truck broke down two miles from their location, and they've been with me every step of the way, from when I brought my truck to the shop, to diagnosing the issue, providing an estimate, finding the parts asap, and ultimately repairing it. They ve put lots of efforts into getting me back on the road, so I don t be late with my load and waste days in that town and I honestly am grateful for that and many more. They go above and beyond by offering courtesy cars to OTR drivers whose trucks stay overnight in the shop, allowing them to access hotels and other necessary amenities at no extra cost. Such impeccable service is very rare to find these days, and the team at Dry Fork Diesel, from management to all staff members like Rachel and Ethan, deserve sincere appreciation. Thank you!

If we had to break down it couldn't have happened in a better spot. The employees here are exceptional! They made it feel like we were their only customers and getting us back on the road was their only priority, despite clearing having plenty of other customers. Were thorough in checking over the vehicle but never felt like they were trying to sell us on things we didn't need either.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Dry Fork s crew. Brought in my Ram 2500 for a standard oil change. I had made an appointment and they took the truck back right away. The waiting room is lovely with coffee and water. 30 minutes later and I was back in the road. Thank you Dry Fork!

Been coming to dry fork diesel for several years now. To get my oil changed. They do a good job, are polite friendly, They look your car over let you know of any Maintenance it may need in the future. A complete top-notch bunch. With good prices on their tires. Call Darren he will take care of you.

Complex front end work on my truck. Others could not fix it. Very knowledgeable - that gave me confidence. They were able to stay within their estimate so no surprises! The really nice thing was that they called me every few days to keep me up to date as decisions had to be made. The communication is the main reason I will come back along with meeting the budget. Top notch customer service! The communication is next level. I get reminders to get my truck in and then they always greet you with a big smile. They are efficient and precise, and the mailers they send out keep you engaged as well. Highly recommend servicing your vehicles here if you enjoy outstanding customer service!

I came into Dry Fork shop in my tractor trailer. Has 3 lights on the dash engine light, check engine light these are two different lights and my DEF amber light was on. I was in derate mode. ( no power). Dry Fort personally got right on the job. Tissue was great because I had already lost two hours at the pilot truck stop trying to get the truck to go forward. A mobile truck came to the pilot and told me I had 14 codes and they couldn't do me much good because they didn't have the equipment to fix it. They did get me enough go to get to the Dry Fork shop. My truck was in derate again I was doing good to get 50 mph. The mobile truck highly recommended the Dry Fork shop which was in the direction i needed to go 1 1/2 hours later I'm back on the road with full power. Special thanks to Racheal she was awesome, kept me posted on the progress of the repair. The mechanic found a shorted wire in wire harness. The tractor has been running great. This is a great shoo to go to with your semi, and they also work on cars, suv's and pickups. I highly recommend Dry Fork. These days it's hard to find great service with nice folks and they do thier job well. Dry Fork saved the day. Again thank you Racheal. Very professional people.They have a garage door that says ( WE CAN HELP) and they do that. Didn't get to talk to the technician but thank you sir very much nice job

Had a coolant line break on a Volvo during a storm in the middle of the nightCalled them 1st thing in the morning and I was on the road before noon Service guy was nice and well knowledgeable about what he was doing.He arrived to take off the part and was back within an hr with replacementThank you for your help and services

Did the Pre/Post vehicle sale inspection. TOTALLY worth it, such a minimal cost to have them go thru the vehicle to know what s going on, if anything, before purchase. They went above and beyond to check EVERYTHING, didn t expect them to be so through but very glad they did!Highly recommend you have them look at your potential vehicle purchase or after you buy a used one to know everything about what you re getting ready to buy or save you from buying a lemon.

Dry Fork saveed me thousands of dollars.. Took my vehicle to neosho dealership Where they quoted me eighteen hundred dollars worth of repair so got a second opinion from this place and it wasn't even what they quoted me That was wrong the gentleman that helped us knew within 5 minutes. What was wrong with the vehicle? And it was only five hundred dollars to repair thank you For being so knowledgeable and helpful. I'll continue to take my vehicle here.

Did nothing except initial look, charged nothing after asking me how much money I had if they got in there to find things to be more expensive. Then asked me how much money I had now. I was financed for up to $500 and put more back but i wasn t comfortable telling them how much more I had. Then they asked me if it was going to be $5-10 grand to fix something they had not completely figured out yet how quickly could I come up with that money. I left with a broken car and some phone numbers for other mechanics.

I just want to say what aswome people and this company are they fix my truck had another issue nothing to do with what they fixed call me back twice to tell me what the issue was and how to fix it. You don't find that type of service these day and didnt even charge me for there time and knowledge. I will bring all my equipment to this awesome company in the future again thanks for all your help with my truck
