UPDATE: I spoke to the general manager around the time of this review. He said they do not make any money on warranty work and I should get my RV repaired in Springfield (local to me). BTW, there is not a Flagstaff Micro Lite dealer in Springfield.They do not stand behind their work. They make money on the sale of the product and that is more than enough to make up for any lack of profit on warranty work. Very poor business practice..Absolute worst buying experience of my life. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wish I could give Negative 10 stars.Long story short, dealing with them has been nothing but a headache. Please heed this warning for your own sanity. DO NOT purchase anything from Consignment RVWe have had issues ever since we purchased our brand new 2022 travel trailer new from Consignment RV in October 2021 I have had it back for repairs at least five or six times and things are still not resolved. Not enough room to document everything but here s an example from our most recent encounter with them. This is not a one or two time issue but a cycle that has REPEATED OVER AND OVER!Dropped off trailer 3/02//2022 for repairsCalled on 4/12/2022 for a status and was told that *** had left a message several days ago that it is ready to pick up and everything is good.4/14/2022: Went to pick up the trailer and found that repairs were not complete. I had reported that the 30 amp power cord would not screw in.They told me there was not an issue. I asked them to show me how to attach it. When I pulled it around to the service pad.the service tech came out and started assembling the steps on the ladder. He said it was not ready and he didn t know why they called me.- Ladder stairs not painted- Rear storage latch still not functioning (Tech said it is fixed, and previously when we brought it in he said it was not broke, wrong! It spins 360 degrees just like the first time I brought it in)- Door stop/guide for bedroom door not replaced - but non- standard door stop added outside front entry door which serves no purpose, the trailer did not come with a door stop there and it is not needed. (What in the world?)- Water leak under the kitchen sink was not addressed.- 30 amp power cord is still nearly impossible to connect to the trailer.Discussed issues with Service Manager, let him know that I explained the needed repairs in detail with *** and showed him in person each item that needs repair. Told Service Manager I was very disappointed in the service I received and would not be doing any more business with them.I let him know at that time I would need the camper by 4/27/2022Left trailer at Consignment RVPicked up 4/27/2022 - the trailer is still not ready.Parts on order, parts have been shippedFound that trailer jack base was bent and it was not that way when I dropped it off. Showed this to **** before hitching up and he agreed to replace it.Returned trailer to Consignment RV 5/4/2022Rear Left/Drivers side brake still locking up, not addressed as asked when dropped off.Picked up trailer approximately 5/17/22. Took camping last weekend.First time I used the bedroom door it got stuck open. I found that they installed the door track incorrectly which caused the door to be stuck open. The track did not need to be replaced. Absolutely not the issue we brought it in for. They put a extra wood screw on an angle through the track (not standard) Once the roller passes over it it will not go back, the door is permanently stuck in the open position you have to take the door off to fix the problem.I have had multiple problems before this round with them. Each one ends up costing me at least four hours of my time, $75 in gas and a huge headache. And I m sure you re getting tired of reading it by now as I am getting tired of writing it.Long story short, dealing with them has been nothing but a headache. Please heed this warning for your own sanity. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CONSIGNMENT RV SALES.

We recently purchased a 2020 Forrest River Flagstaff with Consignment RV Sales. The price, sales team, and customer service were great from the start. Dave, the Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and has years of experience with RV's. He did not pressure us or make us feel rushed on a Saturday at 2:45 (before closing @ 3pm). Jeff from the service dept. was 100% GREAT! He took his time and walked us through every part of the RV. He was very patient as we were first time RV owners and had lots of questions. He even did a last minute installation in the rain. He and Dave deserve a raise:) Thank you Consignment RV Sales for a wonderful experience!

Great service! We bought our first travel trailer from Sean. The service team was great training us on the how to s . We drove 1,343 miles to pick up our trailer, then 1,343 towing it home, 2,700 miles round trip. We used the trailer on the way back home. Everything was great except the batteries are bad. The first night I had to get up every hour to turn on the car so we could keep the furnace going. Second night we stayed at a park so we could have power hook up s that was awesome compared with getting up every hour.We have been spending lots of money on amazon to get it ready for the family to take out and I can t wait to use it. We will have to stick to parks until we can get new batteries though.

Our son had tried for months to sell his RV without success. Found this business on Google. Called and spoke with Shawn. We set an appointment. On arrival he met us at the door. We were greatly surprised when the GM made a cash offer. 45 minutes later. Our son left with a check, and no more worries about selling this rig. Can't say enough about how nice everyone was. Highly recommend! Very nice selection of RVs. Check them out

Nothing but great praise for Consignment RV Sales. Salesman named Dave met us out while we were looking and provided us a copy of what we were looking at. Did not give us any pressure and answered all our questions. Went inside and the sales team answered all our questions. Was a very good experience shopping.

We just purchased a new Arctic Wolf from Sean. This was the best experience I have ever had while buying anything from a distance. Once everything was in place to make the purchase they contacted me to let me know. I arrived at the location, Seth was very helpful with my walk Thru and explained everything very well. Aaron got me in and out with paperwork in lest then five minutes. These guys are not high pressure and do not try to sell you more then you needs. I recommend them to you for your next RV purchase. Thanks guys. I drove 1650 miles round trip and I would do it again!!!

Absolutely useless for selling your RV. If you're trying to sell your RV my advice is don't waste your time. Brought it to these guys at end of January, four months later not one bite. They offer no help or suggestions for how to make it sell faster. They price the vehicles way too high and as the owner you have no input as to the sales price. They are all ears when I want to lower the price on my end but they will not accept any input as to the price they are selling it at. I'm not sure what the business model here is...it's all gravy for them wouldn't they want to turn these things over as quickly as possible? Instead the strategy seems to be price things way too high then get the owner to keep reducing their price because it hasn't sold, so their profits increase, all the while your camper is depreciating in value. They put 0 effort into marketing. The advertisement text was cut and pasted incorrectly, the wrong features were listed. We went up there to make things more presentable and they didn't bother updating the pictures. The contract expires a month ago and no call from them, nothing. They said they would take care of some things and when we went to pick it up nothing had been done. 0 effort, 0 results, 100% time wasters that have no interest in selling your RV in any short amount of time. They don't care and it's painfully obvious. Run, don't walk away.

On June 20, 2022 I purchased on consignment a 2007 Forest River Flagstaff travel trailer. My experience overall was good. Most of the staff, including Shawn (the salesman I worked with), Brett (the General Manager), and Seth (who did the walkthrough with me) were friendly, courteous, and professional throughout. I was disappointed in the end, however, about how things played out about getting the title to the trailer. I was told that once my check cleared the title would be mailed out to me. When the title did not come in the mail after a long time, I checked to see if the check had cleared. It had been 13 days since my bank paid the check. So I called Consignment RV and asked when I might receive the title. I was told that they had to confirm my address before sending the title. (They did NOT forewarn me about the need to do that when I bought the trailer.) When I asked why they had not called me to confirm my address, I was told a fishy-sounding story about how they had tried but could not get through and could not leave a voicemail. I find that hard to believe--no one else has reported anything like that in regard to reaching me on my cell number or leaving a voicemail. There was no apology about the delay, just what felt to me like a defensive attitude. So, that left me with not the best impression about this business, after all. I might have given them a four- or five-star rating, but this sloppy, unprofessional way of operating prevents me from doing so.

We received unprofessional salesmanship with Sean. He showed a better than you attitude and stern about not showing the unit if not paying full price from the start. Save your time and deal with fun and creative salesmanship away from Consignment RV.

Great buying experience! Every person I encountered, from the salesman to the shop hand, was extremely helpful and focused on getting me on the road with everything I needed. I can t say enough about the honesty and integrity that I experienced. Brett helped our family pick out the trailer that was best suited for us. The financing options were fantastic and it was a no-brainer for us to buy a trailer here knowing that if we had any issues that would do everything possible to get it resolved. If you want an RV, this is the place to shop!

This company was unbelievably helpful! They were so good at explaining and taking us through the process...no matter how many questions I asked they were so patient and courteous. A friend had recommended them, and had raved about them....and he certainly was right about this recommendation! We can t thank him and them enough! Special thanks to Mariah, but everyone we worked with was great. BTW....our camper sold in less than a day...as did our friend s camper!

I contacted quite a number of dealers for quotes on the trailer I wanted. I like to do my research and initial interactions online as I don't have a lot of patience with dealers and salespeople. Dave responded to my query and was very polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions and emails (there were a lot of emails :). I was extremely skeptical of the price they gave me since the dealers around me were quoting over $5000 more for the same trailer. When Dave said the quote he gave me was the exact cost out-the-door, I was still skeptical. When he said the cost included batteries, propane, and a fresh tank of water, I was surprised! To close out all of the paperwork, I was handed over to Hannah. Since I lived a few states away, I wanted everything sorted out before I arrived. She was polite and provided me with all of the documentation that I needed to sort out my financing. She did the usual extended warranty pitch which I politely declined. I was ready for the heavy-handed push for the extended warranty, but I was pleasantly surprised when there wasn't one. There was even a last minute issue with my lender and she patiently worked with me to sort it all out before I left. When I arrived to pick up my trailer, everything was ready to go. I received a full walk through of all of the features along with a lot of useful advice on how to get the most out of my RV experience. End-to-end, the entire process of working with them was fantastic. I'm usually a big proponent of buying local, but I'll definitely reach out to them on my next RV purchase even though I am 800 miles away.

We borrowed our brother's RV for our vacation in Branson. Our family loved it so much that we decided to shop around for an RV while in Branson just to see what we could find. We found Consignment RV Sales and purchased the perfect RV for our family. We worked with Sean and Aaron who did everything to make our process smooth. They both were amazing to work with.

Everyone at Consignment RV Sales was very nice. They have great RVs and fantastic prices! Hannah helped with the financing even though we ended up getting the loan through our own bank, she made sure everything was ready when we picked it up. Our sales person had a lot of knowledge about the different trailers and helped us to find the right one for us. Thank you RV Consignment for all the help!!

My wife and I were in the market for a travel trailer which was bigger than our current model. We had some size limitations in mind and had done our research online so we knew which models may fit into what we wanted. Mariah was the sales rep who responded to our online inquiry about a model they had. That model was sold before we had a chance to see it but she shared the model types they had on order (something no order dealer did) and then called us when the model we were interested in seeing arrived. Closing the deal was easy and straight forward. Their price was comparable to other dealers and fair. We haven't had much follow-up since the sale but the little we have was quick and positive.

Shout out for Consignment Rv Sales. My wife and I bought a new Toy Hauler and decided to sell our Jayco Hybrid of course it made more sense to sell it than trade it in on a new one. I took it to Consignment Rv and they sold it for what I wanted out of it. They are very knowledgeable about current values and selling trends. Oh yeah, it sold in like three weeks. We had the absolute most amazing service appointment. These guys know their stuff. In a time where everyone is overbooked , they got us in and competed the repairs with record breaking time. I absolutely highly recommend Colton in service and his repair guys. Every single one was professional, courteous and knew what do to get the job done. Fabulous place!!!

Rare these days to have a salesmen like Sean listen to this picky older woman, wanting window in front of sink and floor plan of a home with slides to make it seem roomy and livable and he had the exact one in mind! He wasn t pushy or shady on the condition of camper that was exactly as I requested! All of the team from Sean, Hannah, & Jeff had much southern hospitality with understanding and compassion for the big purchase of mine. I will recommend all my family friends and others needing campers RV or motor homes to Consignment RV Sales in a heartbeat ! Thank y all for great experience and a great residential bumper pull travel trailer!

Colton and the gang at Consignment RV S service department are amazing. They are honest with the costs, time needed and expectations. We ve had them do a couple of things to our fifth wheel and each time the service times have been excellent, the cost very reasonable. We are always kept in the loop on what s happening. I can t say enough about how lucky we are to have found this place. Thanks a lot for your help and information

If you wish to consign an RV I highly recommend Consignment RV Sales in Carthage Missouri. After calling a few RV dealerships about consigning my RV, including the dealership that sold me the RV (who advertised on their website that they do wholesaling but completely ignored requests on my part to use them for this process), Sean from Consignment RV made this experience very easy for me. He was upfront about what proceeds to expect (which turned out to be the higher end of the amount he said it would fall between) and the whole process took just over one month to complete. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Had an okay experience selling a 5th wheel through them. But I guess a Class A is a little too complicated. They had somehow drained the batteries which caused issues with control panel for the transmission. When they jumped it they bent the battery compartment door and ripped the latch out. They also claimed that the generator wouldn't start, which is the case if you do not turn on the valve that supplies propane to the generator. Also somehow the owners manuals and receipts all disappeared from inside the RV. Mariah was great to deal with though, I have no complaints about anything that she handled.

Update to below post - we just returned from getting our camper fixed at Consignment RV. The manager was very kind and listened to our complaints. He took care of our problems and helped us with additional work we wanted done. We learned not to let ourselves be rushed and I think they learned to explain things more clearly and not rush through themselves. I will return if we ever decide to purchase another camper.Purchased camper and hitch just to discover hitch was not put in satisfactorily when we got home. We had to have additional bolts and spacers (there were no spacers) for extra $$. Luckily we figured that out before something terrible happened. The bedroom slide wouldn't work when we got home (we had asked about it grinding when we did the walk through - Was told it needed oiled). We called and they said they would replace the motor but we haven't heard back from them after they said they needed to order the part. Battery water was low; tire pressure was low even though we asked bout it. Was 1/2 full of gray water upon pick up when it should have been empty. When we went to empty it and took off the cap, nasty water splattered all over us. I would have understood it if we had bought from an individual but the salesman had said they would make sure everything worked satisfactorily. If you purchase here, make sure you open/close every thing and don't rely upon them for anything. I wanted this to be a great experience but it was not.

I gave them a "C" because they were about a 50/50 experience. The customer service/sales staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful, they always answered a call, never too busy to answer a question, or make you feel understood. The pricing, however, was a bit high esp on the used campers. All in all, nice folks.

My husband and I have been looking for just the right camping trailer we could agree on for quite some time . While on a trip to Texas we found the one We BOTH loved. However the price was little over our budget. We Came home and that following Saturday visited Consignment RV sales. They had the exact same 2019 Open Range trailer for $4,000.00 less. The people there are very accommodating, nice and gave us a great deal! Thank you Dave for all you did to get us in our new camper. So exited to go camping!

I brought in my 2019 Hideout for water heater issues. I had purchased this trailer from a different dealer in Oklahoma. I called the dealer I purchased it from several times to schedule to bring it in to get fixed. Everytime I called they told me the would have service call me back. I called at least six different times within a week. Even went on their Facebook page and messaged them. Still not a call back from them. I called Consignment RV and told them my issue. They said they don't normally do outside warranty work, but after talking to service dept about my issues with the dealer I had purchased it from, they said to bring it in. Consignment RV went above and beyond to fix my issue with no questions asked and turned it in to warranty. These guys have definitely earned my business from here on out. Now my only wish is that I had bought my trailer from them. Outstanding service dept. Thank you Consignment RV. I will definitely be back!! Oh by the way. When I first called Consignment RV. The person took my number and said someone would call me back. 10 minutes later I got a call. Now that is service!!
