They opened the lot for us after it was already closed. The owner was extremely nice and did not seem irritated that we had disturbed him at home. We much appreciate him.

I have a few BMW M3's that require special attention when needing towed. Bill at Cardinal Towing is the only one that I trust with my vehicles. He is a straight shooter, honest and caring. He takes pride in making sure that you are happy with his service and always does an outstanding job. If you find yourself in the unfortunate event of needing your vehicle towed, call Bill. It will be one less thing that you will have to worry about.

Excellent service! He used special sleds to load my son's truck onto the flatbed so the new tires would not be ruined by sliding (because the rear end was locked up). He hooked up everything so as not to damage it, even though it's an older truck. To top it off, he recommended a mechanic to fix the truck. Highly recommended and will call again if needed.

Tyler was great. He thoughtfully brought us cold water when we were stranded on the side of the road in 90 degree weather. He quickly and efficiently loaded our car and delivered it safely. Thanks for a great job, well done.

During covid-19 shut down we needed road assistance and a mechanic. Billy was the first and only towing company we were able to get a hold of. Being a fellow MN was just a perk to his customer service quality. He was quick, took us to his reliable recommended mechanic, and drove us to get a rental while awaiting auto repairs. Saved our butts! Thanks Billy!

Had them take my wife's car to an auto repair shop in Carthage. With my work schedule, it was difficult to be at home when they came to get it. I called and was able to pay over the phone and schedule a pick up. We made arrangements for the car keys ahead of time. They delivered our vehicle to the shop, and I was able to not miss any work over it. They were very courteous, and thanked me for my business.

Absolutely amazing. I was broke down on the highway for nearly 2 hours in below freezing temps--calling tow companies for a jumpstart and they all wanted anywhere from $65-$80. He worked with me and was to my rescue in 20 minutes. He was a godsend, and I'd go as far to say definitely my hero tonight. Thank you!

I needed a tow truck this morning on my way to work. I called a few places and he was the quickest getting there. This guy was super cool and friendly and was able to help get my truck where I needed it to. If you need a good reliable tow company, these guys are great. Thanks

Called them and was there in less than 30 minutes. Courteous and caring. Helped me tremendously.This is definitely my go-to towing company.Do yourself a favor and program them in your phone today.

The driver showed up and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The mechanic he took our car to said as much too. He hoped that he would never have to deal with him again. Use someone else if at all possible. I have 4 witnesses to his conduct and it appears that if you have honest valid complaints and concerns they call you a liar and respond in a rude manner. That should tell you something about this "business".

My car broke down on the side of 71 just past MoKAN. Driver was furious that it was on highway. Kept saying over and over how he hated it and I should have moved the car. Would have been great IF THE CAR RAN! Very rough with the vehicle and continued to berate me for having a car breakdown on the side of highway. Took it to repair shop where he was rude to the mechanic and refused to put the vehicle where they requested. That mechanic stated he would never use that service or recommend them. Paid $125 to be berated, complained at, have my car handled roughly, and insulted the mechanic. Will NEVER call this company again.In response to yours, keep in mind that you have a job to do. I am so sorry that a car broke down on the side of the highway. When I called you, a shredded tire was what we knew was wrong. After you were contacted, my family attempted to move the car to a safe place, after my elderly mother fell into a ditch full of ice cold water. There is no shoulder on I71 as most people know, especially for a car that will not run. The car, which we know was damaged from the tire being shredded and ripping part of the bumper off, refused to keep running. Low oil pressure lights came on and it WOULD NOT RUN. It would start for a minute, made horrible sounds, then died. Yes it was in a bad location but not by choice. So sorry you had to do a job. In fact, you wanted my brother to help you do YOUR job. Yes, I parked behind the car, with my lights flashing. You wanted us to meet you at the car. You refused to talk to me when you arrived. It was only later when you sat in your dry cab and had me come to you in the rain that I was able to tell you it was not running. Get your story straight. You could have refused. In fact, we almost told you to go after it was apparent you did not want to be there. We were in need, broken down, in the rain, on the side of a highway. You, sir, are a towing company. Sometimes it is not to your liking. Trust me, you were not to ours. The mechanic said you came into his shop with an attitude, complaining about the call. You were rude to him. You were rude to me in the cab. Yes you were rough on the car, wrenching the wheel as hard as you could. If you don't like your job, change. From the previous reviewer, they had the same issue as we did . Maybe reading the reviews to see what is said instead of making assumptions should be the point of these reviews.Bottom line, if you do not like a negative review that was honest and witnessed by multiple people and other business owners, act like the review you want.

This place is awesome. I called and spoke to Bill and he helped me get my truck running without and didn't try to rip me off. The people here are very helpful and will try to help you without making you pay hundreds of dollars. I recommend this place to every trucker that comes thru Joplin and need help. Best place ever!!!!!!!

I would recommend these guys to literally anybody, today I blew a head gasket on the side of the highway these guys realized the trouble I was in and got to me within 15 minutes and pulled off the side of the highway they worked extemely quick they didn't gouge at me when it came time for the bill and didn't treat me like a customer they treated me like I was a friend 5 star professionalism 5 star response time all around great guys! Thanks for the help fellas

Guy on the phone seemed as if we were wasting his time and he didn t want to bother with us. On his way to where we were he called and said the road we were on didn t exist. Once he arrived we waited for awhile until he said there was another call that he could better help and he just left. Without helping us.

Vehicle broke down at the gas station called Cardinal Towing. They arrived 10 mins later. Driver was super awesome very courtesy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Don't know who exactly took care of me, but they charged me $50 to tow my small car 6 blocks. Would rather use Metro, since they are charging me $45 to tow from Webb to Joplin. Felt like I was taken advantage of.
