Went in to get my wife's car oil change. They asked me if I wanted synthetic or full. I just nodded and they started changing oil. Then they charged me for the most expensive one and did not care when I asked them if they would even ask or tell us the price before doing it. I just went in for the cheap oil Chang.

I have been going to Performance Quick Lube for quite some time.Now I m hearing they may be racist. I ve received good services up until now. I went there this morning for an oil change there was only one vehicle in each bay. I parked behind one in the line and the attendant motioned for me to get in the other line. I moved to the other line, and once that vehicle that was in the bay left, they closed the door and never motioned for me to enter the bay. I waited for approximately 15-20 minutes and there were at least two employees I saw walking back and forth. No one bothered to come and explain what was going on or even attempt to assist me with my oil change so I eventually just drove off. They just lost my business. I will never go there again.

Shredded the drain plug on oil pan then said they couldn't do the oil change cause it came in broken, that I needed to take it to the person who did it last.They did the last oil change....Came here for the last several years and pretty disappointed.

They were very quick on a busy day. I have used only them on my oil changes on 3 vehicles.

The oil change was great. No waiting, in and out. My only problem is that nobody answers the blasted phone...not even a machine or processor!

With reasonable prices and enjoyable staff, this is the only place I go for oil changes in town. Only thing to be mindful of is if you go during peak hours, you will wait in line for a while but I don t count that as a negative against the business, because while you re in line, your experience there hasn t technically started yet. Once you are in the garage, the service is very speedy.

Told my Daughter to go and get her Oil Change. She went and told them I would like the $39.99 oil change. They came to her with the cabin air filter and said that was ripped. (don't see how you could rip unless rip taken out of cabin). Then they proceeded to charge her $40 for the new air filter when she didn't tell them to change it just acknowledged that it was rip. Then they changed the engine filter too and she didn't tell them to do that either. So now her $39.99 oil change ended up being nearly $120. They took advantage of an inexperienced 16 year old girl for 3 times what should have cost. SHAME ON THEM.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This place has always been great and fast. Yes, you could save money if you changed your oil yourself, but you won't save time. The last two times I've gone, I've only had to wait a total of about 20 minutes. That is so worth the money in my opinion. These guys always great!

I have a ram 1500 with a diesel. The oil filter is about $75. They did not carry it so I was getting it at dodge and bringing it with me. The manager contacted their supplier and got it added to they stock. That saved me time and money. Sure I would like to have my maintenance done by dodge but who has time to schedule an oil change 1-2 months out! Great option for regular service on your vehicle. Although the day they change fuel filters, they refuse to do mine or anyone I ve seen ask them to. Even if you bring it. It s stupid easy and not under pressure so I don t understand why the refuse to do it

I went in and told them that the engine was getting hot. So they topped off the fluids. They changed the oil. They want you to go inside while they work on your car. I didn t like that. I paid $87.90 and left. While driving off, my low tire light came on. I thought that was weird because surely for $87.90, they aired up my tires .Nope, they did not. I am very disappointed in their service. I know if my husband had been with me, they would have probably done a better job. Shameful!!!Service: Oil change

Always professional and have my oil changed in no time. Rarely any wait time. Miss Tatyana was very friendly and offered me a good discount upon my visit there today. The free car wash is always an added bonus. Definitely recommended.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They forgot to put a gasket on my drain plug. I had a slow leak for a few days. They fixed it immediately without attitude. They offered me a 10% discount on my next oil change. I appreciate the humility, however, this mistake cast doubt in their ability to execute a simple oil change. The 10% discount is a little insulting. I will not return.

Great, fast service. Very nice guys. There was some confusion over the time they open- it says 7:30am online but says 8 on the door. They actually opened at 8 but I wasn't bothered by that at all.

While the service was very fast, the next day I discovered oil leaking from my car. The oil plug hadn't been tightened properly. We also discovered the oil was dirty and filled much too high. I will be bringing this to their attention.

Wonderful service, friendly people, and they don't push the "extra" stuff on you very hard like a lot of these sort of places do.

Just went there for the first time and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Usually take 3 hours at Walmart. They guys were nice and even vacuumed which they are supposed to do at Walmart but never do. Thanks guys for the awesome service!

Waited for about 8 min. 1 bay used, 1 bay empty. Never got acknowledged. Oh well, I backed out and left to go elsewhere today, and in future. Guess biz is really good there.

They car oil on my starter and burn wires which caused it to lock up. Which I'm guessing makes it the most expensive oil change ever. Definitely not going back

Crazy expensive. They try to up sell you on things you don t need and a basic oil change is too much. I ve had my truck for ten years and never paid that much for an oil change. Service wasn t great either.

Do not go to this place I left there with no oil after paying for an upgrade oil change..... got home to only find there is No!!!!! Oil in my car
