J.P. Sides is good people! Expect the most professional buying experience you can imagine. Hard to find good service these days but J.P. expects it and his friendly and knowledgeable staff do a fabulous job executing it. Easy and fun!

This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. The entire process was easy, fast, and painless. I never felt any pressure from the sales person or throughout the entire shopping experience. They were extremely transparent with my trade-in value, and they gave me more money for my current vehicle than any other dealership that I had visited prior. The finance manager explained the entire process in detail and took his time going over all the options. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner of the dealership, JP, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. This will be my first and only stop the next time I m in the market for a new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.

I would give them more stars if I could!! I can t say enough good things about the staff at JP Sides! From sales to service, they take excellent care of their customers. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you re satisfied. I m very happy with my recent purchase and I have been back for multiple services ever since. The service work you receive is thorough, and I have the utmost confidence in their technicians keeping me on the road!!! They are simply the best!!

Wonderful dealership! They have not done anything but treated me the best of any dealership that I ve ever worked with. I ve only I had one issue with my CX nine since I ve owned it, and they went out of their way to make sure that the issue was taken care of and had my best interest in mind when they did it. I have recommended friends to this dealership and they have also purchased new Mazda from them.

I came to this dealership after a co-worker referred me. They listened to my situation and worked extremely hard to get me into a financial situation and vehicle that met all of my needs. They were kind, compassionate and eager to problem solve. If you re looking at a no-end circumstance then go into this dealership; not one person is better than the other. They all work equally as hard at making your purchase matter for your needs.

I ve been buying/trading cars with them for a few years now. I have never had a problem with my vehicles except this time I think I picked the wrong one LOL. BUT Mario & Emily were SO great about dealing with the struggles of my vehicle and making sure to get it in and fixed!! I thank y all so dang much. & can t forget a shout out to Pete who has made a way for me to get a vehicle for me & my kids every time!

I just had to give a shout-out to the awesome service I got when I bought my first car, a 2023 Mazda CX-30. The whole experience was just top-notch!When I walked into the Mazda dealership, they made me feel right at home. Dennis, the guy who helped me, was super cool. He knew everything about the Mazda lineup and took the time to understand what I was looking for.Dennis was patient, answering all my questions and letting me take the car for a spin. He made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. No pressure, just good vibes.The folks in the finance department were great too. They explained the money stuff in plain English and worked out a payment plan that fit my wallet.Overall, my experience with these guys was awesome. They really care about making you happy and taking the stress out of buying a car.

My wife and I had an awesome experience, Bening Mazda was so good we are 100% pleased with the service we received in the purchase of our new vehicle. Everyone involved was exceptional. I've never delt with more professional and knowledgeable as Bening. Make sure to ask for Adam he was so great, he took the time to answer our questions and explain everything to us including all the features of our new vehicle and how to use them.

JP Sides Mazda and the entire crew have been one of THE best experiences I have ever had when it came to purchasing a vehicle! My only vehicle broke down 2 weeks ago, so we had to figure out what to purchase including a ride for travel.Our sales rep, Dennis, went way above and beyond my expectations. We had some issues with documentation for my bank but when Dennis was busy, Pete stepped in and immediately emailed my loan officer the information we needed so I could get approval! Dennis not only offered to pick us up, but when he arrived, he arrived in the vehicle we were even interested in! Gave us the opportunity to test drive the very vehicle as we went to pick up my finances and head to the dealership!The process the moment we arrived until we left was not only quick, but it was an absolute MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. Many jokes were cracked, Dennis introduced us to EVERYONE from the service department and even to the managers. My wife and I felt like we were welcomed into a FAMILY. Everything was transparent, laid out, easy, and nothing that was forced!This Dealership ALSO includes an incredible service department! I spoke to Emily and a few others who walked us through how they about their services for oil changes, fluids, rotations, and even includes a check in video (it s complimentary)! Already got our dates picked out to get serviced!We have every plan to continue doing business with JP Sides Mazda! Thanks for everything, please check them out!

Never had an issue with this dealership until recently. Called them twice(at different times) to schedule an oil change. Both times I was told they would call me back as they had a customer in front of them. Never received a call either time. Same b.s. excuse both times by the same person. I guess the customer that was in front of them had greener money than mine. If I can't rely on you to treat me right, how can I expect you to treat my car right? Rhetorical question. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future.

Chris sold me my vehicle. He was great and worked with me to get a price we both could be happy with. I ve had poor experiences with dealerships in the past, this was not the case. I would purchase from them again for sure.

I m going to preface this with that sentiment that the staff is super friendly, easy to get along with; it s the dealer policy that is poor. Friendly staff garnered this a two star review instead of a one. I took my 20 Mazda6 in for a warranty repair (31,000 miles). I had the screws that hold in my drivers side door latch fall out, causing the latch to be loose inside of the door. The other issue was that my friends ventilated seat was weak and not getting cool. I was given a courtesy vehicle, which I m glad are available, but I received a call stating that since my vehicle had been in a front end collision, my warranty was void; called Mazda themselves, found out that was not the case. In terms of the seat, I had another dealer fix the seat track under warranty in the past. According to this dealer, there were some wires that were unplugged or loose, potentially causing the issue with the ventilation. I was advised that this is also not covered under warranty. I reluctantly agreed to go ahead on the diagnostic but called the original dealer that has always taken care of me, scheduled an appointment to get everything fixed. After paying $85 for work that should be covered under warranty, I am extremely disappointed in Bening (JP Sides) Mazda. Now I have to drive two and a half hours to have a reputable dealer honor Mazda s own warranty. I would never recommend getting service here.

This past week/weekend I had a chance to work with Adam and I was thoroughly impressed. I came only to sell my vehicle, not knowing I would walk out the door with a new vehicle that was within my budget, and everything I was looking for. Adam went over and beyond by walking us through the entire process, making sure everything was explained and stuck beside us when we were thrown every curve ball there was! Thank you again Adam for your patience, customer service and overall support throughout the entire process!!

This was the best experience I ve ever had with a car lot! Mr Dontae & Mr James were absolutely amazing, honest and genuine! They both did their best to get me into a vehicle & I left the lot with a 2020 Cx-5 Sport! I Thank you both so much, it was an honor to do business with you all! God bless you all!
