Went in looking for something specific. Test drove it, loved it. Within I'd say an hour the whole process was DONE. Garret was super fast, friendly, and fun to work with. Got my payment exactly where I wanted it. By far the best, castest, and easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend them!!

I purchased a new Nissan 6 months ago and brought it in for a routine oil change. I had purchased an additional warranty with my vehicle to cover routine maintenance for the first few years and this was my first time actually putting it to use. John was really helpful in making sure the work was done in accordance with that warranty s coverage, and helping me understand everything since this was all new to me. The work was finished very quickly and everyone I encountered was very friendly. The waiting room was really comfortable, too. The whole experience really exceeded my expectations.

I came in today for my routine oil change and Dan the service manger was super helpful in explaining what my car needed. He sat down with me and explained it to me so that I could understand what ongoing routine maintenance I will need for my new car. It's nice to have somebody who takes the time to explain it to you, so that you know what you need next time. I will definitely be returning in the future for my ongoing vehicle needs. Thank you.

It was such a great experience. Ray made the car buying experience so much easier than I had expected. He listened intently and was not pushy at all. Every question I had he gave very specific answers with a great deal of knowledge about the car I chose. I don t want to leave Marshall out. He explained in detail my financing options with such a pleasant and caring demeanor. Ray took me through the dealership to meet even the service team members. You truly have a family vibe and so far great customer service.

My visit was pleasant as always, but this time was a little different. It took about 4 hours for my service this go round and instead of me having to sit and wait for my car to get done, I was given a loaner to get around. I m never disappointed when I come here.

Their business model is one that I wish other dealerships would integrate into their business. Kaylyn was great to work with. John the Service Writer was extremely helpful and very kind! He also explained too me that since I do not drive the 5000 that I should have the oil changed every 6 months! Very helpful for I could have damaged my car with only 2700 miles on it! This Man is awesome thank you so much!

I have never had such an amazingly easy and accommodating experience buying a vehicle. I researched the pathfinder along with 3 other brands and Ashley at John Sinclair was the ONLY salesperson that was more knowledgeable regarding the vehicle than I was. They not only got me the vehicle I had found at a different Nissan but then went above and beyond and found me one better for the same price. They gave me more than fair pricing on my trades and the financing through Nissan was seamless and easy with great rates. I am so happy with my purchase and the experience was simply wonderful. I ll be a repeat John Sinclair customer.

The service department has went down tremendously! I no longer get a multi-point inspect sheet anymore to let me know what s going on with my vehicle. I found out last week that my rotors were warped, how long has that been, the service guy was unable to tell me that. I always go to John Sinclair to service my Nissan since I got it in 2018. With the oil change service you all no longer offer to fill other fluids such as windshield wiper fluid? I had to purchase my own fluid in-between services. I have slowly become less happy with my experiences with John Sinclair!

Car shopping is always a headache. John Sinclair Nissan does a great job of relieving that headache. This is our third purchase from them and we always have a great experience. I had researched the Nissan Rogue I was finding a good used rogue for under 30-33 thousand. I was looking also for low mileage. So Rich talked with me was very nice yet very professional. There was no pressure to buy just a nice car shopping experience.I found a nice selection on used Rogues I found a 2021 Rogue with 42,000 miles for $26,000.00 the Rogue I choose had no scratches or anything the interior looked brand new. Appointment for oil change was at 830 but they didn t even get started on it til 930. Then the staff kept pushing all of the extra stuff. Filters and fuel system service and transmission service. I just want an oil change. Nothing else. They were told not to wash my car because they use a brush and scratched the paint during a previous oil change. The lady up front went to tell them again not to wash it after my wife seen that they were going too. Then after that my wife seen that they were accelerating hard and slamming on the brakes pulling it back outside. Very unprofessional. Worst experience I ve ever had there. I used to like this place but it has went down hill

Ashley Griggs was great! Answering all of our question. Even many we didn t think to ask, without ever being pushy. The finance manager, whose name I can t recall, was also very friendly, efficient and informative. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. And we love the Rogue we drove away in.

Could not ask for a better experience buying a truck. My first visit I talked with Ashley and told her what I was looking for and wasnt ready to purchase yet. She got all my information but never bothered me with calls. When I was ready, she made everything up front and easy. From Ashley to Marshall in finance, it was a great experience. Emma helped me with any question I had about my oil change. I did not know their was a new synthetic oil and I did not know the difference between that and regular oil. She explained the difference to me and was willing to answer any questions I had. Great experience overall!

I had to go to John Sinclair to get a cv axle seal replaced on my pathfinder. I knew it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour job. Well it ended up taking longer. Jason Barnett was amazing at making our wait time more tolerable. After 3 1/2 hours my car was not going to be done. So he gets me set up with a loaner car. That is when Hannah comes in and says my car will be done, but Jason made me take the car so my girls and I could go to lunch. After we ate Mr. Jason calls and says we are all done. Not sure which mechanic done the work on my car but he did a great job. Overall they treated me very well even though I did not buy my car there. Everyone in the building was so genuinely nice. It was a great experience. But as nice as everyone was I really hope I don't have to see them very often. Thank you all at John Sinclair for making a long process so enjoyable.

April was very helpful and full of knowledge about the vehicles we loked at. I was not able to get to the dealership until 5 and everyone stayed late so we didn't have to come back Saturday. We recently bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. We felt like we paid a fair price.Ashley Griggs could not have been more helpful. She arranged to have the car brought at no charge to the St. Louis area so we could look at it, as we were not going to be able to get to Cape any time soon.Charlie Foster brought the car to the area near Lindbergh and Tesson Ferry for us and he was, just like Ashley, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant.We have bought many used cars over the years and this was probably the easiest and most pleasant car shopping experience we've ever had!

Update: I cannot say how fabulous the after service is here! I had a small issue after purchase and even though I bought this as is, the service department got me in right away and took care of the problem at no charge. Service and sales department are excellent and customer service is wonderful.We had a great experience with Ray Council. He is very professional and fun to work with. Ray found me a vehicle that fit my needs and ticked off most of our check list. We were very happy with the price we were offered.
