I called for an appointment for a warranty issue, the person on the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained I had some open recalls and that they would order necessary parts to complete during my appointment. I dropped the truck off on appt day and it was completed in a couple of days. The issue was fixed under warranty and the recalls were completed. The process was simple and well managed.

Made a last minute decision to get my van serviced on Monday afternoon. Called and they had an opening that worked for me. I always appreciate their friendly staff in the service department. Van has a couple of issues that need attention. George took the time to explain what was needed and why. I feel like they are looking out for me and want me to be safe on the road.

I bought a 2023 Jeep Compass last November and it is to small. They offered me 24,500.00 for it. I owe 25800.00 I drove a Jeep Wrangler priced at 21,500.00. I said great by the time all was said and done I would of paid 29,500.00. I m widowed and on a fixed income and I put money down on my Jeep when I bought it. Because at the time I had the money from a previous car wreck. I will never buy from them or anyone in my family I think they are scammers. Run fast away as you can

I am VERY satisfied with the work done to my Jeep Wrangler. I had a very bad experience with the dealership I purchased it from, and Morlan stepped in and fixed the issue. It was done quickly, and I can now drive without worry of being stranded. Highly recommend!

Blake went above and beyond to give me the opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles and educate me on their differences. I ultimately chose a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited with his help. I returned the day after I made my selection to complete the purchasing process. Blake and his team had all the paperwork ready to sign when I arrived the next day making the closing process very easy. I would recommend others to shop at Morlan.

We were passing through from out of state and had an issue with our jeep s warning light system. Dropped by two hours before closing and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes. Nice people!

Was very satisfied with my check in experience. The work was done in a timely manner and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. But did have one major problem. They checked me out and I walked out to my truck to leave, and the service man had left one of the parts off my truck laying on my tool box on the back of my truck. Had to go back in and have them call the technician to come out and get the part off my tool box and reinstall the part inside my truck. His truck rods were, I m sorry but I m just too busy, thank god u caught it . Not sure if I will use Morlan again. And would not recommend it to people in case a similar incident happens. And the part wasn t small, it actually quite big to be forgetting.

Everyone in the service department at the dealership was great. Very disappointed in how long it took to get the part needed. Not dealership s fault at all but Chrysler really needs to do something to fix that with their suppliers. They give you a delivery date then just keep pushing it back. People need their cars. It is not ok to have to wait over 2 months to get your car fixed and as I understand there were some that were waiting 6 mos or longer!!! Not acceptable Chrysler!!!!

We took our son to find a truck, David McDermott at Morlan was more than just a salesman. He showed us multiple vehicles, explained the financing details to my 19 year old son, he treated us like friends and not someone he was trying to make $$ off of. He was not pushy at all, he was honest! The whole team stayed past closing time just to take care of us. Thank you all for everything, he loves his new truck!

I am a dodge fan . Own a ten cylinder pick up, dodge Deisel pickup, three dodge raiders, one dodge rampage and a Dodge Durango! The Durango is the one being worked on! Yes it had to be towed in to the dealer with a ABS module out. And dealer said scrap it part was not available! I have a tough time of throwing things away and especially things that I like. So I went on line bought the part and delivered it to the dealer. Much to my amazement it was ready in a couple of hours! So I drove back there to pick it up and was thrilled! Got there paid the bill, went to get in it and check engine light was on! Never was before so went back in, and told to drive it and maybe put some black tape over the light if it bothered me. Okay , took off and it wouldn t shift gears, went back and was told it probably took out the transmission module! My only question was why didn t someone test drive it before I drove back down there to get it? So we wait until next week to determine what is next! But other than the fact it wasn t ready to drive home everyone has been super nice about the ordeal! Other than being told to scrap it it was ready for the crusher!

Hayden and Mark allowed my father and I to drive whatever vehicle we wanted! Drove two down to our family business to let my husband take a look since he was working. They never pressured us into buying, told us the pros and cons of each one we drove, gave us options on the style we wanted and were very kind a courteous with the whole process. We did a trade in with my GMC for a Nissan and we are very happy with our new vehicle!Service is very friendly, professional and informative!

We were in Cape Girardeau, from Minnesota, for Thanksgiving with our daughter and our check engine light came on and the vehicle started running poorly. Galen in service got us in promptly and the technician found and fixed the problem amazingly fast. We drove back to Minnesota the next day without a problem. Even around the holiday the service department really stepped up for us. Can't say thank you enough. From a service standpoint I can't recommend them enough!
