Took my car in to be serviced, the techs are very good at what they do,of course they informed me of things I needed, which I'm glad they did,I understand people get mad about that,but I'm very grateful because I drive alot,Freda and the team are fantastic, I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.....LOVE THIS PLACE!

They were friendly! And didn't try and sell me something I didn't ask for, they just showed me and recommended. And never said or bothered me about it more than once. No pressure.

Husband went for an inspection on our truck and at first they told him the truck needed 4-5 things fixed. He said no of course and then they left and came back 15 minutes later and said only the tires needed to be changed to pass inspection! Wow. Would ve been pushing 1000$ to fix everything. Will not be coming here again ever . everyone was nice though just hate the scams they are trying on customers.

Had 4 tires replaced on our car and the tire guy Carlos drove the car into the stall while smoking or vaping also car is manual transmission and they had to have another guy drive it in due to him not know how to drive it and he sat there burning up the clutch as well.**** side note they did apologize and gave us an oil change and knocked $100 off our bill atleast Shane Kelley has customer service.

Had to have my oil changed, the car dealership that I purchased it from includes 7 free oil changes. It was time for it to be changed since I purchased it. Went in today (no appointment) waited a good two hours (I was told up front about the wait time), a little frustrating but there were several vehicles ahead of me which tells me one thing exceptional service! Will definitely return here for any other issues that I may have in the future.

These people were very friendly and knowledgeable on what i needed accomplished with my expedition! I got there early before 8am and walked in promptly at 8am. Was out in a tad over an hour and on my way! Price was very desirable and i was a pleased customer! The Halloween art on the window was hand painted by a worker and a friend of hers!! Nice job TY Raben!

Got stopped with an alternator out on a trip through Cape. They worked us right in. Everyone was so, so kind and gracious! Whoever is running this place knows how to manage a business. All the employees are so awesome! Dried up my wife s tears and rescued our vacation.

They did such an amazing job. They got my car on super fast because it was last second and I had an interview. While it was being worked on they played with the kid and were super nice. Very grateful for the welcoming environment definitely recommend. Thanks so much great job.

I made an appointment for oil and lube for 8 AM. I'm still waiting at 9 AM. They are working on it and I'm not upset about the wait. Some people may be. There is a waiting area so you are not stuck on the curb. They are very friendly and hard working. No one is standing around. As far as I can tell they offer excellent work and service. The place is very busy.

So this how my day went today. I called around cape girardeau to find service to get my breaks fix at a reasonable prices. And this place was the place. So I went in to get my breaks fix $150.00 plus taxes. But as they look over my car it was a lot more wrong with my car. And a lot more money than $150.00. Money I absolutely did not have. The manger that was there was so understanding trying to work with me to see is there was another route I can take. And no it wasn t. So not only was more problems but money I didn t have. The manger work me and and very kind and understanding and also had me to sign up for this program. And guess what everything workout. I left with my heart filled with joy. If I can give a 100 stars I would. Thank you guys for y all services!

DMV recommended I take vehicle there for confirmation of odometer and VIN. Greeted by friendly staff. Was informed it should be only a few minutes. Waited nearly an hour then they misplaced my key! Never again

Quoted me 233 for 2 tires ... so I ordered them. Next day they come in then all of a a sudden they are 333.... she did knock off 40 bit still had to pay 60 more than I was quoted...Get a print off I you get a quote .. probably will not be back. Only reason for 2 stars is that Fredia was nice and did knock off the 40.....

My fianc� came in here for an emissions inspection and they removed his breaks and replaced them without his permission. They charged him 90$ for a service he did not request. When I called to have them issue a refund the service desk hung up on me. My boyfriend speaks English as a second language and they try to take advantage of people. When I called the lady argued with me and said he requested the breaks be replaced. He told her no and she had them replaced anyway. These people are extremely rude and unprofessional. The desk clerk made a mistake, and instead of apologizing, they charged us a 90$ fee for service that was not requested. Go anywhere else but here. When I called back (after she hung up on me) I asked the desk clerk to transfer me to someone who would take my call and she refused. I understand if she did not want to talk to me, but the outright refusal to offer any assistance? They have no qualms about making mistakes and having you pay for their blunders.

I have been taking my repairs to this same location since 1987. The current general manager, Freida has been my primary contact for what seems like the best part of the past couple of decades. She has long been, and continues to be a big part of the reason I have remained a loyal customer and routinely refer family, friends and acquaintances to Raben. She has always been extrememly professional and accommodating. Anytime one of my vehicles is in for repair, she has always kept me well informed, routinely provides workable options, and perhaps most appreciated, she consistently conducts herself in such a manner as to conveys a reassuring sense of honesty, integrity and dependability. My most recent experience was no different. My repairs this visit were approximately $1,800 and included repairs involving multiple systems. Frieda took the initiative to contact me several times throughout the process to discuss and apprise me of specifics regarding each needed repair and to discuss pricing options. Her pattern of providing the high level of customer support that she is known for is very much appreciated and for me reflects very favorably on Raben in general. In my judgment, you folks have got yourselves a diamond level worker in Ms. Frieda.

Always great service, have been giving them my business for 20 years. The one place I can trust their recommendations and don't feel like they are just trying to get more money out of me. Always very busy so get there early in the day but they are great at communicating time-frames with me. Worth the wait to know it's done right.

Disappointing. I specifically made my appointment today (labor day) because it is my one day off this week. I show up a few minutes early for the appointment only to be told they don't have anyone working today that can do the service I need! I'm guessing they don't check their appointments in advance to make they have the necessary qualified technicians scheduled.

Extremely helpful!!! Went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed without taking advantage of my pockets!! Kept me up to date on any and all things that I had questions about or wanted addressed/diagnosed before blindsiding me without an outrageous bill. Treat everyone like their own family if something they notice to make them aware of in case you want it taken care of while they already have your vehicle without the inconvenience of being without transportation another day... and if nothing is wrong and it s diagnosed safely.. they will HONESTLY SAY SO instead of just finding something to fix. Which is more than appreciated when being a single mom and completely unsure of exactly what was needed. More than patient with helping me with the NEW PROGRAM no credit check .... SUPER EASY.. and grateful for the suggestion. Repeat costumer before with warrenty work...they work wonderful with extended vehicle plans to get you back on the road. Even gracious enough to give me a ride home and pick me up knowing they where going to have my car basically all day. They price compare and are basically a 1 stop shop that can do it all!! Definitely will be back if I ever need to. Honesty,Communication, Trust and TRUE Customer Service... hard to find these days... honestly it s HERE!!

I usually have pretty good service here. However, the last time I took my vehicle in, someone had told me while driving that I had a break light out. I asked them to look at that, along with a full inspection and oil change as I was getting ready to take the vehicle on vacation. They kept telling me all day "You're up next, should be about an hour." I didn't get my car back for more than 6 hours. They passed it on the inspection and when I asked again about the break light (which is difficult to check by yourself) they said it was fine. Shortly thereafter I got pulled over and received a ticket for....you guessed it, a brake light! Other than that visit, I have had a good experience, but I'm not sure I'll go back. May be time to shop around.

Always great service from Freda and her team. I've used them for years for tires, oil changes and mechanical work on my Nissan Frontier and Accord. They don't take appts for oil changes so get there early or plan to leave your vehicle. Dave a great mechanic; ask for him. They've always treated us well. No complaints.

I ve never had anything less than a pleasant experience dealing with Raben. The staff is friendly, in a genuine way, and perhaps most appreciated is their honesty. Unlike other places I ve taken my vehicles, Raben just does what I need done without giving me a laundry list of little fixes, flushes, and miracle chemicals I should consider to fluff up the bill. If you need tires, you ll get tires, and not a mile long list of questionable add on services you should consider; however, if they do notice anything they ll let you know without leading you to think continuing to drive with mildly discolored transmission fluid will lead to your vehicle spontaneously bursting into flames. I must also say their attention to detail is a pleasant surprise every time. On my last visit, without mentioning it, the technician took the extra time, albeit only a few seconds, to reset my tire pressure light which was a nice touch. Hands down if you re looking to get tires, an inspection, or any of the other services Raben offers, I d make them your first stop.

First time visitor. I was there for tire repair and arrived first thing in the morning. They were extremely busy with just a manger handling phone calls, lobby customers, and getting the vehicles ready for service. The manager (Freta) was doing an exceptional job keeping up with everything and keeping the flow of customers moving all with a smile on her face. It was impressive to see. She obviously has a wealth of experience in multi-tasking and customer service. They also had a shuttle to take me to work while my vehicle was being worked on, which was nice.
