Purchasing my Sequoia from COAD Toyota was such an easy process . They did everything as promised. I drove 6 hours from Knoxville to purchase my car. I will do it again! They are a trusted business in my book. The sales person Alexis worked out the details of the deal prior to me getting there. He had my car detailed and even gave me money to fill the tank. EVERYTHING WAS AS HE SAID IT WOULD BE .. very important since I was driving so far The sales manager helped get the paperwork done as quickly as possible because I needed to be back in Knoxville for my son s last wrestling match since he is a senior and his wrestling career is coming to a close. I was in and out super quick no up sale or push for anything extra such a care free purchase . Rare in today s world Thank you to everyone at COAD Toyota I will buy again from this dealer .

Alexis M is amazing! He helped me out so much finding an affordable used vehicle as a student with a budget. The 2017 Toyota Corolla is comfortable and has good gas mileage and other little things I love about it. Genuinely appreciate it and he handled the situation thoughtfully, very easy to talk to. I recommend him to anyone that needs a little help finding a car!

GM has terrible customer service. Service center had had my car multiple times for same issue and it has still not been corrected. One would think that if mechanics were actually looking over the car, driving the car, doing the due diligence during "diagnosis" then the issue would have been fixed. I've spent close to $2,000 for them to NOT fix my car and GM refuses to help. Doesn't return calls, hangs up on customers. Corporate has been contacted and I definitely plan to report to BBB. The car is a great car, the people that sold it to me and those servicing it are just not doing right by their customer! I've asked multiple people who owns this dealership and nobody seems to know the answer.

I purchased my GR Corolla through COAD Toyota. Alexis was awesome to deal with during the ordering process, and he was great at updating me on the expected delivery date. The rest of the staff made the final purchase and set up of the car a breeze, and the parts department was great when i bought some oil filters for performing my own maintenance. Everyone was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to be able to help me get a hard to get car; i really can t imagine how you could put together a better team. I drove almost 600 miles to pick up my car from them as i live in Georgia. The next time I m in the market for a new car they will be on my short list. It was the best car buying experience I ve ever had!

Bought my first New Toyota Tacoma truck here and it was an amazing sales experience. Jeff in sales, Tierra from internet sales, Alicia in finance, and Paul the sales manager all did a great job to get me the truck I wanted.Everything was extremely quick and easy -The truck was waiting for us already detailed (detailers did a great job as well!) not even streaks or fibers on windows.Finance only took about 15-20 minutes and got me a great AprGot any questions answered, Jeff and Tierra were really kind and knowledgeableWe live 2 hours away and is worth the drive!

I recently just bought my first Car, a Rav 4, from Coad Toyota, and I was so happy with the whole process! My salesmen was Hogan, he was super kind and helpful, and did a great job showing me the car and helping me deal with the payments and papers. I originally assumed the whole process would be difficult and time consuming, but I was surprised by how quick and easy Coad Toyota made it. Would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership, and would definitely recommend Hogan!

Bought brand new Prius from Coad. Shortly after purchase tow hook cover fell off. So about a year ago process began. First two times after a very long part ordering process paint matched but looked like was painted with a spray can and paint immediately chipped off. Third and fourth time paint wasn t close to matching. So here we are a year later after numerous trips, phone calls, aggravation etc. we are no closer than at the very beginning to get a tiny part painted correctly. I m going to get it fixed myself as it s a 90 mile trip and I have zero confidence in Coad. Will be our last vehicle purchase from them. Regardless of what was said below it was painted 4 times.

I am beyond pleased with my experience with COAD Toyota and my salesperson, Hogan Coad. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction and I was able to trust them to be honest and supportive and to answer all of my questions . One of the best buying experiences I ve had. Ben Brotherton was great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure for the sale. Making appointments for test drive and finishing the sale per COVID protocols probably speed the whole process up. Thank, love my new Tacoma!

ALEXIS, is the most honest and hard working sales person I've ever come across. Seeing as I am also in the business, and have been for almost 10 years, and I have come across COUNTLESS sales people that shouldn't be selling cars, it was nice and refreshing to find someone like him. Kudos to you, and you will excel in all aspects! Keep doing what you're doing! Thank you for helping me find a car for my aunt and thank you for getting it done quickly. YOU ROCK!

Purchasing a vehicle from Coad Toyota was a most pleasant experience. Salesman Ben Brotherton provided all information I requested, and more, and stayed in constant communication with me while awaiting delivery of the vehicle from the manufacturer. I couldn t be more pleased with the process, from start to finish; it was pleasant, comprehensive and I highly recommend Coad Toyota for your vehicle needs.

I have been looking for a used Sienna for a while. My sister and brother-in-law found one that looked good for me at Coad Toyota. I live 600 miles away but ended up buying the van without even seeing it. Hogan was so great to work with over the phone. The whole experience was much more pleasant than past experiences I have had with Toyota dealerships where I live. I highly recommend Coad Toyota.

The salesperson seemed like was a bit surprised when it was their turn (not sure if they wanted to be there). After talking about the desirable options of a certain car, it was interesting to know how much my trade-in would be but "the computer wasn't working right." And then they proceeded to tell me that everything changes all the time, so it is better to come back when I am ready. Fair, yet I was looking to calculate my options.Also, they charge $2,500 over MRSP as of 10/22.Not a pleasant experience this time.Update: in less than two hours after the review was posted, a couple people from Coad Toyota contacted me, asking me what went wrong (they had no record of me coming there, which I find interesting) and they could fix that. I told them that the following week would be good to talk. Well, never heard form them since.

Went in today to get the oil n filter changed got into the Rav 4 got on the 55 the hood flew up just lucky I didn't crash.The manager says he will take care of it

Wonderful team and experience!Was looking for a specific model of Tundra and only Coad had what I wanted. Even though they were 7 hours away the experience and time to get my new truck was excellent compared to my last experience buying local. From Sales to finance to reviewing the vehicle Coad felt like family. Next time I may make the drive again!

I recently made my second car purchase from Coad Toyota, very happy with my experience. I originally contacted online and Sarah helped me get the process going and was very friendly. She got me setup with Courtney who was with me most of the day and let me mull over things a bit. Buying a car is always a lengthy process, but at least at Coad Toyota I know they will always be super friendly and I do really feel they are good to their word when it comes to information about warranties and service. I'll be back when it's time for an upgrade.

They have reasonably priced vehicles and their warranties are great. I had a vehicle that I had to wait on and they kept me updated during the shipping process. The purchase was smooth, quick, and they were very personable. Great financing as well. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a Toyota!

They worked with us to get the deal we felt comfortable with. Outstanding staff at all levels. The after sales follow ups were and added service that doesn't always happen. The vehicle that we purchased was used, but Coad Toyota preps their used cars before sale, another mark of a reputable business. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

It could not have been easier. This is one of the fastest times that we have bought a new car. Ben who had waited on us before was wonderful and was so prompt on getting the deal done that it was almost scary. Everyone from Shane to his entire staff made us feel so welcome and were very appreciative of our business. For great business style go to Coad Toyota. It was a great experience.

Hogan kept me posted every step of the way when my new Toyota Cross would be in. Other dealers had a longer wait time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
