These guys are absolutely amazing and truly go that extra mile to ensure their customers are well taken care of. As a mother of 5 and s/o to an injured vet, I am so glad I chose to go here when I needed parts!!!

I went to AutoZone January 25th at 7:00 and Andrew was there working and he finally helped me diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle .found outthat I had a bad battery.. Great customer service so far. Best worker I've seen there

I needed my blinker lights changed and Mike K helped me to find the correct bulbs and even changed them for me! So thankful to Mike K for helping me save money and time. Highly recommend!

I went in to get a new battery and have it installed. I was helped a young man named J'zon and he was very friendly and helpful. He clearly knew his business. I was in and out in barely 10 minutes!

Have to say they have been great at locating and sourcing parts for 01 Lincoln ls not to mention they have most everything i need when i need it.... I understand they cannot carry a million pieces of a million vehicles but they certainly have it somewhere... The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable... I am so very appreciative of AutoZone open late and in weekends when a working man or woman has time to actually do things like maintenance... Lol...

I had pretty much said #$#$ this Autozone due to poor customer service and zero knowledge. But I'm back, fir the 5th time this year ...so far. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and respectful to everyone that walks in. Tim stood out especially the last few times I was in here. Good job guys

Tim Dickerson helped change a battery for us, the service was excellent. Our car was a little ways up the road and time left the store so he could change the battery. Saved us a bunch of time.

If all else fails, and you end up here, I'm sorry. I think these workers only have experience on how to provide the worse customer service. This place has sucked for many many years because of the inexperienced staff and poor service they provide the public with.

Recently I had a battery issue that required replacement. I went to the Cape Girardeau store. My battery was very corroded and required extensive effort, 45 mins, and various interventions to remove and replace in 105 degree heat. Tim and Tom at the store went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that they took care of my car. They worked diligently to remove the battery and they had amazing customer service. I have never seen customer service done so well!

Tim Dickerson was a great help for me and my husband today help with the oil and windshield wipers we was bone dry with the oil on r way to get on the highway thanks to Tim we r good excellent customer service.

Amy at autozone is our angel! She went above and beyond to help us with coolant on a road trip. We had an overheated engine with car full of children. She is very knowledgeable, kind and incredibly helpful!!!!

I purchased a battery for my truck in 2019 and was extremely happy with my experience. My battery failed today and I came back to get it checked or replaced. I felt Taylor J. was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to pay, he rolled his eyes and pointed to the credit card machine off to the side. He complained and cursed about how hard it was to replace my battery. He said if had known it was going to be that hard, wouldn t have done it. He left off the battery bracket and waved me down and said it really didn t need it. I will come back but I will not let him help me.
