Everyone was super nice. My only reservations are that they did not tell me about the extra charge for using my credit card until it was time to pay. I would have stopped by my bank. They also placed a sticker on my glass without asking.. I dont feel the need to advertise.

Dustin was very knowledgeable and helpful with my new stereo purchase. Installers did a good job with only one hiccup when they forgot to tell Dustin about an armrest piece that got broken during installation but everyone makes mistakes and ATD promptly ordered a new one and installed while I waited. Will definitely continue to do business with.Update: I spoke with an installer whom I know personally and he said the armrest piece was broken before and had been hot-glued back in. They replaced the piece anyway

Nice vinyl placed on my Tesla. Requested that they copy an image off the internet and they did! Wished they had more color options however. Got a full detail with ceramic coat, plus they repaired any decal portions that was starting to peel for no charge. Very nice work, thank you!

There customer service is terrible. Took in a mirror to get installed and the guy could hardly look in my eyes to talk to me. Basically told me i have one of the wrong parts and he couldn t use it. He was super rude and disrespectful. So i took my money somewhere else and went to Creative Trim and Performance where they had amazing customer service and greeted me. The guys at Creative Trim said i also had the wrong part but it wasn t my fault because they could make something happen. which they absolutely did and it was $100 cheaper than what Auto Trim was going to Charge!! Never taking my stuff to Auto Trim and definitely not telling anyone to go there.

This is the go to spot for ur car and truck for shocks lift kits tented windows a little of everything when it comes to accessories for ur car or truck. I also believe they will slam ur ride if u choose. They've been in business for years and they haven't stayed open with high prices, u get what u pay for. If u can afford for them to upgrade ur ride, I promise u won't be unhappy. If ur unsure, give them a call and I'll bet they will give u some good work at affordable prices. Good Company and they take pride in what they do.

After doing business with auto trim design for over 15 years I will no longer be doing business with this company! I had a couple appointments that were missed to get high dollar luxury items put on my vehicle, the missed appointments were technically my fault due to medical appointments that came up last second & could not have been missed which they did not care at all about my personal health, did not even ask if I was ok or not they were just upset that I missed the appointments, I called to reschedule & Roger The owner answered the phone, he was very upset about the missed appointments basically yelling at me saying that they no longer want my business which is completely fine with me just very unprofessional on how he handled the situation.. I literally have spent over $20,000 or more with this company not including the rest of my family and friends I have referred, I will no longer be referring anyone else to this company, there are other ways to handle missed appointments & not to completely cutting off your mile stone clients that have supported your business for years!! I guess the times have changed!

Went in to get running boards. They had better prices than anywhere else I could find I'm Cape and a larger selection. The running boards came in quickly and they got them put on really fast. I loved how helpful they were so I decided to take my truck there to get a lift, wheels and tires and im currently waiting for that to be done. They've earned a loyal customer

We have had a lot of work done here. They always treat us very well. The job is done right and for the price they quote, or better. We still have more work to do, but gotta go climb the money tree and harvest some mo money, mo money, mo money. Give them your business. You'll be glad you did.

Recently had a suspension lift, wheels, tires, fender flares, window tint, and bed cover installed on my 2020 Tundra and the truck turned out great. These guys do a great job finding you different options to customize your vehicle the way you imagined. Affordable options, great customer service, convenient, and they take pride in what they do. I'd highly recommend Auto Trim Design to anyone

Roger took care of my issues after a long wait for a broken back flip. I originally had bad customer service from other personnel at auto trim and design. Not today he took care of everything with ease and quick service.

I had a remote start installed on my truck. I opted to wait while the installation was done. The install was pretty quick and I was more than pleased with the results.

Not following mandatory Face Mask requirements. No signs posted, small waiting room with no one wearing a mask. Employees laughed at me wearing a mask and said we don t do that here. Reported to Cape County Health Dept. Do not recommend...Update: Many of the employees and owner now have the Covid-19 virus. Prayers for a speedy recovery.

Had tint appointment and they knew my make and model and took a half day off work to drive an hour in and was told the computer did not have the 2018 car model in computer to cut tint and its may 2018. Another company got me in same day on west end and independence. Go there!

I got a ceramic and a detail, the detail was terrible, half of my interior was left unclean, and damage was done to my door. Staff was unpleasant to top it off.

cocky attitude like there isnt any other vinyl shops around called the other day to ask about a windshield banner and at first talked to me like i was stupid and didnt know what i was talking about....trash customer service to be honest 10/10 good place to go if you want to pay 75$ an hour to get a sticker put on.....junk
