They did not make me take the long route to get my vehicle. They cut to the chase, we re very honest and upfront, and made the process very quick and smooth! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they were able to find and get me exactly that within a couple days, even despite the holiday week. Coye was AMAZING & I will definitely come back to her to buy another vehicle in the future!! It was great seeing a woman in the car sales industry & I m glad I was able to support her as much as she supported me. I cannot say enough great things about Auffenberg Kia of Cape G! :)

The service center is very rude every person I have spoke to was just plain out rude. My car had a recall on the engine well at first they said a month or a month and a half, okay cool I m fine with that. Well I call yesterday to check because it s been about a month and they told me 3 months!!! After it s already been there for almost 2 months. Then they only allow 3 loaner cars out at a time? But if you have a huge recall like this they should allow more. Well when I call Corporate to see if they can do anything they said they can t and I can get a rental out of pocket and Kia will pay it back. Idk about everyone else but who can afford to pay for the car payment and a rental car. That s crazy expensive. Well they tell me to call the service manager at the dealership my car is at. Okay cool so I do that. Chris is the service manager and he is very rude and unprofessional. He told me that I should have a back up car because he has one. And that I m getting a free engine so what s the deal. Then proceeds to talk over me as I m trying to explain to him I have 1 vehicle and 2 kids. I have to work, take them to school and daycare ect. 1 -2 months is fine but after 3 more months on top of the 1.5 months it s been there is crazy with no loaner car. I am on the wait list but there is 5 people in front of me and will be about 2 months before I d get one. So then after I try telling him that with him talking over me he hangs up on me!!! What kind of MANAGER hangs up on someone after telling them they should have. Back up because he does. The only person who I ve spoke it that has been nice is the lady who first answer the phone to transfer you. And if upper management sees this I would like someone to reach out to me because this is ridiculous

I wish that I would have waited to do my customer survey! I went there on the 2nd of December knowing exactly what I wanted and ready to buy. I had to go inside the showroom to get help. The saleswoman ended up being great but we had to wait almost 2 hours for the general manager and finance manager to get back from getting a Christmas tree. So there was nobody there to work the deal. Mind you that this is a Saturday morning around 10am. Being that I was from out of state the finance mgr said the he would have to mail me the check for taxes to take to my county clerks office for registration and tags. We finally got out of there around 4pm. I waited a good 2 weeks and finally had to call the dealership about the tax check. They dropped the ball and communication was lost within the dealership and no check had been sent. They said they would get it right out to me. About a week later I get a call saying they mailed the check to the DMV and they would call me when they received it. It is now the 31st of December which is when the temp tag expires. Mind you we don't get tags from the DMV here we go to the county clerks office. Also this was a Christmas present for a 16 yr old that now she cannot drive due to no tags and no call from whoever has the check for the taxes because everything is closed due to the New Year holiday.

Very friendly staff and the service manager went above and beyond to try and help me understand all my concerns while at the dealership. Even after I was gone I thought of a couple more questions and had and he had no issues speaking with me on the phone and didn t make me feel like I was wasting his time! Definitely recommend and will send all my family and friends that way!!

I attempted to sell my vehicle with Auffenberg Kia Cape Girardeau. I spoke to Josh I believe over the phone and he told me to come to the dealership because I was in town and he would take a look at it. I arrived to the dealership and waited 45 minutes without being helped. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told they haven t even seen Josh in hours. I tried to call him again while at the dealership and got no answer. Yet another horrible experience at an Auffenberg dealership. I should have known better.

Im changing my reviews because this is a great place to take Kia cars awesome staff and very friendly. Left a bad review last time and actually correcting it . They are nice on phone said they would take care of that. Most places won t. Treated with RESPECT!!!! Thank you Kia and thank you to the great staff

Chris Ritchie was incredibly rude and refused to help with my concern on my newly purchased vehicle. I purchased my Kia at a separate dealership and when trying to utilize my warranty at this location refused proper service and sent me home in an unsafe vehicle. The coolant appears to be leaking out through the exhaust and causing my vehicle to not excel properly. After mentioning this concern they claimed to have driven the vehicle yet the mileage hadn t increased at all after dropping off the keys. After alluding to the noticed unaltered mileage they disregarded my concern and dismissed me. I am now concerned for mine and my children s safety while being in this vehicle

Wonderful service department! Beware of gaslighting grouch at the desk before you make it back to the good guys. She apparently needs a P R update provided by the Service Department. Cannot say enough good things about my service department experience. I almost took a star, but decided one person s bad attitude was not worth hurting a good company s ratings. If you want someone to tell you rudely, That s not covered without looking it up when ask a warranty question, she is your girl look for her best grouch face. That was before I had a problem. What does she do when a real problem arises? Get thee to the service department as quickly as possible and avoid the Grinch Grouch.

We had been to many dealerships and they made promises and didn't keep them. Then my husband found Michael at Kia in Cape. Michael found a car we loved and the process was timely and professional. When we were there we met the GM and he was so great with our grandson, that's so important to me! The finance guy Harry was very professional and again it was timely and professional. I can't thank them enough, we will definitely go back if we are in need of another car. Thanks guys!!!

Poor lazy techs. Told them had a bad tire. Didn't even take off to check it. Blamed it on me saying not rotating tires at proper time. Tire won't even stand up by itself when taken off. Pure laziness and lack of experience. Negative 4 stars. Good job guys.

We did not have a good experience. Michael, our sales man was the only part that wasn't really an issue. They sold me a brand new kia sportage. This thing broke down on me at 1,500 miles (had 200 miles at time of purchase) I had it for about a month and it spent 2 months in the shop. I'm frustrated because I'm paying almost $800/month for a vehicle that I can't drive, I can't sell because it's not physically in my possession. I ask the dealership for a fair buy back. I got 2 Toyota dealerships that offered me more on trade in than kia would for their own model. Pretty pathetic. I called several times to talk to anybody that could help me. The sales guy was the only one that would keep contact with me and really it wasn't his issue to deal with. They kept shrugging me off and honestly it was pretty disgusting to feel like a walking dollar sign to them. Then I started getting the denial letters from creditors they ran my information through and they all show almost 800 credit score and a denial reason of "collateral value not sufficient to loan amount" meaning they jacked the price up so much i was upside down on it before i even signed the papers. This was not a trade in or anything, the kia was the obky vehicle and the only debt associated with the loan. Long story short, Coad Toyota and Baldwin Toyota were both a million times better to work with and now we are proud owners of a Tundra and not shameful owners of a Sportage. Wouldn't recommend these guys to my enemy.

Chris in service in No a person to work with I don t see how he holds the job zero customer respect. Will not do it to work on a extended warranty issue on my Kia Sedona. Have a issue with steering wheel locking while driving!! Says nothing wrong when I ask how to resolve it before we have a bad wreck or lawsuit he hung up. All this time my wife is waiting on them. When she goes to leave after they did nothing but charge me $135. It acted up in the parking lot so she went back in told him and he said he won t look at it again they re to busy.

Let me start by saying we are a Kia family, we own 2. However we are not from the Cape Girardeau area. Our youngest kiddo is a new college student locally though & as luck would have it, the key fob started having trouble shortly after we arrived back home. I called & spoke with Chad in the service department. He totally put this mama at ease, had me send my kiddo to him & graciously helped a freaked out freshman that was far away from mom & dad for the first time. I can not THANK you enough. You'll definitely have our service business for the next 4 years.

If you re looking for a new Kia .and don t want to be pressured or have your intelligence insulted .use this dealership. Their salespeople are actually friendly and treat you like family. I know everybody says we treat you like family but these folks actually do. I have bought several vehicles from Jeremy, and I have never once been disappointed. I sent my kids to Cape Kia and all of them bought their first new cars from them. Kia rocks, and Cape Kia is the only dealer I will ever use.

My car stopped on me in the middle of the morning heading to Memphis and one I got my car towed to Kia in cape, Chris Ritchie made sure he helped me from start to finish, he made sure my car got looked at even though they were booked far as appointments. He recommended hotels to me since I was from out of town with my mom and dog, he took us to our hotel and made sure we got picked up the next morning. The staff there was amazing and friendly especially the female salesman who has the second desk from walking in. Chris got me a rental and took me to get it and I was on my way home until I have to come back to get my car. I m glad my car stopped where it did so me and my family could receive this outstanding service from Chris and his fellow coworkers. Thanks again Chris

The workers got the job done. Came out told me what my issue was, and got on it. Oh, and noone stole anything from my vehicle this time. I stop coming to them for services for awhile because everything I come, someone was rumbling through my car, and taking stuff. Had dirty fingerprints all over my car.

Me and my wife was looking at a Yukon they had for sale it was a Friday and only 1 salesman working and the gm both of them looked at my car and told me they would contact me in the next few days with a quote for my trade in I waited for them to call me and I never heard anything back from them. I stopped in and asked what was going on and they said they are still working on it. A few more days went by and I drove by the dealership and noticed the car was not in the lot so the next day I called my salesman and asked if the car was still available. He then told me that they sold the car to someone else. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone if they are not even going to try and sale a car to someone who was at the dealership multiple times asking about the car and they still sold it from underneath me.

Went for maintenance on my wife's 2022 Sorrento. Got right in at the appointment time. They took care of all the maintenance issues and rotated the tires. Had me in and out in less than 40 minutes. Used the coupon of their app and the price was reasonable. Way to go guys!!!

If you have a family or are looking for a reliable vehicle, DO NOT shop here. This review is solely based on my experience assisting and interacting with the dealership. The experience of a close friend directly impacted me. I have first hand attempted to help, witnessed, and listened to the conversations; it has been an awful experience.� Purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership and experienced nothing but problems. The dealership has repeatedly stated that the engine is under recall, but they can t help until the engine blows up. This has been ongoing for years. Additionally, the vehicle can t be sold or traded because of how much the vehicle has depreciated in value. Trust me, find another dealer, the family image that they depict in their advertisements is false.

Brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Took it to Plaza Tire the next day to check on a vibration in the back. Turns out my tires were never rotated even though I was charged for it, AND I also ended up needing $600 in repairs that no one thought to let me know needed to be done. Front and back end alignment, 4 new tires, etc etc. Severely dissapointed and will not be back. These issues could have easily caused an accident, so the least they could have done is let me know they were going on!

To the sweet couple who just bought the used white Chevy Tahoe on 8/21/2021, I hope this reaches you... My husband and I (he is an ASE Certified Master Tech for Chevy, ranked in the top 10% in the nation) test drove this vehicle and he evaluated it to the best of his ability in the parking lot and on the drive. We made Michael Robinson and Jeremy Mouser aware of the following: the transmission fluid was dark brown (its supposed to be pinkish red) and there is a slight shudder in the transmission that is only going to worsen and become very problematic. We spoke to them about this, they denied but offered a 2 year warranty at a reduced cost. This dealership, at the VERY least owes you fluid services AND a warranty on a transmission in a vehicle they sold you without fixing the issue. You certainly do not have to take our word for it but PLEASE have Chevy evaluate this vehicle soon.Mr. Michael Robinson did not return our calls, pretended not to get my voice mail, and knew he was in the middle of a sale as we were driving in to speak to him about this vehicle (from fairly far away). We were not set on purchasing due to its issues but our time was wasted, communication was very poor, and the lack of respect was very unprofessional. I know he just wanted to make a sale and not deal with the couple identifying transmission issues but now there is a couple out there that just got screwed over today and it breaks my heart. I hope your dealership makes it right and changes its ways in the future.

I have bought many new cars from Auffenberg Kia of Cape Girardeau. They have all ways treated me great. Coye Moore all ways greats me when I walk into the dealership and asks how the family is and if I need any help. Jeremy Mauser the sales manager all ways takes time to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase. Ashley the service manager all ways gets me in for my services as fast as she can and back down the road since my time is very precious and limited. I'm happy with my decision to shop with Chris Auffenberg Kia of Cape Girardeau and will buy another one from them again down the road. Keep up the great job guys.

Hands down worst dealership to by a vehicle!! I spent months looking for a vehicle that I really wanted, talked to several people over the phone. I talked to a sales man named Bryce, I told him the type of vehicle I want, the interior, exterior. He told me if I wanted the vehicle I could put a down payment on it before it got there. I drove an hour away from my house, put the deposit down, and talked to him. He told me everything about it, and continued to tell me he would UPDATE me, about any of the change. I put the deposit down 10/8, I spoke to him sooner over the phone. He said the car was expected to be there 10/28. Well it had been 19 days, the day before the car was expected to be there , and no update. I had to call to find out any information. The ladies who answered the phone were rude, put me on hold every time I called, cut me off when I was talking. The car had been pushed back another date till 11/10, which was no big deal. I was kinda not expecting it to happen, but I was okay to wait longer. I realized this car was hard to come by. Days went on still NO UPDATE.. I continue to contact him over EVERYTHING. He offered me another vehicle they got in a few hours away, told me he could get it there in one or maybe two days that day came, he wasn t at work, nor worried about my vehicle AT ALL. I continued to contact him that day, Bc I obviously didn t get any updates from him. He didn t know anything about it, also took him HOURS to respond back. I spent my entire day WAITING for a response. At this point it was RIDICULOUS!! I did not care to wait for a vehicle, BUT the fact the sales man never one tried to contact me over it, is beside me. I did not want to give my money to someone who treated the whole situation a joke. He was awful, the whole place is awful. I went to get my refund for the deposit, the ladies where rude, mumbling underneath there breath, and argued with me about the check they never seen but it was sitting on the paper tray behide them.. I personally never make reviews, but this was down right the worse thing!! I truthfully don t understand why the situation happened like it did. I will never be back, or suggest you guys to anyone .
