I think they only have two guys working there. So,like any other business, they aren't worth it. Especially if you need them for a warranty repair. No calls back. No,well, to anything. So,if your appliances are in need of repair, cross your fingers you won't get these guys. It will take forever, and you won't even need them. Because you got tired of waiting and go buy a new appliance. Not from them either. They may as well close and go work at lowes,Home Depot, or menards.

I had a refrigerator diagnosed and repaired by Dye Appliance, which only lasted for 12 days after their work. I called back to ask if they could come back and take another look since they claim a warranty of 30 days and received very terrible customer service from Zach. They will not honor their own warranty. Also they are extremely difficult to contact. Highly do not recommend doing any business with this company.

I had Dye appliance service my Dryer on 6/14/22, it was making a buzzing noise when I pressed the start button, he came, pressed the button & said I needed a new motor, showed me a work around until I bought my new dryer. He was he less than 5 min and charged me $70 for a work around that about burnt my house down. He never checked the vent to see if it was clogged, it was all the way up to the top of the outside vent. When the delivery person came to deliver my new dryer he told me I did not need a new dryer, he took the coil that leads to the vent off the back & it blew out tons of lint even though I clean the filter after each load, apparently a bird built his nest in there. You would think the first thing a repairman would do would be to check the back vent on a dryer. I reached out and left a message to Dye Appliance to recoup what I paid for the service call but he did not reply

Good customer service and technician only took a hour or two repairing our Maytag Dryer! Would recommend to anyone with a Amana, Whirlpool,or Maytag appliance in their home.

We will be calling Quincy Appliance. My husband *rushed* home to talk to the repair man who was in and out in 10 minutes. Told me there was nothing wrong with my machines and said a new lid lock might fix the problem. My husband has called twice and not gotten a call back. I called and didn t get an answer. Call back the next business day. That s a lie. We will not be calling Dye Appliance again.

Driver just halfway pulled out in front of me as I was driving down the road and sat there blocking the street. Nearly caused an accident and looked at me like I'm stupid. Incompetent driver probably indicates an incompetent business.

Was given 30 minutes notice before tech arrived. Quick diagnosis and repair. Friendly repair guy. Will be back again if needed
