Complete garbage department! Don t use them for anything! If you do, it s your fault because I warned you! If they say the tire will be here tomorrow, it won t! If they say, they ll call you when it arrives, they won t! When you call and they say, the tire has arrived, they can t find it! When you drop off the rim in the morning for one new tire, they can t get to it until that evening but won t give you a service ticket. They just write your name in a second book and say they ll call you. I m sure, they won t. I m sure they re nice people but the department is understaffed, not trained, disorganized, stressed out, overworked.Safe yourself a week of frustrations and cursing and go to Advanced Tire in Bethany instead.

Lady at the counter very rude. Always a long wait. Go to Walmart in Richmond if you need an oil change or tire repair.

We live on a gravel road, which causes us to have a LOT of flat tires. Walmart Automotive is awesome! So happy to have the Road Hazard on our tires. And with all the checks they do whenever they work on our tires, I feel very safe! Plus, the crew at Cameron, Missouri is awesome! Very friendly and quick service! We would not go anywhere else!!

I had a screw in the tread of my tire. They patched it and pumped it up and it has been good since.

Had to wait for my tires from 145pm too 445 it was awful, the weekends are totally swamped be prepared. The employees in the auto care department is very friendly

Was parked in the parking lot when my battery went dead. Auto center manager came out and jump started my car. I asked about a new battery and how long it would take to install. He took me right in and had the battery installed in twenty minutes. This manager is awesome and needs to be recognized for his customer support. A great place to do business.

I always get my oil changed here. It's usually quick. A couple of towels were left under my hood last time. They put the wrong oil in. My cars warning lights all came on and my car was acting very strange. I called and told them about it and they confirmed that they did in fact put all the wrong fluids in. I asked them how they were going to make this right because I almost lost my car, and all they said was sorry twice. I then had to go have everything flushed and fixed and that one oil change ended up costing me 100s of dollars.

Been at Walmart for just a oil change for 4 hours . There is no management to control the problem. And it wasn't that bease

3 hour wait with an 8, 6, 3, and 1 year old. when they said hour to an hour and a half. then the problem that I had (tire sensor on for low air) was not fixed. we dont live close, so they told me to drove on it for 10 min. and it would shut off. still didnt. drove back to the store they told me all the tires were fine. before bringing it to walmart, if the tire was low the sensor would go off in 1/2 mile of driving tops! 30 minute drive and its still on so I payed for what?

Our tire blew out on I35 South on our way to Branson. Walmart tire got us in right away, was kind, professional, and FAST! Here we are an hour and a half after the fact driving away with a new set of tires. We can not say enough good things about the professionals at Walmart Auto in Cameron MO. I was there to have a tire changed and while they had it jacked up they found a nail in another tire!! Notified me and fixed it on the spot

Son got his oil changed here right before thanksgiving. Didn't have to wait but maybe an hour. Great service and friendly employees. Would recommend to anyone

Horrible customer service battery was 6 months old under 3 year warranty and i was forced to pay because price of battery is little higher. Wal-Mart customer service line even says i shouldn't of had to pay the extra

The guy made me a key that was not the correct blank. Went back the next day and he said whoever made this didnt use the correct blank. Then he lost the car keys to the lady in front of me so she was upset when she came back asking where her car keys were because they were not in the car. He swore he gave them to her. They looked on video and he never gave them to her.

These guys did a great job getting my tires on and even replaced a missing plastic screw that was needed to hold the interior wall together where the wheel is. Thank you so much!!!

Very slow employees were to worried about talking and not doing the job should not have taken a hour and a half to get to my car to do a simple oil change

I called them it answered and said thank you for calling the walmart tire and line Express. Then it instantly hung up on me. 4 times in a row. That's after being on hold for 19 minutes.

The associates inside are nice and friendly. They try to help as much as they can. However, one person outside, in the actual shop, is rude and demeaning to anyone who isn't an expert with cars.
