Very professional and a great value. I had Focal tweeters installed along with Hertz 6.5s in the doors. Not only was the labor cheap considering the extra work the guys had to do to fit the 6.5s (5x7, 6x8 standard), but the components themselves were cheaper than what you could get from amazon or any other big-name store. I set my appointment and waited a few hours at most for the biggest audio upgrade I've had in my life.Highly recommend.

We had a sub/amp installed in 2020 and had a great experience. I recently sold that car and wanted to have the equipment moved to our other vehicle. I called, emailed, left messages with ZERO response. Part of my install package was paying only labor to have the equipment moved in the future. I see the new business model is to not honor previous work OR even call customers back. Best Buy did great work though! Sorry to see this happen to a great local business. Good luck.

Came here to get some audio put in my truck and have my windows tinted. Tint came out great and my truck sounds amazing. Highly recommend this place. Great work.

We had to call 6 times to make arrangements to get our project completed. They are very disorganized and not professional!Just one week before work was to be done they called and let us know that the work would be 35% more then what they quoted.We would not recommend them for any work. Buyer BEWARE!!!In addition- we did receive a response but it made no sense. There wasn t another company involved in the work. We were using an associate at the store to do different work that had nothing to do with the original work.If it mattered, you would call us to get resolved. Good customer service skills start with listening to you customers. This issue properly explains why you have other complaints and low overall scores.Anyway- we found someone who is going to get all the work done this week. Including the install of the new stereo system.We were very disappointed and moving on.

I took my brand new 2022 car with only 180 miles May of 2022 and they caused almost $6000.00 in damage to the car just tinting the windows. My insurance had to go after them to cover the damages and the tint job is horrible!!!

I bought a topper for my pickup from Vision. I also had them install the topper. They told me it would take about an hour for the installation but, it took 4 hours. I waited at the store for the install and during that time no communicate with me on the status. After I left i soon discover the lights were not function correctly and returned to the store. It took another hour for them to get them working correctly. That should have been caught before telling me it was done Also, the wiring they added for the topper lights they did not secure them and there was shipping material left in the truck bed. Another issue was that the topper had a chip in it which they noticed while installing the topper. If I would have not noticed the chip they would not have said anything. That should have been brought to my attention right away because I may not have wanted the topper with the chip. After some discussion they did not charge me for the install to make up for the damage topper. Not securing the added wire and trying to pass the damage topper off does not bode well. I would not recommend using them for topper installation. They said they've installed a lot of toppers but I questioned that.

These guys offer super friendly service, and if they don't have the accessories you want they will order them in for you! My brother has an old F-100 that he wanted to outfit with a sound system so he took it over to them and got them to do what they thought was best and it turned out great! I would recommend these guys to anybody who needs any customizing done to their vehicle!

Quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Tinted my windows on 05 canyon, had one peel a few weeks after install. When I brought it in there was no hassle just pulled right in a fixed the issue! Will be purchasing a stealth ox in the near future.

The salesman that helped me was aloof and very unprofessional. He couldn't get off his keester to go out and show me the b&w truck hitches as mine was stolen over the weekend. I tried local for the reason of keeping business in our town. I guess he more interested in "attending" to someone who looked more "prominent". The internet has the same thing and cheaper. Oh well I tried.

Very informative and friendly staff. Did a great job on tinting my windows and adding an amp and subs to my existing factory head unit today. Have a few more things to do so I will be going back! Thanks guys great job.

Called before we drove down to make sure they had in stock what we were looking for considering we like over an hour away. Your employee ensured us he had them in stock, and he we got there he said he didn t ha e any and tried to sell us some for double the price we were looking for. Will not be returning
