I called to ask about a repair, and he wouldn't even allow me to get to the part where I talked about the repair because he was hung up on me mentioning towing to the shop. I understood the moment he said he doesn't do towing that I would need to hire a different person to get my vehicle there, but he just kept going on and on about towing and who I needed to call for towing. 1) If you don't tow, I can hire my own tow truck, stop pushing your buddy's phone number and information onto me, and 2) please give me a chance to talk about the repair needed once my vehicle gets to your location. This man just kept going on and on about the towing and how they don't, and this guy does, and they can't help me with towing. Exasperated, I finally said, "You're not letting me talk. I'm not done talking." This man then said, "I'm not interested in helping you," and hung up the phone. I couldn't even explain the work I needed. We never got that far, probably because I'm a woman, and I don't know anything about anything, or maybe he's just a jerk to everyone? I don't know, and I don't care. You might be good to some customers, but whomever is answering your phone today is costing you paid jobs, and you might want to look into that because a customer mentioning towing shouldn't stop a potential customer from being an actual customer especially with how rude they were. If you believe that to be true, I hope your business model you showed me today reaps the reward it will earn you.

I was driving home a 1979 Mack Ladder truck, when I blew a tire south of town. Christian came asap and hauled the old girl to town. Very appreciative of him being willing to haul such a large, old truck!

Mike was there to help us on our first RV trip and little mishap. It was storming out and he was there within 30 minutes at well past midnight on Memorial Day weekend and he was very professional and helpful. He was able to get our RV out quickly and with no damage to it. We were very grateful for the quick and professional response. Thank you so much!!

Extremely professional company. Don't hesitate to use their services. They hauled our car trailer home for us after the tongue broke and did a fantastic job. They are the people to call when you break the equipment you use to haul things, or anything to need towed.

Scotty's Carriage Works has rescued me and my parents when our truck pulling our fifth wheel RV broke down. They were able to tow both the truck and the RV with no problems. It was cold and blowing and they answered our call and came in record time. Thank you so much for this awesome service and availability.

Scotty's helped us out today when our car died in the driveway if a busy business ... And we couldn't get the car restarted. They came and got us and towed us back to Chillicothe, dropped us off at our home and delivered our car to the mechanic. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We highly recommend these guys should you find yourself needing a tow. Thanx you guys!

I cant thank Scotty's enough. My GPS took me down an unpaved road and left me stuck in mud. Mike Scott the owner came out with a side by side when no other tow trucks could get to me and tirelessly worked to get me turned around and back on dry pavement. I couldn't recommend them more.

One of their wreckers ran me off the road! Honking at me with a ridiculously loud air horn while I was driving in heavy traffic on ice! I called their office and the JACKA$$ on the phone said he was in a hurry to get to an overturned tanker! REALLY JACKA$$? IT S OKAY TO POTENTIALLY CAUSE MORE ACCIDENTS BECAUSE YOUR INCOMPETENT DRIVER IS RESPONDING TO AN ACCIDENT?!?! I M A CLASS A DRIVER WITH ALL ENDORSEMENTS AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT WHAT YOUR DRIVER DID IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! Not to mention the fact that your driver also almost ran an elderly lady off the road too! I saw her in my mirror, she was in tears and was horrified by your drivers incessant honking with that obnoxiously loud horn! I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FMCSA!!!
