My battery died on I35 trying to drive 3 kids back to MN. I was so afraid we would be freezing on the side of the road waiting for a tow but we made it to Cameron and the folks at O'Reilly's figured out the problem and took care of us right then and there. Wow, what kind human beings!

Larry is very rude to customers I been in two times and he has been hateful with me and very rude, and try to agure with. Me a bout what parts I need, I will not be going back I would rather go it car quest at least they are nice to they customer

I was heading home from Kansas to Iowa and my wiper blade came off. I stopped in here on a Sunday morning, and they were extremely helpful.The guy even put on the blades on for me in the pouring rain. He was way awesome, extremely helpful, and super sweet!They have great staff here, and the store was very clean.Thank you!

I had a horrible experience today. Walked into the store using cussing comments using God**** they didn t appear to want to help. The first person I talked to appeared clueless and they had to call someone else up to assist me. They appeared to be more interested in playing and visiting than working! It will be a long time before I set foot in your store if I ever do.

They need to be trained on how to use the battery testers. This store does free battery check but only if it is in the morning? My battery couldn't be tested because my car died when I pulled in. Couldn't be tested on big tester it would take 2-3 hours and it's 7 pm on Sunday.

This place is a joke. Evidently you don't pay help enough to show up. I went to get a part & you were closed at 6pm on a Saturday. Corporate needs to rethink policy as my local store can't keep help.

Store is a disaster and service has gone down hill more than ever. Good luck getting them to even answer the phones in the evening. And if you go in there it is just a teen hangout in the store where all the workers buddys are hanging and b-sing and the workers wont provide service to the customers. Never was this way when the larry's and deb ran the store. Quite shamefull.

DO NOT GET LOAN TOOLS WITH A CHECK! This store deposited my loaner tool check less than 24hrs after I had picked it up. Then, when I returned the tool within the 48hr loaner window. They refused to refund my money. Stating that I had to wait ten days for my refund. It says clearly on the recipt that the window is 48hrs. So now I have $60 taken out of my bank account and can t get it back.Horrid customer service. Rude staff. Not knowledgeable at all.

Was going to 1 star this. But the manager assisted to make this not so bad. Went here needing a starter. They had the starter but told me mine was fine and my alternator was the issue. I had never heard of a slow starting issue being a alternator but decided to buy a new alternator and install it. The issue persisted. Went back and got a new starter and it works great now. Moral of the story: while some of these stores employ people who actually know about mechanics, this location doesn't.

Everyone was super helpful in figuring out what Randy Crow Chevrolet dealership did to my car on Friday. Found out this morning that all the problems were traced back to the oil dip stick being out and the oil pan being loose.

Order a part comes in Tuesday go to pick it up Friday and they sent it back. Guess I'll shop elsewhere place is a joke anymore.

Decent location. I'm used to the one I frequent in KC so this was a little different. The parking lot and entry were pretty dirty when I visited. The staff isn't as knowledgeable as I'm used to, but all the parts are the same quality as every other O'Reilly.

This place was amazing! We had major car trouble, heading out of town @ they were 5min away from closing time. They stayed open late for us, even helped us with the part!Definitely recommend them.

I went into the cameron location today to get parts for 2 trucks, I needed a thermostat for one and a radiator cap for another. The person helping said that my trucks were "environment killers" . I was already hot and sweaty and aggravated and his comments did not help my aggravation. I will never set foot back in that store. I understand everyone is entitled to their opinion but whenever your sales associate helping someone you should keep it to yourself.

I brought a pair wipers and for labor weekend I got one and got the other for free that was a surprise for me and the person who sold them to me I was pleased as he installed them for me I was happy and will do business again

Ordered an ac bypass pulley, got the part it was correct. On the other hand the bolts and washers they sent were the wrong size. I called to see if they would correct their mistake and was put on hold for 16 mins and no answer.

Cheated out of $120! My wife takes in the Buick to ask if they could tighten the battery cable, because I told her I thought it was lose. She was then fraudulently sold a new $145 battery. We did not need a new battery. That night she drives the Buick and drops it off for me at work. It, once again won't start. I put a jumper cable before and after the loose battery cable (how I started it before the new battery) and it starts again. They refused to give us our old battery back, and exchange it, or refund us, saying that they shipped it out that night, and that they ship a pallet of batteries every night. They are very fraudulently! I will never shop at an O'Reillys again, and will tell everyone I know to not support them. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have contacted the DA on fraud charges.
