The only service department that has touched my Jeep. From oil changes to upgrading to a Tom Woods drive shaft. Jess has always been extremely helpful in assisting me, and the mechanics have done a thorough job when servicing. This past summer of 23, I brought in my Jeep to have some aftermarket parts installed and serviced and informed them I was taking it on vacation in the mountains. From Steamboat Springs, CO, to Yellowstone to Glacier National Park on into Canada and back down into the Redwoods all with no issue. And when I go again, I know I can trust the people at Max Curnow service department to make sure my Jeep is as ready as I am. They are Jeep people, for Jeep people.

This was the 2nd time we have been here and started out with great service until about 2 weeks after we had the car. We were informed when we bought it there was no problems, but oddly enough we find out it has a transmission leak. When we took it back to be fixed, under the extended warranty we paid for, they tried to claim it wouldn't be covered because it was there previously. Once we did some more digging, it turns out they had in fact "fixed it" before even selling me the car and failed to inform us. With much resistance, they finally "fixed" the car again. A few days later, it's still leaking. Took the car back again for them to fix, still leaking. We finally had to take elsewhere and get it fixed right. Had they of been honest this review would be different, but they blatantly lied about the entire situation and still didn't fix it after having to take it back 2 different times. Won't be buying here again!

What can I say? This place is great! Jess is awesome. Friendly, fast, communicative and funny to boot! They don't do detailing, but do have service techs. Better to get an appointment I would say. When I do....on point!

Jess in service is top notch. When we had to buy a new vehicle due to a blown motor the sales department treated is fairly and found a deal we could work with. I would purchase here again.

Fantastic salesman! No pressure, but very patient. I don t make decisions quickly, but Garrett was VERY patient. He answered all my questions. All the staff are friendly and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.

The technician knew immediately what the issue was when I explained it to him. They confirmed it by diagnosing it shortly after I dropped it off. Customer service was great! I received a phone call to tell me what my issue was with the vehicle and the price to fix. The price was reasonable given the fact of what things cost nowadays. They had my vehicle ready to go the same day. Thanks everyone!

Very helpful answering questions and being very accommodating. Only flaw is pickup we bought wasn t ready to bring home. May not have it by tonight so that s biggest drawback buying something. Daughter in law had same experience when she bought from them.Other 2 places I ve purchased my other 2 pickups from, I drove home that day.Overall I d give them another chance when we are ready to buy again. Hopefully the vehicle can be driven home that day.

I ordered a new truck from Adam. He told me it would take six months but It showed up in five months. They gave me a great deal and didn t force me to finance through them to get the deal. I was able to use my bank and my terms. I have bought trucks from Adam before and he will continue to be my go to guy.

Jessica in the service department is amazing. I had a previous experience where the issue was "fixed" only to discover it wasn't (prior serivce advisor)... but she stepped up and got everything straightened out. Because of her, I will use them again in the future. She puts her customers first and delivers exceptional service saving me so much money. She actually cares and it makes a difference!

Great dealership. One of my best experiences with a dealership. Had the vehicles ready for test drive that I was interested in, and had others ready as backups. John did a great job and listened to what we wanted. Stephanie the Sales Manager was great also and made everything go smooth and quick.

Overall had a wonderful experience, however there are some things that could ve been done better.When I first got there the car that I had an appointment to test drive wasn t even pulled up to where I could see it, then it took a little while before someone was assigned to me. We then head out to test drive and we don t even do a walk around we hop in a freezing cold vehicle that still has ice on the windshield.Other than that the staff was pleasant and worked quickly to get me in and out of there with the car. They are a good dealership overall but could ve been way more prepared for a customer driving 2+hours away to test drive a vehicle.

No respect or regard for their customers. Adam and his sales manager Randy Davis are exactly the reason why most don t trust new car dealership. As someone in the business I encourage you to be warned of this terrible business being run by Adam and others.They don t stick to their word and are extremely dishonest and unprofessional.

My fianc� and I went to Randy Curnow Saturday for our first time buying from a dealership and every employee was really patient with us and answered every question we had thoroughly to make sure we understand everything we were signing up for. I very highly reckons this dealership. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help! Also I believe it was Dillon Burriss ( I Can t remember the first name for sure ) helped us choosing the vehicle and taking a test drive. Mark helped us with financial and both of them were phenomenal! No complaints whatsoever!!

We drove from Iowa looking for a truck very nice people, We came in and everyone was very helpful. Hailey was the person who helped us. She was super helpful and had lots of patience trying to help us as much as possible. She walked us through everything and made sure we understood and left happy. Would come back again great place:)

Visited the service department in April to have an oil change and diagnostics ran. And to have the cable for the rear entertainment system replaced. Was told the entire RES would have to be replaced to the tune of $1,400. Diagnostics showed I needed to have the thermostat replaced. I opted to not replace the RES, it was simply not in my budget. I was to be called when the thermostat was in to come back to have it replaced. It is November 1st. And I still have not received a call about the thermostat. Won't be returning.

During Corona,I went in for a miss fire,they said it was a transmission they sawed the exaust,muffler,took the 4x4 and the cadalidic converter. They wanted to charge me for the labor I refused,I gave no consent to proceed with those "repairs" it was a lost cause thousands of dollars in damages and "missing" components got it back finally approx. 1 year later components are just gone. Think twice on them.

Best experience I have had buying a vehicle in the past 10 years by far. Vehicle was ready when I arrived and sales rep Mark Jackson was ready to go. We bought the vehicle in a fast and easy manner with absolutely no pressure to add anything we didn't want or need. Extremely happy with this dealership, sales rep and John the finance manager. I would highly recommend them and will return myself as often as possible.
