Amy Ford truly cares about her members and it shows. I know that I am taken care of and Amy and her team are only a phone call away anytime I need something.

Where do we start? Walking into the building you feel welcomed. Everyone has a smile on their face and is genuinely happy to ask "what can we do for you today?" Once seated in an office you feel nothing but confident these ladies know what they are doing but are also confident in doing it. Which is great when you are reluctant to change. They are very thorough and make sure you are comfortable with the coverages and discounts you are getting. Farm Bureau insurance is the way to go and going through Amy's office is Major bonus. You may walk in raging against change and the unknown but you will walk out happy to have met new faces and more than happy with the coverages they helped you choose.

We recently moved all of our insurance coverage to Missouri Farm Bureau after being a State Farm Customer for 15+ years. For the same level of coverage we were able to save significantly by switching companies. Amy and her staff are fantastic. Everyone I've worked with has been very professional and ensure my needs are met I a timely fashion. We highly recommend Amy Ford and Missouri Farm Bureau.

My family made the switch to Amy Ford - Missouri Farm Bureau two years ago. Amy was able to bundle our home and autos and save us money when we needed it the most (our son got his drivers license!) Amy is very professional and diligent at getting you the coverage you need! Now, flash forward and I work for Amy! Amy is a great boss and Missouri Farm Bureau is a great team to work for and with!

I was a little apprehensive about switching Insurance companies because of all the hassles that comes with the process but after sitting down and talking with Amy for a while we did. We now have all our vehicles, house, and life insurance with her and couldn't be happier. She made the process very easy and we are saving money every month. I would highly recommend just sitting down and visiting with her and let her see what she can do for you.

I had a busted pipe that ended up flooding my garage. It happened on a Friday night. I contacted Amy on Saturday morning and she processed the claim right away. The claim representative was there to check it out on Monday and the claim was processed within a few days. It is so great to have an insurance agent that is there for you day or night and that provides wonderful service! Thank you Amy and Farm Bureau for being so helpful, readily available and providing wonderful service!

Don t get insurance for your home here, if you care about having a company who cares about your family and will do you right choose anywhere but here. They will do anything they can to avoid paying to fix anything. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
