The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was ready to go when I arrived. They made sure I had everything I needed and ready to go. Thank you for making my check-in and moving process a breeze! Highly recommend!

The people working here are super friendly and helpful. This location is convenient along a major highway in the area and it is easy to get in and out of. I returned a rental trailer once, and the manager even came right out to help me unhook the trailer. So nice! So helpful when I needed it.

Pretty slow getting my Uhaul customer service was pretty subpar. I know it s early but cmon.The quick mart looks decent. Good selection of beverages and what have you

Went in to rent the truck that is advertised to rent. The very RUDE women in there said it was not cleaned and needed gas. I can tell you this much! We won't be back to even gas up at this gas station ever again.. I made a complaint with U-Haul as well.. Word of mouth can sure make or break your business.. I will be telling everyone about my experience at that particular gas station..The WORST..

I needed the lights on my vehicle fixed and didn't realize it until the trailer was on the hitch. The gentleman working there was super nice about it.

Drive from Eldon to pick up a car dolly. To be told I can't rent it because I can't haul a small car with my explorer. Big waste of time and gas. Not happy at all.

complaint filed with u haul. The worst foul mouthed employee I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend this business to anyone. too bad you have to give one star because they would not get one from myself. Spreading the word to everyone I know.

Well run U-Haul dealer with a convenience store attached, so you can get gas, snacks, and your U-Haul, too. Recommend!

Rented us a non working trailer. Told us all lights were good and they weren't and got pulled over and fined 75$ for no lights!

Seem to have just what we need. Wish other stores had things in stock when the say they have something. Rented U-Haul only to have to pay for trailer to pick up nothing from other store

the worst, many excuses, we reserved a trailer with a credit card 4 days ago, they let our trailer out and now do not have one....do what you say..if we reserve...it is oursNever do business with these people
