Worst experience I ve ever had with a car dealership. The service manager treated me horribly and was even raising his voice to me over a seat cover they were supposed to replace. Trying to get through to the service department is impossible, the time I did go there I had to go in person to make an appointment. I will never go back there.

The service department is always so slow. Takes over 2 hours for a simple oil change. I just do t get it. Now I go to quick car. Takes them way less time. People value their time and don t care to wait over 2 hours for an oil change.

Chad and Shane are absolutely awesome. My family was in need of a new vehicle. I met with these two guys and man what a team. They put me into a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. The car had to have the rotors resurfaced and they took care of that. They took my van on trade and gave me enough to pay off my loan at the bank. I cant thank these guys enough. They even gave me a phone number I could contact them personally should I need anything for the first few weeks.This is the 2nd car that we have bought from a large dealership. I have been thoroughly pleased. So much so that they are keeping their eyes open for a vehicle for my teenager.

Dave, service manager, is the man! Saw my engine line come on so I pulled in to see if they could help. He educated me on the problem, what my options are, and helped me with a temporary fix to get my through. Thanks Dave and the rest of the Sakelaris team! Will most likely go through them for service or even a future car because of Dave

Brought my car to this dealership for safety recalls on a Friday. They asked if I would like to wait for it to be finished. Thank God I didn't because they had my car for over a week and never even had the parts. I called multiple times, rarely got an answer and when I did they said they would find out and call me back. They never did. It takes 2 minutes to call someone back and explain. Thanks for wasting my time Sakelaris.

While visiting my Mom here in Lake Ozark, my Ram truck drivers side seat controls quit working and needed to be fixed. Wyatt, was such a huge help and got the truck worked in to get fixed. Without the help of Wyatt, our vacation would have been ruined.I can t thank Wyatt enough for all his help for someone that does not live here.

Do not do business here you should go somewhere else down the road they have changed general managers now they are rude they hang up on their customers they don't listen to them then they say that their motor is blown when they drove it to their dealership. They will not call you back they will avoid you at all and until it's time for you to pick up your vehicle and pay for service they did not even do. Now customer service is a must and I promise you I would never catch you if I want if you trying to help me they need to bring back Dave the old general manager with the customer service that they used to have that married still talks about the owner I mean I don't understand she talks about this but I don't see it promise you I didn't cuss nobody cuz trust and believe the ones I do give a cussin to they don't say I gave themShane sales at the front desk I promise you that if I cussed you out it was because you have done something physically to me cussing about a situation is different.

The man who helped me at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!I will always come back to this dealership! Even when they had my car, they gave me rides to work/gym and picked me up when I needed.When I got my Jeep back, the AC was cold and blowing air like brand new. Couldn t of had a better experience. Such nice and wonderful people to be around. I appreciate you all!! Thank you thank you thank you!You deserve more than 5 stars!

Absolutely the worst Service Department! Highly recommend to NOT take your vehicle here. If your thinking about it check every place that you can that does reviews and you will think twice about it. They do not care about the customer and they are extremely dishonest.

Ok odd review because I haven t used their services but I called with a problem on my Jeep and although they were fully booked they were willing to squeeze me in to try to help out, and the woman in the service department was so sweet I had to leave a nice review. Fortunately I found another shop that could take me so as not to inconvenience the folks at Sakelaris but I could tell that they go above and beyond for their customers. Such a rarity these days.

Buyer beware, bought a brand new car from them, a few weeks later the alignment went out, took it to a different Dodge dealer to be checked out. Was told there was damage to the rear end and that it had been fixed wrong. After calling the sales manager, Don, he stated his dealership had not touched the car and stopped short of saying if there was damage and incorrect repairs I must have done it. Luckily they are not all that smart and had ordered the parts to incorrectly repair the damage against the cars warranty so there was a paper trail. Only after being caught in their lie did they agree to pay for everything to be repaired correctly. All car dealers and shady, these guys go way beyond that and are downright crooked.

I would NOT recommend Sakelaris to any one looking to purchase a vehicle. Buying a car is hard enough as it is. When you do make that big investment, you are hopeful that the company is being honest with you. I personally had to find out the hard way, that Sakelaris in Camdenton are dishonest, and misleading. After I had confronted them on their dishonesty, instead of truly fixing said problem they tried to pressure me into buying another vehicle from them. WHY on earth would I want to continue business with a company that was deceitful to begin with? Sakelaris should responsible for all parties that are employed through them, except they don't hold responsibility. I am utterly shocked by their lack of morals and integrity. I will continue to share my awful experience in the hopes that I am preventing someone else to go through what I went through. I would be ashamed to work for a company like this.

Took our Jeep in for repair of front axle 6 months ago. It came back with a loud squeak. Since then it has been back a half dozen times typically with nothing done because parts had to be ordered or we would be told that it was fixed. Now when we call, we either get put on "permanent" hold, transferred to an unknown voice mail, or just hung up on. Currently, the car is sitting there because when we took it in 2 days ago, we were told it would be ready at 5:30 that day. When we checked back, we were told that they would not start on it for two days. They at least gave us a loaner, although it was dirty and smelled of tobacco. Too bad I can't give less than one star. Would avoid this dealership for any repair work.

Bought a Dodge Journey from them and our salesman Dave was very friendly and helpful. Michael in the Finance Department made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. Will definitely buy another vehicle from them.

They apparently can sell vehicles but cannot service them. Had an appointment for one of WORK vehicles. At first they couldn t find the appointment, once they figured out I did have an appointment and that the truck was dropped off, they only performed an oil change and said they couldn t get to the front end alignment for a week or two. Really! Company trucks cannot be out of service that long especially when all the work was previously scheduled.

We were having truck issues and stopped by to have service look into our issue.... unfortunately, by the time we arrived the shop was closed. The owner (Steve) was there by happenstance and called in many favors with people to get us taken car of. Steve as an owner went above and beyond to take care of us, amazing.

Absolutely the worst shop and servie at the lake took my wifes 2005 dodge for a simple fix and recall. We have now has to bring it back 3 times... And if that isn't bad enought my wife blew a headlight out asked them to put new bulb in they said no because i bought bulbs that are not sold buy them.So lets recap its ok for them to screw your car up but 3 times but not ok for them to change a bulb...p.s. I feel sorry for Ms. Sakelaris like she told me recently good help is hard to find and it looks like she is faceing an uphill battle such a shame to for such a sweetheart to have to put up with such incompetence...

Collette was extremely rude and degrading. She didn't even want to give me the time of day to show me 1 car. She also needs to educate herself on certain circumstances and situations that people maybe in, and not shun them, or make them feel like they are the scum on earth. She gave a poor representation of the dealership, and extremely poor customer service. After I left, I felt like I was a loser. Thank you Collette. You made my day!
