Dropped off my daughters car to have fixed. Car was done in a timely manner and they had done an excellent job. Daughter was very pleased. Said it drives better now. We are very happy!! Great people!!

Had vehicle towed thinking it might need some minor repairs. We were extremely happy to find a few things needed to just be put back in place and the cost was extremely minimal wherein it would ve been easy to worry about inflated costs. I absolutely love your inner action and customer service with the owner in the office. Highly recommend this place for your vehicle bodywork needs.

We have used Northtown Collision center for 2 repair jobs. They do fantastic work. Both times our car looked like new. This is a good company to work with, I highly recommend.

The front of my SUV had extensive damage after hitting a deer on the interstate. I'm so glad we brought my car here. They were fantastic about updating us on progress whenever we asked, and now you can't even tell what happened to my car. 10/10 would recommend.

My mechanic suggested Northtowne, he said that was only place he would take his vehicles.All was explained thoroughly. Insurance covers rental & Enterprise will deliver there from Lebanon.Car didn't take as long as l was told initally. Very quick & thorough! All this was during the week between Christmas & New Year!Pleasant experience except when l had to pay deductible! Lol

I went there to have my pickup fixed and was told I would get a rental they my insurance and not to worry about it they would take care of it only to be asked for my credit card to rent the car and provide insurance or why else would they want it ? I was told by the woman in the office while Steve was out of the office that they had done this many times and they could work around this but when the rental company out of Lebanon also very bad people as they too lied and we re unethical that they could not do this anymore ! Steve then returned and immediately said what do you think you are special we have never done this not knowing that the woman me and the rental company guy had just talked about this proving that he is a LIAR and a dishonest little man !Service: Body & Trim

I've seen their work and it's fantastic!! Everyone we met there was very nice and helpful! If we need auto body repair work done again we will happily return to Northtown Collision!!!

Nice people. Convenient. Very helpful. But poor quality when it comes to repairs. Sorry to say that because they were very nice.
