Great agency. I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years and The Sykora agency has provided the best service of all my previous agents. From the review of my insurance needs/recommendations, to informing me of policy changes, to devoting significant amounts of time to find ways of saving money on my auto policies, the Sykora Agency has exceeded my needs. I recently moved additional policies to Sykora because their service and follow through is superior.

I have called Emelie several times within the last month, asking questions about our policies. I can only imagine the eye-roll when she hears it is me on the line again with yet another question. However, Emelie has been kind, patient and professional with her responses. I appreciate her and the manner in which she conducts business.

I needed to update my jewelry policy with State Farm. Jessica made it so EASY! She told me exactly how to go about getting the paperwork needed, I emailed it in, and she updated the policy. I appreciate the responsive customer service
