I just bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber from this place. It lasted 100 miles. The drivers side left wheel Tie Rod broke and snapped the Control arm. This car should have never been passed by who ever inspected it. This could have easily killed me if I was on the Highway.Had it towed back to them and will deal with them once they open to get my money back.UpdateI went to get a refund on the car and the owners denied this and when I asked to talk to the owners they refused to speak with me. When I requested them to come to site so I can talk to them in person they called the cops on me.I have opened a case with Mo Highway Patrol and will also seek a Fraud case with our AG and the BBB. This place needs to be shut down

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! Wish there was a 0 star option. Saw a vehicle advertised on both Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist with a stated price. Also stated car had no significant problems. Car actually had check engine light on, brakes were in horrible shape, body damage that did not show in photos, tire pressure monitor system had error message. significant rust underneath and rust bubbling through windshield header area, plus leaking sunroof. Even with problems, seemed like a reasonable price considering I am mechanically inclined and could fix several problems myself. Then when attempting to purchase car was told the online prices were a typo and vehicle was actually several hundred dollars higher than advertised. When pointed out online posts and even offering to pay slightly more than listed price dealer refused to reduce new price by a penny and was very belligerent. Should have saved my time when another customer saw us looking at vehicle and told us to stay away. He bought a vehicle than had transmission fail day after purchase and dealer has told he'll just see him in court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST!

I agree with the other reviews about this place. They don't tell you what, if anything, is wrong with the car(s). The AC did not work on the car we purchased here. It had a slow leak in one of the tires. The car was not cleaned inside or out. It's cash or certified check only to purchase. If you ask them if the car can be fixed, they say their mechanic is weeks behind, so that's a NO. A jeep they had there had a huge oil leak underneath it. Buyer beware!!!You would be better off buying your used car from a private party. Go elsewhere!

$10,000 vehicle, "no known issues". Get it home (3 hour drive) within the first month loads of electrical issues. Windows not operating, headlights partially working, cruise control not working, speakers not working, seat belt was broken from the start, bad battery, exhaust leak. That's just the start. 2 months in the motor goes. $7,000 to replace the motor. I have spent as much fixing this thing as I did to buy it. I should have listened to the reviews.

How this place is still in business is behind me they sold me a car and claimed there was nothing wrong with it. I have only driven it once then I had to replace the starter battery and now the engine. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SCAM ARTIST. I wish I could give them a negative star. Shut this place down.

DONT NOT I repeat DO NOT ever buy a car from here. I went and got a loan so I can get a good car for a good deal, or atleast i the car was only 2,665 with only 185,000 miles not horrible drove it friday the 24 went back the 25 and it was dead. It had to be jumped I didn't think nothing of it was with it being a car dealership maybe it's sat for a little bit. I took the battery to AutoZone to see what was going on with it better use it about 65%. So I went home took the starter off starter was horrible completely failed. So I changed the starter and battery still is not working. I called the dealership a handful of times they finally got back to me cuz she was trying to get a hold of Kelly. And they said that since it's an as is dealership they will not help me with getting the car fixed they will not help me try to get a different car extremely unprofessional they didn't know anything about the car when I asked. So now I have to pay on a loan for a car that doesn't even work. Should have done my research and should have actually made sure the car was good that is on me. But I expect a certain level of professionalism when I'm buying a car that the car will actually drive and work. I will never ever come back here this place should not be in business they do not sell good cars at all do not be fooled by the prices on their website they're probably cheap prices because they're horrible cars.

Do NOT go to this place. I would give 0 stars if I could!!My son got a car from there. Took it for a test drive, drove fine. Got it home was good. Next day. Didn't start. He replaced starter and battery still nothing. So he called the place hoping for some one to help him out. When they finally called him back they told him it's as is nothing they can do. Nothing they will do. He's a single father who depends on his vehicle to get back and forth to work and of course to get his son to where ever he needs to be. Thank God his fiance has a vehicle and they depend on that.. It's hard because he works days and she's 2nd shift. But I guess as long as Kelly has their money who cares right. Shotty way to do business if you ask me.Please do NOT get a vehicle from here. They will rip you off..

BEWARE! This is a PREDATORY business that has NO IDEA ABOUT MISSOURI LAW (TITLE XXVI, 407.937) to cancel any commercial contract within 3 days including AS IS addendums to contracts. YOU WILL NEED TO SUE THEM WHEN YOUR CAR BREAKS DOWN THE VERY NEXT DAY (DUE TO BAD TRANSMISSION) as happened to me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Thoroughly inspect your vehicle before purchasing. I was told that there were no known of issues with the car and it had just been inspected. Upon arrival there was no ignition, and I m finding more issues with the vehicle daily. No headlights, no oil filter, etc. Like any used car you will pay for minor repairs, however those repairs are usually listed, and with this being my first car a little heads up would ve been nice. You will need to examine the vehicle yourself because they will just take your money with a smile.Update: Just don t buy from them, I just read all of the reviews.

We were misled on the information for a ford expedition and made a 5 hour round trip with 2 kids and a 3 MONTH OLD. We wasted our whole evening because nobody bothered to look this vehicle over and post the pictures of the rusted out panels and dents. While we were waiting for the lady to jump start the car, we were looking at an enclave and recognized the same $500 repair with the dual climate I had to have done on a previous vehicle. Stay away from these sheisters!

Employee got there after lunch and didnt ask us anything. Or give any information. She just went inside and didnt come back. Naturally I didnt buy anything. Went back again and she was a snob. I Will never go back. I was going to buy one I Bought a car down the street from becket motors.

We made arrangements to go test drive a vehicle after we had already went to our bank and got the check in hand. We drove an hour and a half to get there and no one was in the office. I had been in contact by messenger with Kelly the last two days and also spoke on the Phone with Tara, they both was aware of our intentions to come and purchase a vehicle. Office hours we were told by Tara the day before were 9am to 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday. I took time to message Kelly before we left our home to let her know we was still coming and our arrival time would be 9:30am or so.She read the message but never responded. After arriving I tried calling and got no response. Upon arrival I noticed the cars there seemed not to represent as Facebook pictures showed them to be.I m believing now , it was Gods intervention to keep us from purchasing something that was likely to be a poor quality vehicle. Poor customer service in failing to respond or even show up at the office on time, definitely thankful we didn t purchase from this location.

You shouldn't even be allowed to be in business! You obviously care nothing for your reputation or your customers. I assure you I will tell everyone I know to go anywhere else but to you. You screwed my son in law, a single father trying to support his son. I hope you are ashamed of yourselves, if not you should be. I will be reporting you to the better business bureau as well. Just remember what goes around comes around and life will give you back what you give out!

I would give it zero stars if I could. We drove the vehicle home from the lot, and it has sat since. The car is a LEMON. It needs a whole new motor. I should have read reviews before buying this car. I will be finding out what legal action I can take. This place needs shut down. Straight up crooks.

Bought close to 100 cars in my life and the one I got from Kelly s was the worst car I ever bought. It literally exploded in my driveway 3 weeks after purchasing. They buy junk and then pawn it off on lower income families knowing they are selling them junk. Deserve a negative rating because 1 star is still to much.

Never delt with this business, but those who are leaving compliant should go to BBB and they will close her down. I've heard nothing but horrible things and have no ideas why she's still in business.

My brother got a car from them and yes they sell as is but still he shouldn t have this many problems as he does I would never recommend anyone to go to them and they should at least be like we could help you but sense they don t want to help their customers I guess they don t care about their care about there reputation i wish I could do -5 stars because I would

Kelly's Cars had ads on craigslist advertising certain vehicles that looked very nice at a low price. I live in Branson and decided to make the drive to their lot. When I arrived at Kelly's Cars I was VERY shocked and disappointed in literally every way possible.1. It is a dirty trashy place (not even close to what it looked like online.)2. There was no place to park... I ended up having to just park in the entrance/exit area.3. No one came out to offer help at all.4. The nice vehicles that were still listed on craigslist was not there (least I couldn't find them)5. Their cars match the trashy atmosphere there... Dirty & trashy6. You would see less rust in a metal scrap yard.. almost every vehicle seemed to have rust problems... Some were so bad the rust had eaten through the frame underneath! Inspection or no inspection, these vehicles are not safe in my opinion..Save yourself money, time, stress and a headache... Go find a decent honest used car place...

they will not come out of the office or greet their customers, after 3 visits i had to finally go in to talk to someone . they do not have or will not give you any information on the condition of the vehicles, only tell you it passed inspection!!!!!!!! how can you price a vehicle not knowing the condition it is in????

Bought an overpriced Subaru from here in December '21. Test drive was fine but hours away from a lift of any kind. Papers signed and hadn't even made it past Camedenton city limits when the check engine light came on. EVAP emissions issue, nbd I thought. It has a passing inspection and emissions doesn't matter where I live so it's whatever. Couple days later I notice rust forming on the brake rotors for three wheels, and warping on the front right rotor. Time to be worried. Broken sway bar links, bad struts, seized caliper pins, over $2000 in parts and a few days labor in my driveway and it's as fixed as it's gonna get, dropped a valve and blew the head the day after. The valve is probably bad luck but whoever did that inspection is gonna get somebody killed, feedback from whoever answers the phones came down to "Well, it's your problem now" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I only wish There was an option less than 1 star. Took the day off work and lost a days pay on Wednesday to go see a vehicle they had available. We finalized everything with my loan through my bank that day over the phone before I left. I then asked if I needed to bring the payment back the same day to hold the vehicle. I live 2 hours away (4 hours round trip) but would have most definitely done so. She assured me this would not be necessary and the vehicle would be held until Saturday when me and my boyfriend had planned on making yet another 4 hour round trip to pick up the car and bring it home. I received a call today from the dealer letting me know they are selling the car to someone else even after I was just there yesterday doing paperwork with them. Now I have a loan for a car that has been sold out from under me. I have never had to write a negative review for a company before today, but I feel I was wronged in this situation. The car should have been considered sold when I was there Wednesday finalizing everything with them. Would NOT recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. We broke down on the side of the highway while test driving a vehicle. We called them all's they was worried about was the car. We had to walk to a gas station and find someone to give us a ride back to the dealership to get our truck. We didn't get any apologies or anything from them. Worst car hunting experience ever. I think they better get a different mechanic....

sister test drove a car and was told the car had no problems once we drove down the road the check engine light came on asked staff why it was on she stated she didn't know why! That was more of enough reason to turn and walk away.

I can't believe places like this can get away with putting people's lives in danger. Purchased a car from them a month ago. I wish I had read the reviews prior to doing business with these people. Not only is my vehicle a lemon but it's also a danger to anyone that travels in it and other drivers on the road. It's scary that the only good reviews for this company are made by fake profiles. If you buy a vehicle from this place you will regret it I promise. They will knowingly put you and your family's lives in danger. Just read the reviews. Lesson learned. Thanks for the 2 ton paperweight.

At first I had a really great experience with this company. I purchased a nice "As Is" vehicle from Kelly's Cars. I drove it home & it began to show some concerning issues. I called Kelly's Cars to let them know about the problems with the car. They were concerned & more than willing to help me out. They told me to bring it back so they could check things out. I dropped my car off to them. They fixed the minor issues or (I thought they did).. at no cost to me. Just so it could pass a reinspection. It drove great for a couple weeks then it broke down & left me stranded 200 miles from home. I had to pay to tow it all the way back home. The warranty I purchased through Kelly's Cars only covered $50 of the towing expense. My estimate for repairs was over $2000 since apparently I needed a new transmission & a head gasket. I hadn't even put 1000 miles on the car since I bought it! This time Kelly's Cars was unwilling to help with the repairs. They wouldn't even put me in a different vehicle of equal value..u know..just as good business relationship. Instead they told me once their cars pass inspection they go ahead & sell them..even though they don't know what problems the car might have. My warranty is only covering a small portion for the repairs. So I'm out of a few thousand dollars buying this car & now I have to fork out lots more just to get it driving again. I will never do business with Kelly's Cars again. If I could rate them no stars I would.

They have plenty of vehicles to choose from, but I think they sell them so fast they really don't look the vehicles over very well at all. I test drove a car there and they told me the car was great, but when I got it on the road it had some serious problems. The car would not go over 40 mph, the overdrive was out and the transmission was slipping. I WOULD NOT TRUST TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE, unless you really look it over very well yourself to make sure nothing is majorly wrong with the vehicle.

Avoid this establishment AT ALL COST. Back in May I needed a truck but only had 2k. .check engine light and a very flat tire but I was told inspection was just done I tried to get them to lower the price so I could afford their warranty ...flat out no...pressed with no other option, I bought it..3 days later..THE BREAK LINE BURST. Luckily I wasnt driving far. I parked it till I could afford to fix it.. No help from them I cant even trade it in. ...got the lines fix..now reverse in the trans is out and that means drive is next...and I'm screwed. Avoid buying from this establishment, it almost COST me my LIFE. Over greed.

My first red flag was that they SPRAY PAINTED over obvious imperfections and rust. Vehicles shown had copious amounts of rust underneath and mechanical issues. We pointed out an exhaust least. When we asked about these issues the response was "its passed inspection." We ran and didnt walk away.

Found a 2014 Nissan Altima for about 6,000 with 112,000 miles on it. Went to take it on a test drive and soon as i got to the bank to pull money out it died in the parking lot of the bank. Thought i wasn't gonna get it started. 4 times this happened and when i told them this. Oh i will have to have that looked at. . I would never buy a car there. They do not car about the customer at all. Be warned!!!
