I just bought a new used car from there. And they were very helpful and loved everyone there, The finance gentleman Jon! I took a picture of me and my salesperson Ken. The owner was very helpful as well.

Hulett has been great with me. I bought a used truck from them that had a few issues that needed fixed but everytime I have had an issue they have been more than generous by fixing the issues fast. They gave me a safe/reliable vehicle to drive in the mean time and have been polite through the whole process. The owners are nice individuals that truly care about their customers, they will stand by their word and will do everything in their power to resolve any issues that you may experience. I'm looking forward to having a lasting relationship with them for many years to come.

Incredible buying experience at Hulett!! Cary and Jon made the entire transaction smooth and comfortable. I got a great deal on a great truck and couldn't be happier. We took our vehicle in for coil and/or sparkplug replacement. Immediate call that the case cover screw stripped and we need to a new case cover $1300 in addition. Took vehicle over to Precision. They were able to take the case off using some technique and do repairs and reuse case cover. Total $600. It just felt that there was no effort to help is save money and still solve problem.

Jon and Ryan will do everything they can to get you in a car. The best customer service I ve ever had from car dealer this goes all the way from service to sales. I have bought several cars from different dealerships in my life. None have ever made it as easy and been as honest as Jon and Ryan were. They make sure the car you re buying is a good quality car They follow up with a few days to make sure you re satisfied and make sure you don t need anything else.

I had one of the best car buying experiences that i have ever had. We bought two used cars in one week from this group and the wife/I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Hulett for your car needs. A special thanks to Mike, Sales Manager. Kudos to the entire group sales, finance and service.

John Sutton very accommodating and determined to locate the vehicle that met my needs but also within my budget. Jon Lee very humorous and helpful setting up the Chevrolet app. Also checking in periodically to see if everything was flowing smoothly. Eric the financial guru very knowledgeable and explained the terms in layman s terms. Brenda the employee that handled the title questions, again another pleasant experience.I arrived at 8:00 am and left the dealership at 10:30am with a new car. I had anticipated an all day experience based on other past car purchases. Everyone worked as a team and it was an enjoyable experience and not a dreaded one as I had anticipated.Would recommend Hulett to anyone complicating the purchase of a new vehicle.Thank You Hulett!!

Our experience was super easy and fast. Everyone was super nice and understanding. We went in knowing what we wanted and came out with almost the same if not better. Jon took his time to help us find what we need and to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back!

It was by far one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Jeremy Latham, our salesman, is very down-to-earth and personable. There was no pressure from him or Eric in Finance. Jeremy listened to our needs, and found a car on the lot to meet them. Since I was jumping 10 years in the car I was driving, he took the time to explain the features and answer any questions we had. We have had bad experiences at other dealerships. Our experience at Hulett was the polar opposite. We will go to Hulett for any future vehicle purchases.

They were supposed to service my transmission and my oil. I had an appointment at 9 AM. They had my car until 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I called to see if it was close to being done. They told me they had not serviced the transmission. So they had my car for 4 hours and done nothing but change the oil. So I asked them to service the transmission. The man told me that GM does not want us changing the filter in the transmission. I thought that was odd but I said okay. Whatever just change the fluid and he insured me It would be done by 3 PM again that was at 1 PM. So Nathan called me back at 3 PM. And he told me that nothing was done to my car and the people in the back agreed with me that the filter needed to be changed. They completely wasted my day, lied to me more than once, I got nothing done it was terrible!....Update, I did call back they told me since I left a review of what happened and did not mention they offered me services to fix it they would not hold their word to fixing it the way they said. I would have changed my review after they had done the service properly and now it will stay the same but, now even more shameful. Awful way to treat a customer of 6 years. I will take my business elsewhere, to someone who actually appreciates a person, and get my car fixed safely for my children. Also when they changed my oil they marked yellow on my breaks and didn't even tell me!

I brought my SUV in for some repairs and I couldn t be more pleased. Nathan in the service department took great care of me. He kept me informed with the cost, timeframe and how everything went. Cory was also great to help me get my car dropped off and helped me while Nathan was with another customer.This was a great experience from the initial phone call for the appointment to the check out and bill pay process with Becky. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

I've been coming to Hulett for 11 years. They recognized me and didn't even have to ask my name. They were ready for me when I walked in the door, took my keys, and got my truck into the shop right away. The work was done quickly, and I was on my way home in 45 minutes.

Charged nearly 600 in labor for 2 hrs worth of work. Overpriced services. I will never return as a customer and I will tell everyone else I know to get their car serviced by another mechanic who won't add misc charges for "shop fees" on top of their ridiculous labor rate. Highly disappointed in their pricing/billing practices.

I bought a jeep from hulett. I loved it, unfortunately I totaled it. I had to downgrade my vehicle due to covid and hulett having no options. From the beginning I had a constant antifreeze leak. They diagnosed 4 times never fixing the problem but charging me when I had a warranty that of course covered nothing. Over the holidays they had my car for over a month, when I got it back I no longer had heat (i did before i dropped it off) and check engine light was still on! I then found paperwork this car was a repossed vehicle. I decided after paying 12000 on a lemon I Was ready just to trade it in because thier mechanics had broke most of my cooling system in the vehicle, which manager in repairs let me know they knew those cars are infamous for coolant issues and admitted that because of thier screw ups antifreeze has been leaking on my turbo now I needed $3000 worth repair. Ryan Hulett says he's done me enough favors and I would be upside down in my loan if I wanted to trade in. Thanks for the non care. After buying a jeep and paying off most of my car in just a 3 year period selling me 2 warranty that covered nothing! I recommend staying away from Hulett that do not care about customers!!!!

I went to get my key fab programmed, was quoted $190, ended up being almost $300 and the process took 30 minutes. They also didn t even fix my key fully, remote start still doesn t even work. Bunch of men who love to scam young girls out of their money.
