This used car dealership is despicable and needs shut down.. They sell cars knowing they have motor and transmission issues.What happened to good customer service and honesty!!!!!!

What a great buying experience! I was looking for a specific kind of vehicle - regular cab, long bed, 4WD pickup - and they never questioned that or tried to get me to buy something I didn't want. They worked with me until the right one came along. How refreshing to be treated with that level of respect. Jim and Dinah know how to take good care of their customers.

They were extremely pleasant and had a quality over quantity stock that appealed very much to my wife and I. The two minor issue we had with the car upon purchase they resolved promptly. Great car, great deal and great people. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Great staff, great vehicles, attentive and willing to find the vehicle you want. Highly recommended. They found me a beautiful Mazda Miata MX Convertible with only 18k original miles. Even my best friend loves it.

They really worked with us and we were able to get us a great car after our bank screwed us over. They really went above and beyond. Super sweet, genuine people. Will definitely go back for our next car adventure!

Holiday Motors did me very wrong.They sold me a car with a cracked tranferr case and told me they would help me fix it.They lied.I was told to take it to their repair man and i did.The repair man told me i definitely should not drive this car.I needed 1800 to fix it. Called Jim and Diana and they said we are not going to help you at all.Still have no clue where my title is when i went in for the fourth time to discuss what they were going to do with helping me like they promised me.Bad Business!! Be aware!!

Well I bought a 2012 gmc acadia used no warranty. I did drive it from car lot down the road on flat ground only.so didn't notice any issues .so I bought it picked it up on fri night drove it home as soon as I got on Hwy and started pulling hills the transmission started shuttering. Not good so I called first thing on Monday made them aware of problem that was a already existing problem. So finally 3500 miles later we get it back down there and they were nice and paid to have tranny shop look at it he found out torque converter is bad and was already bad before I bought it . . so its all wheel drive so its not a easy task to do this so its 3500 to fix the problem I dont think its right that I have to figure this out on my own when the problem was already there .Whats every body else opinion on this I gave 14.100 for it now 3500 to fix a problem that was already there .and I let them no about it the following Monday.bottom line problem was there when they sold it.Whats everyone else think about this I need some good feed back I got this suv I cant drive nice yard ornament.

I have worked with Jim and Dina multiple times over the yrs. I have found them to be honest good people. The purchaes we have made from them, with proper servicing and care, have lasted us for many yrs. I always know that I can make a puchase with total confidence when buying from Holiday Motors.

Bought a car from them approximately 6 months ago and have nothing but problems with it! Now today being told its needs new engine!!! I have barely put 6000 miles on it! Now stuck with it or be upside down if I try to trade it off.... so mad at myself to get so screwed on this car.... and I love the car so bummed about all this!!!

There are Federal and State Lemon Laws. You can contact the State of Missouri Attorney General's Office and file a complaint. They will take immediate action. It's against the law for any entity, dealer or private party to sell a vehicle with problems such as yours. As Is or No Warranty doesn't preclude their responsibility to you when it happens in a timeline such as you've experienced, Shag. Unfortunately, people whom do these things don't fully understand the Law and believe they're exempt from responsibilty when selling "As Is" or with "No Warranty." Lemon Laws are very clear at the State and Federal level. I would definitely call the Attornry General's Office as soon as possible and give them all the supportive evidence. They'll be held accountable and you'll have full resolution soon if you follow through as I suggest.Good Luck
