This is one of my absolute favorite stores. Jonathan and Travis go above and beyond for their customers. I stopped in to get a new PFD and a couple other things, because who doesn't need more fishing gear!I also got a couple ideas about how to makes some changes to my Hobie.I definitely recommend Eco Fishing Shop. Friendly people and great service!

Bought a Blue Sky 360 Pro at a fair price. Had the usual "delivery anxiety", and it was delivered, within a day or 2 of the prediction. This boat is beautiful, and came complete. Very happy. Great dealer. That said, speeds do not mimic those on YouTube, with identical propulsion and set-up. Hmmmm...

I will definitely be using (and recommending) this company to anybody looking for a kayak. I ordered a kayak online to delivered to Montana. It arrived in perfect condition (the delivery company they use was top-notch) and the shipping was quick. Their communication and customer service is also excellent.

Stumbled upon Eco Fishing Shop online only to discover their store is only an hour from me. From the moment my family walked in Travis was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, even after telling him I wasn't buying anything that day. He helped me pick out the best kayak for my intended usage, which is ozark rivers and streams, overnight floats while navigating strainers and Class I sometimes II rivers. I ended up buying the Old Town Predator MX based on his advice and it has been awesome! Couldn't be happier with this kayak and the service we received. My 11 year old son even used his savings to buy his first kayak here. He loves his kayak as well. Customer service has always been a big thing for me and these guys can't be beat. Prices were better than anywhere else I found also. You won't be disappointed.

I Love my Vanhunks Sauger Fin Drive Fishing Kayak that I purchased from Eco Fishing Shop. I shopped around for several months before deciding on the Sauger Tandem for my wife and myself. After calling Vanhunks, they recommended I order it from Eco Fishing Shop, so I did. Well they were great and they even arranged to personally deliver it to my home since they were not that far away. I got a great Deal and Great Service. The kind of service we always expected and received in the past.

Travis and the guys at Eco Fishing Shop have done an amazing job at helping me stay ready for fishing trips and have my kayak in the best shape possible. My Old Town Bigwater got a new Micro Power Pole and Anchor Wizard system on it from them. Shipping was free and very fast. Came in flawless condition. The selection of kayaks and accessories in the shop is unparalleled and the guys are an absolute blast to work with!

I bought an Old Town 106 Powered by Minn Kota fishing kayak, and I LOVE IT! It did take awhile for delivery, but EcoFishing kept me informed all along the way! The shipment was received when promised and when they ran out of the paddle I had chosen, they reached out and suggested an alternative...perfect! The kayak was so well packed, it came entirely undamaged and in tact! I am so excited about this kayak! On my maiden voyage just to test it out, I brought a rod with me and on the first cast caught a small Northern Pike!!! Clearly, this kayak WORKS! :) Seriously love it! First purchase from Eco Fishing...and definitely not my last!

I picked my kayak up at the warehouse, the guys met me and were very helpful getting it loaded. I have fished in it in Okla, Texas and New York so far. Looking forward to many more trips and a lot more fish.

I wish every retailer I dealt with cared about customer service the Eco Fishing Shop does. I mean you really never think about customer service until you need it. I had a very minor bit of damage to my kayak during shipping. So minor I almost didn't contact Eco Fishing Shop about it. I decided to contact them. Not only did they handle it beyond my satisfaction it was handled incredibly quickly. I have come to notice, not just with my experience but hearing comments from other purchasers of Kayaks from Eco, that customer service is not a buzzword for Eco but an integral part of their business. I spent 20 years in the automotive sales and management business where customer service was paramount if you wanted to earn an honest living so I believe I can spot he real deal. If I didn't think they were the real deal I would not have wasted my time posting this review. You can shop with absolute confidence with these guys. Just send Perry an email yourself before you buy and see what you think for yourself.

Has a great experience with whoever is working the online chat. I was trying to pickup a kayak local and couldn't figure out how to remove the wrapping fee. They gladly put together a invoice for me and sent it right over. Unfortunately for me and probably my lack of skills. I was having issues checking out. So I checked out normally and just paid the fee. Well upon hearing this. I was quickly issued a refund of the fee. I highly recommend doing business with this company. They are fair and fast to respond to questions. And their selection is great. I was searching all around for a kayak that could hold me being a bigger person. And as luck would have it I am local. But even if not local they offer free shipping on anything over 99 I believe. What a great company

This place has a great staff! I ordered a cellblock for my kayak fish finder battery. It was missing a part (packing error from manufacture). ECO shop ships out the missing part quickly so I can get my fishing going. When you leave them a phone message, they will call back quickly. They do care about their customers. I will definitely shop at this place again!!

We love our 2 new Old Town Sportsman PDL 106 Kayaks.Eco Fishing was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We recently purchased 2 Old Town Sportsman PDL 106 Kayaks from Eco Fishing. I was a little nervous about such a large online purchase but the team at Eco Fishing made me feel very comfortable. The price was by far the best in the country ( we saved about $500 ). The shipping process was perfect. These are fairly large kayaks so again we were hopeful they would arrive in good condition. They did an excellent job packing and they arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommended this company. The customer service is outstanding. My Wife and I have been out in them 7 times already. The Old Town quality is excellent. Thank you Perry, Jared and Caleb !!!

Overall, an okay experience. Now, I am not close, so I went through the shipping process with my kayak.. which was very slow. Missing seat upon arrival - those things happen, they had the manufacture ship a replacement rather quickly but still had to wait an additional week for that to arrive - maybe an expedited option would have been nice but it s also possible expedited shipping was not an option as it came direct from the manufacturer. Seat had the wrong size bolts, but that s not really eco fishings fault and was fixed by a couple dollars for new bolts. While it was slow, they were helpful when I needed help and ultimately resolved my issues.Overall, I went with the 4 stars, because I think they will stand behind their offerings and will help you make it right - but in my case it wasn t a perfect run and their efforts to make it right could have had more initiative or better communication of that initiative that they were taking in the background as it s possible they may have tried to get expedited shipping on the seat and it was just a limitation of getting the replacement seat from the manufacturer direct. I do not think that you should hesitate ordering from them, they will assist you if anything goes wrong, and they are one of the only places that will allow you to get hard to find kayaks or kayaks that you may not have locally and give you access to them. There are not many others that are doing this.

I purchased a kayak online a few mo this ago! I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I purchased the kayak as a surprise for my husband.. from online chat and everything... the experience was smooth!I absolutely recommend the staff & their amazing customer service.

Travis and the team at Eco Fishing Shop are the real deal! They hooked me up with a Sportsman 120 and I couldn't be happier! I can't wait to visit the shop again! I also can't wait for the launch of their podcast! I am sure it is going to be done with the same excellence they bring to every aspect of their business!

Recently I purchased a kayak from the website. I picked it up at their Springdale warehouse. After having the kayak for about a week I noticed a small crack near the back of the kayak. I contacted eco fishing shops and they resolved the problem without hesitation. Great company to buy from and great customer support. Highly recommend this company.

ECO fishing shop is so easy to shop at, and their prices are not to be beaten. I kept an eye on price and we'll I bought the Old Town sportsman 120 PDL for lower price. Went if finally arrived it was packaged well. There was not even a scratch on it, and no parts missing which if read alot of reviews like I do you can't beat that. If you have any questions they do answer the phone and answer any questions you may have. I differently would suggest anyone to buy kayak from them.Thank you ECO for a good experience.

I couldn't be happier with my experience ordering my Old Town Autopilot from Eco Fishing Shop. I originally placed an order for an AP120 with an early July ETA. By early July, Eco's customer service manager Perry reached out to let me know Old Town had not been able to deliver enough AP120s to fulfill my order. He projected the earliest they would receive more would be several more months out. I can't say I was too terribly surprised given the ongoing challenges with supply chain - it's not something I would fault Eco Fishing or Old Town for. To avoid such a long wait, Perry offered to ship me an AP136 they did have with a very minimal increase in cost to me. I took him up on the offer, and several weeks later I have my new kayak! The kayak was well protected for shipping and arrived a week earlier than the ETA and in great condition. I would not hesitate to make another purchase with Eco Fishing Shop.

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had with a larger purchase. Travis was the individual I talked to and he was patient with me even though I was uneducated in the world of kayak fishing he was very patient and answered a ton of questions and even provided additional insight. I made my purchase and if I'm not able to pick it up really quickly he stated he will deliver it for free. One of the best companies I have dealt with locally and really appreciative of the customer service they had. I will 100% visit here again and 100% will purchase from again!

I have placed several orders from Eco Fishing shop from kayaks and kayak trailers to basic Kayak accessories and each time I have been happy. The staff is always great to work with and helps guide you with your purchase. If I buy another kayak or accessory it will be with Eco Fishing Shop

After talking to several Old Town dealers in my area, nobody had anything in stock and wouldn't place an order. Some never called back. I frequently saw the Eco Fishing Shop show up in searches, so I decided to give them a try. I talked to Luke and he was super helpful and explained the various options around shipping or just picking one up at their store. I happened to have a trip planned where I would be able to detour to the store for pickup vs. shipping, and he had his crew send up my kayak to the store from the warehouse that day so it would be ready. Above and beyond customer service. Rarely do I interact with companies that are this helpful. Looking forward to picking up the kayak and seeing their store this weekend

Ordered my Old Town Sportsman 106 PDL about two weeks ago. Don't mind saying I was little nervous about spending that kind of money in an online purchase. After buying the kayak, I called to get a good idea of timeline to receipt and spoke to Mike. He was more than helpful, and walked me through the process. Well, got the boat yesterday and it arrived in excellent condition. The folks at FragilePak were professional and communicated extremely well up to the last call 30 minutes before they arrived.Ready have my first trip planned to go fly fish for bass in a pond near home.I highly recommend ECO FISHING SHOP for their awesome customer service.

Bought a Seastream Angler 120 PD off of EcoFishing. Excellent company, fast shipping: As far as the kayak?This was only my 2nd kayak but it is awesome compared to my first. First thing was the shipping from Eco Fishing. It was delivered quickly and in one piece. This kayak came from FragilePak padded enough to house a grandfather clock. There wasn't a nick on it. Off the water, it's heavy. On the water, it tracks smooth when paddling and quick while peddling. The only difficulty was locking in the peddle drive on the initial trip. It clamps in tight, as it should. Now that I know, the 2nd lock down won't be as difficult. The seat is comfortable and adjustable. The strap that holds in the seat has to be configured so that when you lean back, it doesn't lift up. The only con was this kayak not having an open hull. Regardless, I was able to mount my fish finder transducer through a scupper hole. For the price and quality, after tons of research, this is hands down the best kayak. One recommendation for Seastream? Add some instructions for the rudder and seat installation. Other than that - well worth the wait and price. I'm highly satisfied and would recommend Eco Fishing Shop and Seastream Angler

Bought a kayak from Eco Fishing Shop and had it shipped. Eco Fishing Shop told me on the phone that I'd have the kayak within 2 weeks. I recieved the kayak 4 weeks and 1 day after the order date. Kayak was in good shape. Eco Fishing Shop needs to have realistic shipping times when customers ask. Luckily i didn't need the kayak at a certain time. Other than slow shipping, the purchase was good.I am updating this review (and going from 4 to 5 stars) as i got an email from Caleb, co-owner of Eco Fishing Shop. Caleb apologized for the fact that I'd been given a 2 week delivery time and assured me he is communicating with his team to prevent inaccurate shipping time expectations. He stated that their average delivery time has been 11 days, but that average is not guaranteed and that he would be sure to discuss that again with his team.Caleb also offered to send me a kayak trolley free of charge for my inconvenience. I appreciate his good customer service and the fact that he wants to do things right. Unfortunately, that is not the case with alot of businesses.
