Daryl towed my car last night. He was empathetic, kind, conversational, and efficient. They said a 45 minute wait over the phone and I only waited 30ish. The price was affordable and payment was simple. This isn t the first time I have used Dependable Towing and it probably won t be the last. Can t recommend this towing company enough. Thanks Daryl for making my hectic night much more positive.

Tyler did a fantastic job! Called in the morning of the holiday weekend and he was onsite within an hour. Truck and trailer stuck on a steep grade and over a curb. Had a solid plan and pulled the truck and boat out on the first try WTH no damage. Skilled and confident! Would recommend them to anyone in need!

This tow trucking service is the best I ve ever done business with. They re extremely knowledgeable and professional they go way beyond to help you get out of a situation. We were broke down on I44 near Rolla with a large dually truck and 23 camper trailer. After getting an astronomical quote from a place in Rolla, we called Dependable as they had good reviews and were close to where we lived and the shop we needed the truck towed to. They were friendly on the phone and quoted us a fair price. We had been trying to find a friend to come get the trailer for us because the first place wanted nearly double and already astronomical price to pull the trailer too. Dependable offered to tow the trailer behind the rollback for a small added hook fee. Tows are all expensive but as tows go this was a very fair price. The driver was friendly and they arrived when they told us they would. We would definitely use them again but hope to never have to.Service: Special vehicle towing

Car absolutely would not even click or attempt to start so I called Dependable Towing and spoke with Marvin who suggested that when the tow truck driver arrived he try to start it with a battery pack. Lo and behold it worked immediately and I was able to drive the car to my mechanic to ascertain why I had a batter drain. Marvin was courteous and the driver was as well...sorry I had to drag him out on such a frigid winter day. By the way...I doubt there was even 15 minutes from the time I requested the tow to when the tow truck pulled in to my driveway! All at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to use Dependable Towing again should the need arise.Service: Battery service

Thank you for saving me a long trip!! Guy at dependable,The tow lot wasn't listed on Google so it was not easy to find but after waiting at the wrong lot for 45 min called and the guy was still waiting at the Lot location and gave me directions and addressHopefully the business will Be listed on Google map now..3Star because I felt like he was rude, and a couple other things that was going on that would make anyone unhappy... The stars is he did meet me and let me get the car on an unscheduled day, I highly doubt it was to be doing me any favor, and he did fair pricing..I sure will not call them for future tow.Nor would I recommend them

Dependable Towing pulled me back up an icy road where my only option in my 2-wheel drive sedan was going to be down the icy road with limited control and possibly into a ditch on either side of the road or the guardrail at the bottom. Camron knew they were busy and said it'd be at least an hour and they arrived in 80 minutes and safely pulled me back up the road.Service: Car towing

These guys are great! I can't say enough good about them! I give them a call and they show up so fast, even when I say it can be done anything and it's not a priority they always show up fast! We have a multitude of cars and only use them! 110% recommended these guys! Jamie is professional and knows what he is doing!

Rude from the start. I was finishing a cigarette outside Gathering my thoughts before I went inside and the guy was outside saying what do I need. And I told them that I would be inside just a minute. He persisted to invade my personal space only to yell at me that I wouldn't be able to even look at my car unless I paid for it. And treated me poorly. Before I ever got in the door. I gave him a one for being extremely rude

Further damaged my trailer that they towed, refused to make it right!This tow company is not reputable, I would recommend that you call anyone but them!

The guy i talked to was not polite in anyway. A complete rude person. So. Not a good business practice at all and I won't use his service. There are others who can have my money before him for towing service.
