The Big O Staff always takes care of us and our cars. We use them for our personal vehicles and the company car. We are very thankful for their expertise and availability. They work with us on everything and have always been respectful and courtesy. They have gone above and beyond for me and I always appreciate it. Couldn't ask for a better team or for better service! Thanks Big O Staff for all you do for us!

Gunner the store manager goes above and beyond. Got an exotic as I do or a baby that deserves pampering as I do. Gunner will hook you it and do whatever it takes. He has been to my home in my shop a number of times. He will go over and above.

Started with Big O Tires about a year ago. Bought a set of tires for my vehicle and they've done the last 3 oil changes. Very pleased with their service and a good group of people serving their customers. Highly recommended this business. Thanks guys!

Dropped off my car for two new tires a little before 5pm, went to autozone to return a part and went back to wait and my car was already done. I'm back home and it's currently 5:13pm my mind is blown at how fast they got it done. Highly recommend.

I can t say enough good things about big o. Tyler, Corey and Stephane are so easy to work with and talk too they get you in and out as fast as possible. They shoot you straight and do everything they can to make your time there easy. They did a amazing job on my lift kit wheels and tires I won t go anywhere else.

Had appt at 0900 for a 45 min hitch install. At 0945 they hadn't even put it on the lift. I took my keys back and went elsewhere. This is typical for this shop. Just bad business practice.

I am so disappointed. Went in Monday and they did not have my tire size. That was fine. I made an appointment and went back in. I was charged way more then what I was quoted. I waited one hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and 2 tires put on. My lights are all on now in my car. I went back in to tell the man and he told me to ride it for 10 minutes and it will go out by itself. Obviously he told me this because it was closing time. I left a message for a manager to call me. I will be disputing the charges if that do not get a call back. To be continued Update: Cory is a very respectful and nice man that has really been trying to help. They agreed to refund some of the hidden fees and much higher prices I was quoted from Stephane. Unfortunately my husband is driving to Florida and noticed the car is profusely draining oil. He is carrying a trailer and there is oil in that. I spoke with Cory and he is contacting the higher ups. I spoke to Stephanie who really does not deserve her job. She is definitely a generation that will not be accountable. I think I need to dispute this on my credit card.Update. I got a refund from my bank because I took the car to another mechanic. All the oil leaked out of my car because I had the wrong filter. Tires were never balanced. I emailed the head office, called and texted. Never got a response from anyone. Very disappointed in their ethics.I guess you can say I was ozarked! Lol

Saturday at noon our daughter was leaving the lake headed back to IL for the weekend her car was making an unusual noise not sure what to do on a weekend I called and they said send her right in we will see if it s safe to drive. Twenty minutes later she calls and said they checked me out I m on my way home. Nice to know they re a good people left out there. We will be back to repay the favor.

Went to Big O to get a new set of tires for my truck. Was unsure on what to get because wanted a better ply tire. Staff was very knowledgeable about what size to get that would fit with no issues. Did not have in stock(no problem) ordered took 1 day and was able to get me in after work and get installed. Staff did well with customer service and product knowledge over multiple brands.

Good small town store with supporting. Bought tires there a year ago. High mileage driver. Back twice for rotation. Great service. Would be good for those that like data to completely fill in receipt with tire pressure and tread depth. They do have it - I asked - but no info on receipt. Some of us like to know. Why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Walk in at 8am with a tire leak , they tell me it s only going to be an hour at most. Perfect I ll wait. 2 hours in still waiting and my vehicle has not moved. Then the lady give me attitude and says it being pulled in. No it s still in the same spot I parked it in over 2 hours ago.. this is the worst service I have ever been involved in. I understand when things happen but given me the run around is not right.I spent over 3 hours when all said In done. OH THEY SAID THEY DIDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. But they know the tire is leaking because they added air in it. They told me if it keeps doing that to bring it back. YEAH RIGHT .!Oh, when I handed me my keys, they didn t say a word . didn t even apologize for not being able to help me or have a nice day ..!! nothing!Thanks for nothing(Stay away from Camdenton big O tires..)

Took my car in at 8:00 for an oil change was told a 3 hr wait. At 10:00 I was told a 2 to 2 1/2 hr wait. It s 2:22 and my car is still sitting where I parked it. I ve never had to wait this long and am surprised. Also, Stephane is very rude and unfriendly. The other employees I ve dealt with have always made me feel welcome.

Made an appointment for safety inspection for $12. Waited an hour and 20 minutes before my car was looked at. The car was in for less than 10 minutes. I was told I had to buy windshield wipers to pass inspection. We all know what that extortion trick is. $47 and 1.5 hours later I finally got what should have taken 15 minutes to accomplish.

I went to Big O for a tire rotation. Tires are less than a year old. They quoted me almost $3000.00 worth of parts and repairs that they said my car's suspension system needed. I took it to a GM dealership for a 2nd opinion. Nothing wrong with my suspension system. Just needed some minor adjustments to the alignment. I won't be back.Update: 3 days ago, I posted a negative review about my experience at the Big O Store in Camdenton, Missouri. The owner replied, asked me to go to their website and tell them my story and a customer service representative would contact me. I did that immediately! 3 days later-no response. I am feeling that they are not concerned about rectifying this situation but just posted the response to my original review just to make people think that they care! It's obvious that they don't! Please do NOT use Big O for your vehicle's service needs. They are dishonest!

Was on vacation and needed brakes fast. They got us in, fixed and out fast and we didn t have to cut into our vacation time at all. The front desk guy was friendly and made getting new brakes easy on us. Thanks guys.

I have been to Big O several times for various car needs and they are always quick and professional! When I needed an emergency car repair they fit me into their schedule and got me back on the road within the day! Tyler, Gunner and Corey have always been helpful and friendly! I would recommend Big O in Camdenton to any one who needs car repairs!

The crew at Big O in Camdenton is top notch. Every time I go in there I m greeted with a smile! I am always taken are of in a timely manner. I also appreciate them being honest with me about my vehicle and taking the time to explain what is going on with it . 10/10 recommend!

I have always had great service at Big O Tires in Camdenton, living in St.Louis I would try to schedule my truck maintenance when I would be at the Lake, so that s what I did this past Saturday 11/19 which was a big disappointment. I had an appointment scheduled for 11am, I arrive at 10:45 for a routine tire rotation, I was told they would get me right in, 11:30 rolls around and still nothing, at 11:45 I told them to pull my truck out since I had an appointment at noon so I had to leave and got nothing done while I was there while only 1 other vehicle in the shop.

Multiple visits and each one has been quick and reasonably priced. They ve gotten my vehicles straightened out and I ve been pleased by the professionalism and standing behind their work. Highly recommend and will be back anytime I need tire work or alignments done.

Very bad experience. Do not come here (even with an appointment) unless you plan to wait for extended periods of time. Even for very basic things like an oil change. Wait you will.For me to get an oil change and tire rotation I was quoted 45 minutes. It took me 1 hour 33 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I paid and left. That s double what they told me.That s not only a long time to wait but it is also poor customer service for Gunner at the front desk to tell the customer 45 minutes and then double what they promised. No apology either. Just walk in the back and come out to tell me it is ready in the double the time.Won t be back.Note to the owner: I have completed a customer contact form on your website already with my full information.

I went in expecting to be told that o would have to buy a new battery. However to my surprise they told me my battery was fine and it just needed to get re-charged. Thanks Big O for your professionalism.

We go to Big O in Camdenton for nearly everything we need serviced on our cars and trucks. The guys are super knowledgeable and get you out as fast as they can. I found a screw in a tire right before planned trip to MN and called them right before closing. The manager told me to come in and they fixed my tire after hours. We will always go to them 1st for our services and tires.

Everything was good except the wait the car was supposed to be in at 1:00pm but didn't get in till 2:30pm. Everything went good after they got it in and taken care of!
