My daughter encountered a problem with her car on a Saturday and was able to make it to the dealership to leave it. They identified the problem on Monday and put a rush on her part and she had her car back on Thursday. They let her have a loaner vehicle so she could get our vehicle back to us.

Truck was shared as an ad on Facebook. Commented on the post and Amanda contacted me back very quickly. Extremely easy and great to deal with. Was looking for a truck because of an accident and they have been amazing to work with and make it as stress free as possible. Highly recommend the dealership and Amanda. Everyone at the dealer was super friendly.

The service department was very helpful but I was not told about the 6% service fee for using my Visa card as payment. I have never been charged this by a Ford Dealer for auto service. I feel that 6% is double what standard credit card fees are which is both excessive and unprofessional. I understand marking up labor and material for professional services but credit card fees as well?I am unsure if the Chat function on the website is monitored by a live person who is absolutely clueless or a chatbot. I asked if I was speaking to a chatbot and they assured me that it was a live person. The conversation was so ridiculous that I do not believe it.

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Todd was amazing to work with as was the other salesperson who helped. And the finance manager was great as well. The whole team was up front and honest. They made the whole process so simple. We will 100% use them again in the future. I highly recommend using them.

I couldn't have imagined any better buying experience than what I received at Sakelaris Ford of California MO. If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned Ford car, truck, or SUV... it's well-worth the drive down US 50 HWY to see general manager Keith Marlett, , as well as internet manager Amanda Johnson and finance manager James Ligon. Process started online and by phone.... then they quickly located my 2021 Ford F-150 STX, which was the only one around that had its unique combination of features. Step outside the KC Metro car dealership box! Connect/select online... then GO to Sakelaris Ford of California MO! Just 1-hr/45-mins East of Lee's Summit on US 50 HWY.

I took my vehicle to Joe Machens Ford in Jefferson City several times for the same issue. They were unable to fix the issue, within 2 visits to Sakelaris Ford the issue was corrected and I was treated much better! Highly recommend.

I had some recall work done on my 2015 Ford Explorer. From scheduling all the way through leaving the parking lot the staff were extremely friendly, personable and thorough. I will definitely be back.

Amanda was the best! She sent me all the pics I needed and was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions. I had to drive just under 2 hours to get there and ahe made sure that I knew everything Bout the truck before purchasing. I highly recommend this dealership and Amanda!

Just bought my second vehicle from these guys. They've earned my highest recommendation. The sales team is friendly, patient and helpful. The entire place has a family atmosphere and there are no high-pressure tricks or gimmicks. They answered all my questions, found the best financing and were straightforward with everything. The service department is excellent as well. The rates are very good and they even gave me technical information to help with my own projects. By the time you are finished buying a car here, you will be on a first-name basis with everyone on the team. And most important, they'll remember you after the sale. So a great big Thank You to Troy, Keith and Dave in sales for helping me get my dream car, and to Luke in service to keep it in top shape! Great Job!

Was contacted by Amanda Johnson after putting in a inquiry about a used Dodge Ram. Amanda Johnson not only contacted me back ASAP but sent me photos that I requested and was able to answer all my questions. Amanda Johnson was amazing and stayed in contact with me during and after the purchase of my truck. If you want a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Amanda Johnson!!!!

The team at Sakelaris Ford in California were amazing from the very beginning of this process. We have been looking for a used truck and with the way things are now you can't find one. Amanda with Sakelaris was amazing in helping us search for one but we still couldn't find anything, she suggested ordering one. So we did. She kept us up to date through the whole process. We just picked up the truck 2 days ago and it was everything we wanted! They had all the paperwork waiting for us....just needed few signatures and initials.....quickest vehicle purchase we have ever dealt with. Amanda went through all the features of the truck and even took extra time getting the FordPass the work. Totally recommend the Sakelaris of California team!

These guys were terrific beyond belief. I got a great year-end deal on a new F150 one model year old. Troy is super knowledgeable about cars and trucks and was able to answer all questions. He was kind and patient in negotiating details. Dave, the finance guy, went out of his way to get me a good interest rate. In short, this dealership is my favorite of any I have ever visited.

The sales team seem to be friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about the used vehicles on their location in California, Missouri.I purchased an older model SUV from them in August 2021 and it is a very nice low mileage vehicle.Unlike most New Car Dealers they don't always send the older vehicles to the auto auctions. This enables Sakelaris Ford to reach a broader segment of customers who may not want to purchase a late model car or truck in order to pick up a 2nd vehicle for a family with multiple drivers.

Would not recommend this dealer!! The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They do not have their facts straight regarding several issues when planning to purchase a new vehicle. Finally demanded that my deposit be returned. Very disappointing as I had high hopes of a great relationship with this dealer..

I brought in a F150 for repair. A coil pack was out on one of the cylinders. I was charged fairly. I drove it off the lot and sure enough back on with the light. Bought up a Ford Explorer. Felt as though that this service manager wanted to gouge me on price so I told him to stop and do nothing. I get a message on my phone later from this guy that my truck would not be released unless I paid 105.. Or around it for the dealerships time of doing diagnostics.This was my first experience at this dealership and my last one.The dealership looks as though 1955 had a baby and landed there.IMO buyer beware of what you get when you pay for it.

Dewey Gray was our sales person. I can't express enough gratitude for how he handled each detail of our transaction. He was honest, helpful, and a man of his word. He is also one of the nicest and most genuine human beings one could have the pleasure of meeting in life. Angel did my paperwork, and she was so personable and not stuffy like most finance managers that I felt like we could be related. At the end of the day, working with Dewey and the Sakelaris Ford Dealer in California Missouri was a pure joy. I would strongly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle to drive out of the city and into this area. You won't regret it.

This was incredibly poor customer service. They have a car listed for 3675 but add another 1000 on when you get there. I asked them to remove a monstrosity wheel chair lift out of a tiny SUV in order for me to be able to use it. Nope. Gonna charge me 1000 more than advertised price because they changed the oil and brake pads though. I walked away with my 5000 cash still in my pocket.

Amanda in internet sales was a great help finding the right truck for me. They were patient and they even helped store some things I forgot in my old car. Probably the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have had.

Arrived a little early and they took my truck right on in and got it out early as well. Had oil and filter change and as far as I can tell they did a fine job just like always.

I purchased a SUV from this dealership in October 2017. By the end of November I noticed a ticking noise and the truck started bucking. I notified Dewey the manager who had agreed to a 12 month 12000 mile warranty if i bought the truck. when i contacted him about the warranty information he informed me I didn't have one. he also stated that the truck had never been in an accident and that the truck had been recently serviced by them. well I found out that the truck had not been serviced by them for over a year. when i had the oil changed it was so bad that the dealer didn't want to touch the truck and informed me I need to take it back to the dealer i purchased it from because there was sludge. I also found out that the truck had been in an accident. (thank you carfax) I attempted to get help from Dewey and lance and left the owner Steve a message as well. I was told the sale was final and I was stuck with the truck. over $6000 in repaires are required to fix the $13000 truck that I purchased and Sakelaris Ford did nothing to assist with the repair cost nor the 3 week car rental. I am glad to say that there are some honest people still in this world. I would like to thank Lee Summit Volkswagen and McCarthy Chevrolet for doing all they could to help me fix my truck and for being HONEST. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from Sakelaris Ford.

Definitely not a female friendly place to go. Girls if your looking for a car make sure you bring a man along because apparently only they have the right equipment to be treated with respect and courtesy. I have never had such a poor experience in all my life. I'm guessing my credit wasn't good enough to rate financing. I would have to guess because they acted like I didn't even request into buying a car from them. I'm not upset over my credit score (again I'm guessing because I didn't rate any discussion after they took my info) but to wait there for hours waiting for a car to be driven from their Rolla store only to find out they weren't even bringing it down. I will be making sure all my female friends are aware how they treated me and I will not be going back any time ever.

Very helpful in getting me the truck I wanted.Buying process was easy. Everyone was friendly and the day my truck showed up they got me in it. Definitely worth the drive.
