nobody shows up to work, managers don't show up. parts are almost always wrong.says open today but door is locked and nobody inside.very poor management and irresponsible employees.guess I will have to close my commercial account and go somewhere else.

You have 1 employee who is knowledgeable you got the rest out of the sheltered workshop. These people are worthless couldn't even figure out part I needed with a picture

My son limped his car here to get codes checked for a misfire today while he was waiting for a tow truck the only one working in the store called the cops after realizing the cops didn't arrest and tow the vehicle he went out to yell at them about soliciting which is not what four teenagers sitting in a car that cannot drive is thanks

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that always go above and beyond to help you get or find the stuff you need. Managers are awesome as well. Couldn't say enough about how awesome they are!

Why do I love the auto parts store? Because the people there are helpful and courteous theyve never been condescending because I'm a woman and dont fit the profile of their usual car enthusiast. The store is also clean and organized in a way that makes finding what you need very easy. If they don't have what you need they will have it the next day and the sales staff for the most part are knowledgeable. Thanks Oriellys!

I don't appreciate being made to wait because a phone call came in at the same time the associate helping me was in the middle of a search for the part I asked about. I understand I'm a woman with a child and don't look like I have a lot of experience, but I know there is a hold button on the phones and customers that come in to the building are more likely to spend money than one on the phone. I went in for help with the intention of buying a part plus some window tinting cling film, wiper blades, oil, filter, and some plastic clips for the interior panels; came out with only my irritation. Now Amazon, Auto Zone, or just about anyone else will be getting my business.

very helpful staff. especially dealing with an unusual problem, Japanese Battery, swap out on Massey Ferguson tractor. Terminal post position, Metric to SAE. Got it accomplished

Idiots can't manage to get the part sent to or from the correct store. Wasted 3 hours of my time. Placed it on will call at another store, that store sent me to another store and that store said they shipped it off to the original store. Seth was supposed to call the store. Did he? Nope.
