I was very impressed, with the service here, I got new tires on the front plus an, alignment, and a new tire on back I had previously gotten which I had a nailed in it. They had found, plus show to me.. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you for the professionalism, fast, friendly service.

By far the fastest service I have ever gotten at a tire shop. 2 new tires mounted and balanced, in and out in 10 minutes, and 5 of those minutes were my fault.

Took my truck in for alignment before a family trip. During the trip I noticed the steering was off and felt a little loose.Called them when I got back in town, no problem, bring it in. Got it back to their shop and they adjusted the steering again. Also had them do a balance and rotation on the tires.Lee did inform me one tire was bad.I left the shop and my truck shook so bad I couldn't get up to 50. I took it back to see about getting the tires moved back to the original location, he hit really rude with me, said he was done with me, he did refund me the money, told me he was done and told me to leave his shop. I will never go back there again. Ended up going to big o tire in Camdenton, they got the truck aligned and come to find out, Phillips didn't even put weights on the tires.

These guys will always make time for a tire repair or rotation or really anything you need. Their service is absolutely amazing and their prices are just as good.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing tires!I went to another place to get my tire replaced. In the amount of time that I stood in their line, then took video of their employees (turned out to be the manager of the tire center), then after asking if anyone worked there it turned out to be another typical experience. I called Phillips and Sons to see if I could schedule an appointment. I was told to come on down and they would get me in. So I drove 27 miles. They got me in immediately and had my tires changed and out the door in less time than I had wasted waiting and arguing with the previous place. I was dumbfounded that I had never considered this place. Oh it only cost me four dollars more to go here. Soooooo worth the extra four bucks and the half hour drive to be treated like a person/valued customer! Never again will I go back to the other guys. Phillips and Sons will get all my business from now on and I have told everyone that will listen.

Fast and excellent service! I was traveling and had 2 flat tires, was towed to the shop and was out of there in about 15 minutes! Amazing and friendly service!!

A couple of guys who I trust on such matters pointed me this way. In and out dang fast! Had some specialty tires shipped to them, installed and out the door for $100. Great service, friendly staff.

Very professional and FAST. My mom has taken me there since I was a little girl. Customer service has always been the best in town. I dont worry about getting back on the road after they have fixed a tire. I know they do it right. Peace of mind is everything when you your grandchildren in your car.

Second car I got tires on this week fast friendly affordable 30 min or less whole set mounted balanced and a tpms sensor bam just like that

They do pretty good work. But $40 to put two tires on rims was a little expensive. And I already had them off the truck and they didn't have to put them back on my truck

Lee and his staff are great guys that bust their butts to keep us safe on the road. Had a 930 appointment to put tires on and an alignment and I was literally out of there in about 45 minutes! Car drives better than ever! Go to these guys for a great price and amazing service!

Terrible experience! I was told by the gentleman when they looked at my tires they would be $120 each. I agreed to let them put two tires on the front. When they came back and gave me my bill, it was $325. I told the man that I was quoted a price of $120 per tire and he said that kid did not know what he was talking about that he must have looked at the wrong tire. When I told them they should honor the quoted price he proceeded to take the tires off my car. Since my old tires were not safe, I told them to put the tires back on and I paid the $325. When I told them they would no longer have business from me they said good!

These guys are fantastic - no kidding, fantastic. They fixed my truck tire no problem and then replaced both my four wheeler tires - they WILL NOT overcharge you for anything and are fast. I used to be a mechanic and can tell they are are all well trained and care more than most shops - go somewhere else at your own risk.

Phillips and Sons Tire Service is where my family always goes for tires. They continually give us great service and they are always extremely friendly. I am thankful for the great service they provide and the honesty they have demonstrated when I've needed a tire they didn't have. They are always efficient and effective. I highly recommend this business for many reasons.

Great people, service. Just bought new tires for our SUV, in and out in under 30min. Brought one of the tires to the waiting area to show me how the car was dipping the tread on the old tires. Scedualled an alignment for next week.

Sent my teenage daughter out with stripped lug nuts. No way she could have changed a flat. When it was brought to their attention, owner yelled at her saying he wasn t paying for new ones. All she was doing was telling them, not expecting any reimbursement. Classless. Never going there again.

Had a RV trailer tire blow out about 8 miles outside of town. Our spare we put on was a 6ply. Phillip and Sons took care of us with a new 8ply tire. In less than 15 min. we were back on the road. Thank you

I called them this morning and made an appointment to have four tires mounted and balanced. They quoted me 65 for the alignment, 15 for each tire, and 3 for get rid of the old tires. The only thing i ask for that was extra was two tmp sencer to be replace with i had with me. After it was all done they charged me 20 a tire, 12 to get rid of the old tires, and 65 for the alignment. And the ower though a fit about it and was really disrespectful. Needless to say i was expecting to pay a little bit more for the install of the 2 tmp sensors. I will never use them again

These guys are solid. I've had alignments and bought tires and never had a problem. They also have some hard to find lawn tractor tires.

Called in and discussed on the phone a game plan for getting a new tire on my truck. On Jan 7th I came in to buy the new tire, get 2 other tires patched, and have my TPM system worked on by replacing one sensor...I was assured on the phone this was no problem they do it all the time...my husband went to get done to the truck what we had already discussed, when I got there they had refused to fixed the tire pressure monitoring system, would give no explanation as to why when I asked some diagnostic questions, guy got offended and mad that I even politely asked why it couldn't be done ( I was told on the phone it was a piece of cake)..then they tell my husband in person, failing to tell me on the phone, that putting on this slightly bigger tire would disable us from using 4WD until we had the same size on the other back tire (didn't tell me on the phone when I set up the plan of action. Why would you sell someone a tire that disables them from using 4wheel drive in the winter? got our money back and ordered the RIGHT size tire online for $45 cheaper and had another place put it on so we could use our 4wd.

Needed a used tire to function as a spare due to a catastrophic blowout. They set me up with a much better quality tire (Goodyear), mounted, for way cheaper than anyone else. Ten minutes in and out. Will make sure to go back here when it is time to replace the rest of my tires with new ones.
