Went there for a normal oil change and new break pads for my back tires. I usually go to McCarthy s but they were closed which costs me barely 40 bucks for new oil and a filter. Went here and my total ended up being $225 for an oil change and new break pads in the back. They failed to mention that they charge 90 for labor on certain things which should ve been made aware to us and then charged me the most expensive break pad and come to find out there was a cheaper one but I was not asked which ones I wanted. So something that would ve cost me a little over a hundred anywhere else costed me over 200.

I'm a business owner in the area. The first time i called I was a little confused as to whether I needed a DOT inspection or just a regular state inspection. He claimed that they do not do DOT inspections because they don't do emissions(even though they're a muffler shop, and two of the reviews say they do DOT inspections). After a phone call to the DMV, I only needed a state inspection. I call back to see about scheduling an appointment, or if it was walk in., tell the guy he was right about the state inspection. He Mumbles something I can't understand all aggravated for 10-20 seconds before hanging up on me. Wasn't very nice on either phone call and I DO NOT appreciate it. Won't be getting my business

We needed some work done on our van and they were able to get us in immediately that day and had it fixed later that afternoon! They are always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed doing business with this muffler shop and will continue to take our vehicles here in the future

Great shop, the owner is fantastic very friendly. Was able to get an appointment within the week. Needed new brakes, they were very communicative about the status if my vehicle- would highly recommend using this shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Steve is a great guy. Does great work at a reasonable cost. Bob, his main mechanic, is a good guy and a great mechanic. Always have good service and always have a good time visiting with them. Damned good people! Highly recommend!

Went in to get an inspection, wasn t sure what all document wise I needed to get the service done. I called before hand to see availability of when I could get it done and he wouldn t give me a straightforward answer. I decided to show up to see in person if I could get some help. He spoke over me and interrupted me as I tried to ask about availability there was and my other questions on the process. He eventually shut me down after a 5min interaction overall and rushed me out the door as if my business was unwelcome and unappreciated. I was completely astonished and appalled. May I mention this was the owner himself. Incredibly unprofessional and callus to customers. No patience and understanding or wanting to do business with those who provide their paychecks. Will not be returning, will not be recommending and will speak about my experience to others seeking vehicle assistance.

Every time I have visited this shop, they have fixed the problem in very little waiting time. The prices are reasonable and they will not hesitate to tell you if they cannot fix something. So far they have fixed everything and even pointed out when something needs fixed I am unaware of. All the employees are courteous and helpful, even when they don't do a service requested. I trust this people with my vehicle and my life.

I was passing through town and needed assistance. I simply needed air for my tires since I had a heavy load and the low air pressure was obvious. They were courteous and friendly to offer help. Much obliged to the owner and workers.

Honest nice people. I watched a gentleman bring in a vehicle that he thought needed a catalytic converter and they checked it and told him it was ok instead of just changing it to make money. Definitely be doing business there again!

I trust the people and the quality of their work for my personal vehicles. I recommend everyone in Buffalo, Missouri and Dallas County to use them for your automotive work.

Did vehicle inspection on my car 2 years in a row and I found out from another shop my car was too new to even need an inspection. Also bold faced lied to me about not having "parts" in for my vehicle and turned me away and told me to reschedule my appt as he overheard a comment my partner made. Very professional..what a joke. Took my car to the dealership and it didn't even need what it had been scheduled to have done.

Went and had two mufflers installed and unfortunately they put one on backwards,well crap happens to the best of us. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that the owner was very nice and helped save money on the original purchase and more important when I called them they said bring it back and got right on it and fixed the reversed muffler

Wanted truck to be quiet as it had dual straight pipe. First said he didn t have anything that would fit. Ask for options and reluctantly said y pipe before and after muffler but was pricey. Cost $170 Asked for tail pipes to go straight out instead of curved (existing curved) said wasn t equipped to do so and really didn t want to f$&? With it!Really not a good place to go and should probably stay home.I m guessing the attitude is the most expensive part of the job!!!!

Do not expect this place to diagnose a problem. Took two vehicles in making noise. They chalked both up to high mileage. One was a bad timing chain-could have cost me a couple grand. Another was two upper ball joints they failed to diagnose. Only use this place for inspections, alignments or another problem you are sure about.

Shade tree all the way. Good tools and no clue how to do anything right. Went there to get my car in line he BS me with some stupid measurement not knowing I work on cars. Good thing is if you go there to get your car inspection done go there with no bra and he will hand you a sticker. Guys need to have a cool car. Never go there for anything. Buffalo has cheaper shops and they actually know how to do there job.

The only reason they got a one star is there wasn't a negative option. I had them replace the wheel bearing on my truck and when I picked it up all the lights were on in my dash telling me to service the traction control, the stabilatrack system and the tire monitor. When I asked the owner he said to bad! it must have been a bad new part but he 2ould gladly charge me again to change it out! After looking at it when I got home I found that they had broken the connection plug and also cut the boot on the cv joint which let grease go everywhere ! My advice DON'T DO BUSINESS THERE!!!
