Would not recommend, especially coming from any distance. Spoke to the person who posted a vehicle at 7pm on Friday evening. Mentioned he had interest in a vehicle and had people coming at 8am the next day. I drove from Arkansas and arrived around 7:30a to ensure I was the first one. Upon arrival I spoke to someone who worked here who told me they had someone come around 5pm the night before and made a deposit on the vehicle. There was no mention of this to me before driving over, even after having initiated the conversation after said deposit had apparently been made. Poor communication and found this to be disrespectful of my time and effort.

We have bought 2 vehicles here and we will definitely be starting at Jennings when we start shopping for our daughter's first vehicle ! Besides being very pleased with the 2 we bought we really like that there isn't a salesman following us around trying to make commission while we are looking!

I commented on a friends Facebook saying I don t recommend them because when I went in the office to buy a car they had no answers. What do you have in? Anything in my price range? Etc. the guy said uhhh im not sure over and over. Waste of my time. THEN he blocked me on Facebook. So here I am.. their reviews may be good there because he just blocks everyone.

Not very professional neither men induced themselves the older man just gave a d tag and told me to drive it when I got back I tried to explain the car had some issues but also was not too bad for a 19 year old car.Unfortunately they didnt want to deal with me. They both need to be better when dealing with customers

When I need another vehicle, I'm coming here FIRST!! Two great vehicles so far, Jeep and an Escape, both run great and for a great price!! I recommend this car lot to anyone.

Very limited selection... Very high down payments. Never open when website says they are.Let me clarify as I received a response from this location... My parents live in Buffalo, I see this lot often and there is ALWAYS very limited selection. They may get cars in every week but they are rarely on the lot. The website shows many cars, but all are marked "SOLD" except one or two. As for down payments, that may be the finance company, I'll give them this point. However, being "just down the street" and expecting customers to wait for you to arrive during stated business hours is unprofessional. I will not retract my review.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Jennings Auto Sales and are pleased with all three vehicles. Great value, excellent customer service. You can't please everyone but you certainly pleased us.

Jennings Auto Sales gets questioned over a posted vehicle on Facebook that rightly appears shady and questionable to multiple people. His response to everyone is to chill out. However, he supports and encourages personal attacks with those coming to his aid even after the whole situation had some time to be forgotten about.
