This is the 2nd time I have had Corrender Collision repair my vehicles! The individuals that help you in getting your vehicle repaired are extremely friendly, and experienced in what they do! They make sure of up to date text or phone calls to let you know exactly where they are and also projecting when they will finish. Can't say enough good things about the whole staff! The photos are only after they finish, but the whole right sight was wrecked.

Externally the repairs appear AWESOME. I had forgotten what it looked like! I could not tell where it had been repainted versus what was still original. I am hopeful that mechanically it is sound as well as areas I will never hopefully see.Every member of the staff went out of their way to make sure they were listening to what I was concerned about and followed through to make sure it would be addressed. I was informed at every step and they even welcomed me to stop by to see how the repairs and the process was going. I damaged my car. Insurance referred me to Carstar. They totally reviewed the damage, gave me an estimate & explained the process. I got weekly calls regarding the progress with an approximate delivery date. Due to an incorrect part being delivered, completion was delayed a day. But, everything was handled professionally & courteously. The estimate was very close. I have my car back, it looks great & was advised how to protect the paint. Would definitely use them again.

I have worked with these people on 2 occasions. I absolutely will not go anywhere else for autobody work, no matter how big or small. From the first time you call on the phone until your job is complete you have total trust in them. The work they do is first rate and very professional. The work they completed on my mom's SUV was phenomenal. They searched far and wide and found the right parts, even on a little older model, because she really wanted her car back after the collision. I've met most of their people and they make you feel comfortable and satisfied that you're making the right choice. They make you feel important and almost like part of their family. The moment you walk in and are greeted you know you're in the right place. Don't choose any where else.

Excellent work on my 2018 Camry. Their craftsmanship and detail work is outstanding. They are very professional in their handling of the entire job, from customer service to repair. They communicated regularly with me all through the process. This is the place to take your auto for collision repair!

Friendly staff, they actually take what you say serious. My front end looks great! They also walked me through everything that was done! They re great at communication and let you know what s going on with your car through texts which is awesome sauce!

100% recommend CARSTAR Carrender Collision. We ve taken four vehicles to them and they ve done a great job with each one. They ve been great at communicating with us and if noticed something was off, they would immediately get our vehicle back in to get it corrected.

Carstar Carrender was great to work with. There were several issues getting parts, but they were eventually able to get what was needed to do the repairs. Absolutely the best shop. I ve came to them I think four or five times in the last two years, and every time they ve knocked it iut of the park. Extremely friendly, knowledgable, accommodating, and they do damn good work. I ve had no complaints any time I ve patronized their business, they do great work with paint matching correction and any other body and mechanical work I ve had done. I m talking they basically rebuilt my entire car a couple times. 10/10 absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Got some hail damage taking out of my car and when I got it back it looked amazing. I will definitely to business with them again.

Did an amazing job Working on my car looks absolutely brand new you can't even tell anything was ever wrong with it. Had a massive problem with insurance they refused to pay for the rental past 30 days and my car was still not done and car star helped pay for the rental for longer.

Carrender has earned a lifelong customer! My husband and I are VERY pleased with the service and contact concerning even the smallest thing. Our 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 was hit right bedside behind the tire and the repair is absolutely impressive! We searched for any imperfections after we picked it up from Carrender and there aren't any. We are pretty picky and sometimes hard to please. Carrender was not our only estimitate but upon meeting the whole team we left our truck no questions asked. We live over an hour away from the shop but the drive was worth the quality we received. Friendly and professional! AND the work comes with a lifetime warranty. The pictures are proof. The work is so good you can perfectly see the city of Lee's Summit in the reflection of the truck. No imperfections! Like i said. We are forever lifelong customers!

Car Star Carrender Collision did an amazing job addressing all the issues with my vehicle. This is a top notch organization that exceeded my expectations. The quality of service, work, and follow up is rare in the market today. I was treated like I was their only customer. They were proactive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were super friendly and helpful. Their establishment was clean, organized, and they offered refreshments. All their employees were professional and greeted me with all smiles. This place is amazing! I was told 2+months on my car at another shop before they could even work on it after being hit by another driver. Brought it here and they had it done in just a couple of weeks. Really not even that long! The body work/paint looks great! They take their time to take care of your vehicle too, carefully placing plastic on my seats and floorboards. Love that! And was it cleaner than when I took it in? I believe so! Looks like they did a little wipe down on it after work! Will definitely be recommending them to EVERYONE I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They got me in quicker than the other 3 places I checked before I luckily found them. I had my car back in a week after dropping it off. It only took a week for my appointment date as well. The car looks great. These people are awesome. Very friendly and they actually care. They worked hard to make me happy. I appreciated that tremendously. Fixed my car on time. Very informative about the process and everything went very smoothly. I thought they would only fix my exterior damage from the accident but they even detailed the inside of my vehicle! I would definitely go back for mine or my husband's car issues in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Carrender Collision for over 10+ years. Aaron the owner has worked on multiple vehicles for me and my family. Outstanding work. Recently he repaired the side of my 2017 MZK, new door, new paint. The damage was extensive, now it looks like a new car. Enjoy the handy work of Carrendar Collision. Inital impression at time of drop off and insurancd quote: AMAZING!friendly staff, quick estimate procedure, and they even gave me a ride from there to liberty to grab my boyfriend's car so i could leave mine there and avoid an expensive uber.So far I'm impressed!

Dropped my car off for accident repairs, took longer than expected due to employee emergencies, no problem. 10/10 Definitely recommend!!!I worked with Aaron, Sonia, and Annette! My car was hit on the front driver side (not my fault) and I called CARSTAR Carrender Collision instantly. The day I got into the accident I took it down there and they evaluated and gave me a great estimate. I finished up with the other partied insurance and as soon as they had my parts I took it down and they kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car! My car looks beautiful!! Carrender Collision went above and beyond fixing my truck! I cannot even tell it was ever damaged, beyond that they cleaned both the interior and exterior of the truck before I picked it up!
