Was charged $850. Picked up car. Dead battery, flat tire. Axle shakes to hell. But mechanic got a great vacation with my money!! Why a week and a half after fixing the flat and being asked to CHECK MY OIL IS MY OIL WAY BELOW THE LOW? RIP OFF ARTISTS!!I now see my tire, surprised the mechanic didn't mention it, guess he was hoping for the break down, tow and fix for more cash!! Ooh mechanic blamed me. Hey I went to school to figure this stuff out. Here I thought I was paying him to figure it out. Guess giving me a car with a dead battery and a flat tire was impressive. the retired folks who helped pay with our c. Card say thanks.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes

Our truck broke down at location 40 miles from this business. We called AAA who then called Precision. We sat by the side of the road waiting for a tow truck to arrive. When two hours passed and there was no sign of a tow truck we called AAA again. They assured us Precision had dispatched a truck, it was in progress and would reach us soon. Never arrived. Finally called Precision directly and were told by them that they thought the call from AAA was a hoax, They had never dispatched a truck and had no intention of doing so. Then they hung up on us. An officer from the Missouri State Police wound up calling a local towing company for us. We were broken down on US 65 and Precision's bizarre decision that a call from AAA wasn't real left us in a dangerous situation in below freezing weather.

John was amazing. He was able to get and/or locate everything we needed to replace my wheel, lug nuts and studs. Coming from outside of the area, his attention to detail was excellent.

Amazing! Blew a tensioner and they had us back on the road in an hour and a half. Wonderful service and super reasonable!

these guy's ate the best broke down had VERY little money and they came and towed in my truck and fixed it and worked with me the hole way very nice guy's some of the best out there went way out of there way to help me out and the work was grate if you ever need work dun to your. ar and you are any where close the here I'm telling you come here I jade to be on the phone for 45 minutes trying to find someone who could come and get my truck and fix it as well ALL OF THE OTHER SHOPS I CALLED were to buzzy or were to Expensive but these guy I'm telling you don't wast your time lime I did call them

Precision took great care of my vehicle even though it was falsely called in on driving under influence. Their tow service is 100% awesome
