My 73yr old mother needed to have a new battery in her car, it actually wouldn't start when she got to O'Reilly. They would not take her old battery out and put in the new one for her because it was under her backseat. So she walked 3 blocks to a restaurant to wait until I got off work. So you have 3 grown men working at O'Reilly and not 1 of them could google how to get to the battery and put it in for her!! After I picked her up and went back, one of them told me I need to call someone to put the battery in. So I googled it and did it myself. I just don't understand how not 1 of them could put a battery in for an elderly women. It's pathetic!!

Lance was quite helpful during my unexpected extended visit to the store. Had all the parts needed to get me back on the road and even a great tool loan program. Made an unpleasant breakdown far from home bearable.

Parts normally last a long time and they have good warranties on them. However, they have very night prices if you need anything important. Ex: power steering pump

The information in their system about the wheel hub mounting bolts for a 2004 Monte Carlo as is completely wrong. The staff despite this problem did everything they could including offering to order in about 8 other available part numbers that could have been the right size. Ultimately we ended up going back to GM to get the correct bolts.

Had an alternator issue,..took it to o'Reilly got my battery and alt. Tested. My alt. Tested bad and luckily they had one in stock. Staff at the Brookfield O'Reilly are very courteous and know what they're doing. Lance rolled a car outside full of tools and helped me pull out and replace my alt. Thank you Lance!

My clutch pedal broke. I brought the entire broken pedal in and explain what happened. The guy asked of it was an automatic or manual transmission. HELLO! I'M HOLDING THE CLUTCH PEDAL IN MY HANDS. WOW.

My break line broke right by the store was able to roll into the parking lot and they where very helpful and we got it repaired in the parking lot! Had what we needed.

Its an auto parts store. Go in with knowledg they have the parts you need but they are sales men too. So know what u need
