Telle tire is one of kind just got all new tires and I hit a nail in the drivers side rear. Position of the nail it was able to be fixed. They got it in and out in not even an hour.Ive checked the tire pressure three times no problems. They have a very friendly staff that s the best.

I m posting this for my Dad who is 92 and doesn t have a Google account. He has now taken his silver truck there twice. OMG what a GREAT experience he had both times. The honesty and customer service was over the top! He had rear brake pads, rotors, transmission fluid flushed and a new thermostat put in. Can t say enough good things about their service and they didn t take advantage of him! Thanks again to the entire staff

Telle Tire in Bridgeton MO was a great experience. They fixed a puncture on my tire even when I came in as their last customer of the evening. I really appreciated their friendly response and great service that got me back on the road. Thanks Telle Tire for all that you did for me.

I was searching for a repair shop I could trust after being repeatedly disappointed by my dealer. I took my vehicle to Telle based on their ratings and positive reviews. I was extremely satisfied with the service I was provided.First off, I intended to make my appointment at the St. Peters location but made it at the Bridgeton location by mistake. After figuring out my error, I arrived 30 minutes late at Bridgeton and was received with friendly, patient attention. Even though my home location was a bit outside of their range, without hesitation, Telle Bridgeton provided a courtesy ride home.Telle Bridgeton resolved all the issues with my vehicle, including replacing a noisy wheel bearing that required several test drives to locate. I was not hosed for the extra diagnostic time - which my dealer absolutely would have done - AND they fixed a faulty TPMS sensor that the dealer failed to resolve after several visits.I rarely take the time to do reviews, but in this day and age, outstanding service deserves to be recognized. I am 100% satisfied with my experience at Telle Tire Bridgeton and am looking forward to trusting them with my vehicle repairs in the future. Thank you Joe Simpson and the Bridgeton Telle Team.

I had the best experience with Bethany and The Mechanic. They really did a great job with communication and the work was excellent. I am so impressed that I would definitely be bringing my other cars to Telle Tires automotive Going forward for any service or work that I might need on my vehicles. The service was excellent and the person that greeted me very interested in my problem.He was extremely professional and immediately helpful. The associate did a great job getting the new tire on and I was very impressed with how much time it took to get me taken care of.

I've used Telle's services twice now at the Bridgeton location, for replacement tires and a oil change (which also ended up being battery change). Staff have always been pleasant and helpful, even when I call last minute for an appt before the holidays. The work seems to be of good quality and I haven't had any issues after appts. Cannot speak to warranty or transport assistance but would recommend.

The store was highly recommended to me and I will also highly recommend it in the future, I know and appreciate how hard it can be to manage a retail auto repair shop from many years of doing so in my "younger" years ;)

I am extremely grateful and impressed with their service. Joe, August, Bethany , Eric and the other tech went out of their way to diagnose and completely fix all of my multiple issues with my check engine light . Think of Telle Tire first for not only tires but engine repairs as well !

Since I bought my tires from Telle Tire & Auto they have always been very nice about airing them up for me when my tire pressure light comes on in cold weather. The service is prompt, courteous and free.

Had a motor put in in in 2022. There was an issue with it when I got the car back and learned some parts were bad. It was eventually fixed; $9,000, and several weeks later. It took several calls and a lot of persistance before the problem was solved. The motor was under warranty, so there was no charge for the work the second time.I recently took my car back to Telly because it was having issues. I thought maybe it was the motor again. I was told that the transmission was "absolutley" bad and that it would be around $6,200 to fix.I was convinced that this was not the issue. (Considering Telly Tire had my car for almost 8 weeks in 2022, I was suprised to hear about the transmission going out and was told it was likely because the transmission fluid was bad and should have been changed. That was suprising to hear since the car was serviced by Telly Tire withing the last 6 months. I figured this would have been something that was noted since I had spent $9,000 for a new motor and had my car in their care for multiple weeks in 2022. I understand now that it is two different systems, so they didnt look at the transmission oil. Other places have said this is something they would have looked at before giving the car back ecspecially after a major repair and faulty parts, additional maitinence and services etc. ).In any case, I decided to take the car elsewhere to be diagnosed. 2 other places looked at car and determined it was NOT the transmission. I am very glad I didnt get the car serviced at Telly Tire, again. I would have been paying for a transmission- when in fact my transmission did not need to be replaced. As stated, I was told by Telly Tire that it "absolutley" was the transmission that needed to be replaced. It was not. There was a bad part in the transmission that was fixed at a fraction of the cost.

Had my vehicle for five days actually longer due to holidays.I told them that I wanted a tune up a safety inspection and some oil cooler lines replaced because they were leaking.i called them after three days and all they had done was the safety. No estimate for the other stuff I wanted done. So then five business days goes by and I call again yes I had to call again cause they can't call the customer to let them know what's going on. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn't find parts for my truck and they couldn't get me a estimate. Found oil cooler lines less than half hour 80 dollars shipped. So when I picked up my truck and to pay for the only work they did twelve dollars for inspection they also charged me another seventy five they said for diagnosis of leak which I had already told them what wad leaking. I will not be doing business with them again.

Dealing with the folks at Telle Tire and auto is always a pleasurable experience. I feel like you guys have offered the best service and a very affordable price for as long as I have been coming there. I am so happy, in fact, I have suggested you to two of my family members, and pretty much everybody I know keep up the good work!Thanks for everything!

My day started rough due to several reasons and one being my tire was on flat while on my way to work. I stopped at the nearest tire store, which happened to be Telle! They surpassed my expectations and got me in right away, was super kind, and switched my day from being bad to great! Shout out to Ryan for his knowledge and amazing customer service. Joe at Telle got me in quickly and took care of my car quickly. He was honest- my brakes were a little squeaky so I brought it in and he didn t try to lie, scam or upsell me, told me I had about 70% life left on my brakes and didn t even charge me anything for checking! I will definitely be back in the future if needed!

I just finished having my Subaru Forester serviced at Telle Tire Bridgeton. I brought my precious canine with me, and he was totally given a ton of love and affection by the people at the desk. My car was professionally serviced at a reasonable rate, within a great time frame. I am a transplant from the East Coast so to find a trustworthy car service was of great concern to me. Telle Tire provided me with great comfort and trust - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR great car service.UPDATED on 8-17-2023: Came to Telle Tire to have a travel check before a 3000 mile road trip to the East Coast for a month. I'm so grateful I did this, because they found that my tires were out of alignment. Their travel check is so comprehensive. Same thing happened at Christmas when I was headed for a holiday in Colorado - needed 4 new tires. So grateful for their skill and professionalism! I feel so much more safe when I leave for a trip knowing that I'm not going to break down someplace on the trip.Thank you to everyone at Telle Tire Bridgeton! You are all amazing.UPDATED 10-08-23: On my most recent trip, the back of my rear vision mirror was popped off by another car. While I was on my trip I contacted Telle to order the part so that it would have time to be delivered. Not only did they order the part they gave me an appointment as quickly as possible. This company is incredibly customer friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful. I'm very lucky to have found them! Thank you to all at Telle!UPDATED 11-17-23: In preparing for my Thanksgiving holiday travels to the East Coast I had Telle do a TRIP CHECK for my. They discovered the need for a replacement part that may have interfered with safe travels. I'm totally impressed with the skill that Telle demonstrates and the way they interact with their customers!! It's an amazing company!UPDATED 12-11-2023: im very fortunate to share my holidays with family and friends in DC and MD. Knowing that the trip is 900+ miles each way I am comforted by having Telle Tire experts doing a thorough trip check beforehand! I know I can trust that my car is safe to travel in.UPDATED 3-10-24: what I really love about Telle is their ability to identify what should be done to PREVENT future problems! I also appreciate their opinions as to how to maintain my Subaru Forester. Ford dealership (Bommarito) told me I needed new front brake pads and rotors; even said I had metal-on-metal wearing due to worn out brake pads. Did not like the price they quoted. Booked appointment with Telle Tire of Bridgeton. The Honesty and Integrity of the Telle staff saved me Hundreds of dollars. Telle technicians reported that my brakes still had 50% wear remaining and did not need servicing. They then proceeded to not charge me for the inspection. Telle Tire will be servicing ALL of my vehicles in the future. Telle Tire of Bridgeton is truly a Friendly, Honest business.

The Telle Tire team is AMAZING! Joe, Bethany, and Ryan are awesome. They always have time to fit me in if I call on the fly to get my car calibrated and they make me feel like I m their number one favorite customer. Bethany always makes everyone feel at home with beverages and hospitality. That is something that is lacking and obsolete at other auto places. I ve referred people because of the knowledge of your mechanics and the great service and low prices. Normally I wouldn t get engine work done at a tire center but staff has changed my mind!Your loyal customer,Bridget Jennings

Very friendly service. Straightforward, they looked at my tire to see if it could be patched, recommended 2 new ones. They ordered them on a Saturday and scheduled installation on Monday afternoon. Easy breezy. They have a large, clean lobby so it's comfortable to wait there if you don't want to leave your car. Also found out today they are a full-service Auto Care Center- - not just tires.
