Guy with sunglasses inside wearing a cowboy hat was way too cool to help me out. He hardly looked up at me and as soon as I asked a question he immediately told us he didn t have a clue and wouldn t be able to help us and immediately turned us away. Absolutely horrible customer skills. Didn t have any other options for us, he said I don t know and he turned around to keep acting too cool to actually work.

Waited 20 minutes to be helped ended up getting sold a used blower motor, when I came back after realizing they sold me a used part (about 15 minutes after purchase) there was a long line. After I got to the register the lady said she she can t help me because her co worker sold me the part. So after waiting for the male employee for about 30 minutes he finally decided to help me. He found the part on the shelf that I was supposed to get and started accusing me of putting the bad one in the box until his other male co worker told him there was no way to replace a blower motor In 20 minutes. After this his hands me my replacement and doesn t even apologize for this. In all it took me about 2 hours start to finish which I could ve had the part installed and done by which also leaves me for no defrost or ac doing my delivery job tonight. Overall the experience was terrible and it seems like common sense isn t too common at this store, stay away!!!

The store showed the item I wanted to be in stock. When I got there it was nowhere to be found. They sent me to another store up the road that had it on the shelf. When I had a problem the next day they ordered me another one and I exchanged it without any hassle. The guys there are young but helpful and seemed nice enough.

This has got to be the best O'Reilly Auto parts in all of St. Louis. Huge parts warehouse where you can find just about anything when you need it. The old timer behind the counter was super helpful, and had a great attitude! This was the only store I could find in St. Louis selling fuel vapor line in the length and size needed. This will be my only parts store going forward.

3 visits, 2 hours 0 needShould I order the part and was told to come back that evening and when I did it wasn't there yet it was told to come back the next morning surprise surprise they couldn't buy them either those instructor to check back later in the afternoon and when I did I got somebody different this time who was confused why was special ordered because they haven't stock and including the extra one I ordered made there a total of four in that store so I had wasted three visits over 2 hours of my time for zero reason... It's not like it was an exotic part either for a Lamborghini or something it was a Chevy brake line

Nice, clean, new store. First 2 gentlemen I spoke to were friendly and welcoming. There were a couple of people that seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I asked about a product and 1 guy told me exactly where to find it. Everything was organized and inventory seemed full. Checkout was smooth and I was on my way fairly quickly.

This location was clean. The line was long but I guess that's due to a shortage of workers like every place else right now. But when I did get to the checkout lady she was very knowledgeable and helpful to my needs. I seen a few things that were a little pricey but I don't get out much and I guess that's everywhere now.

As a mobile mechanic I deal with multiple parts stores on a daily basis all across st.Louis and all surrounding areas. I ve had several issues dealing with OReilly s that won t take the time to access my account since we have a home acct.the 2 guys in this store both ray and I believe it was guy went above and beyond. They was both very pleasant and after my 6 calls to them they never changed there way of talking with me.I truly hope there bosses see there ability and professionalism and there genuine care for people having issues. I will make a point to go out of my way to use this place whenever possible. Thanks a lot for your service.

He wouldn't sell be the part I needed.Wow it must have looked funny to him. It had marks and coloring that made it look like it was returned. Now that's how you treat a customer.

Had the best price in town on items I was looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Before you buy anywhere else, check out the cost at O'Reillys first.

This used to be a great store the manager running it now is very disrespectful it does not seem to want to help the situation when you're there to spend money and most of the time already upset because something is broke on your vehicle it would be great to see nice and kind calmmanagement at a store and location as good as this one

I dont want to have to write this review but my experience with this particular location has been less than stellar, my main store that my own personal business does buisness with does a fantastic job, but the Bridgeton location is an absolute disaster, 10000000 people working there and you're lucky enough to get 1 person to help you and get in and outta the store in less that 20 mins.I do thousands of dollars worth of business with orielys every week but im questioning my Commercial Buisness now, all because of 1 employee at the bridgeton store. WARREN BATES who works behind the counter likes to deny bathroom service to older customers and tell them to go next door to the Spanish Grocery store, once they leave he likes to make fun of the customer for struggling, he should have been more careful running his mouth because that old man still had family in the store to hear him running his nasty comments, a very embarrassing situation occurred with the older gentleman which I won't get into now, long story short, this store is filled with bad mouthing employees that do not care about your buisness, they barely care about their job. Ill be contacting the district manager.Please reconsider before going to this location.
