Very welcoming when you walk in, the receptionist Katie was extremely nice and remained patient with me my entire experience even though I had gone back and forth on my service plan. The issue I have is that cost of labor seems extremely high. I had a handful of issues and managed to rack of $1,800 worth in expenses. Other than that, they really were a friendly group and I would recommend for anyone who isn't struggling financially.

These guys were great! On my way cross-country and had a noise coming from rear end under car. Pulled into NTB and they quickly identified the problem to get me on my way. They were terrific. Highly recommend them!

I just so happen to be in the area and was needing to get a new tire. They were very nice and helpful and the price were reasonable for just one tire. The wait wasn t that long either and if you need to get a tire I d recommend coming here when it s in a pitch. And they also have a warranty on tires so that s a plus.

I want to give Katie and the employees of this NTB a huge thank you. I was traveling through St Louis yesterday and had a blow out in my rental car. After stops at multiple rental locations, trying to get a different car I was directed here for a tire replacement. Katie submitted the required information, got it approved and got me back on the road as quickly as she could. She kept me updated and allowed me to make it home safely. Thank you for the customer service you demonstrated!!

I am very grateful for Jesse, Katie, and the rest of the staff at NTB off St. Charles Rock Road. They are extremely professional and it s obvious they care for their customers. I recommend everyone I know to go to this location; if it s out of the way for you, the drive is worth it. They are efficient, effective and personal. Thanks again to Jesse and Katie at NTB for all they have done for me, my team, and my customers. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Wow, these guys did a great job and helped me out a lot this weekend. I was from out of town and had a flat tire. They fixed it in a timely manner and I was on my way. They were very professional. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

Excellent! Katie took great care of us and the mechanic was amazing and fast! We were out of towners and they were so compassionate. Jamil was so quick and knowledgeable. Great job NTB!!!! Glad we can always count on you!

Where to begin, how about when I scheduled my appointment on the website including the $25 deposit for Monday at 5pm. I booked this on a Friday only to be called that Monday asking that I "cancel" or "reschedule" because they wanted to have a store meeting at that time. They even asked if I could go earlier despite me saying "No I work 730-4pm every day." So I concede and agree to Tuesday at 5pm. Mind you I already had a printed receipt with balance remaining from the site. I get there on Tuesday only to have the guy behind the counter try to upcharge me an additional $70, until I pulled out my printout that had my remaining balance. I will never go to this store again. 1)I was on the books, you don't reschedule because you decide to have a meeting, that's something you take care of either before the work day or after the work day. 2)You tried to upsell/upcharge me from my original agreed upon and documented price. And even when I try to CALMLY go over it, I'm asked to "stop yelling". Really? Stop yelling because I am calling you out for this without raising my volume? Yeah, no thanks. This store needs either a better front desk worker or better management or maybe both.

I went into the Bridgeton location and was helped bye Katie the manager. She was so polite and had the best energy in the world. She understood my needs and provided 5 star customer service. I recommend going into NTB for the best experience ever.

I went here to get my brakes done and they were able to get my car in and out. Even when the store was busy they were able to complete an oil change and tire rotation at the same time for a fraction of the cost i was estimated else where. All the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had continued concerns on my car a week or so after. When I voiced my concern the store manager did not hesitate to step in and personal test drive, diagnose, and fix the issue. Overall, I would get my car serviced here again.

Had a last minute service issue that I couldn't do after going to a parts store and being told they couldn't take care of it. I went here and they were able to accommodate me instead of going to my usual place and having to wait 5 days. The service was quick and efficient.

I brought my flat tire in to be looked at and it was a leaking valve stem that they fixed for free. He even rebalanced the wheel for me. They also got it done the same day. Jesse was awesome and i do recommend!

Don't go here. I bought new tires last July 2023. I got a nail it no one. It was a slow leak. I had to keep putting air in the tire. I go back to a different NTB than the one I bought the tires from because it was no longer there. I was charged more than the original price of the tire plus a bunch of stuff that didn't apply because I brought the tire to be fixed not the whole car. I will never go back again and I am telling everyone I know not to go here.

I was in a panic worried that I was going to have to replace four tires bc I have an AWD and a screw was in one! NTB saved me and fixed the ONE tire and had me back on the road in no time! Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment online a day before at 8am , the next day I received an email says my appointment is at 9am then I received a call at 8am from a person at the store he said we were booked for 9am the closest appointment is between 11 to 12 pm .i decided to cancel because of this issue . I think they need to be more accurate with there appointments .

I don't usually leave reviews unless I experience really great service or really bad service as I realize reviews are kind of one sided - but this is my experience with this company - and as a result I will never go back or use them again.I purchased 4 new Pirelli tires LESS than 2 years ago from NTB in Crestwood. My rear passenger tire was rotated to my front driver and I experienced shaking in my steering wheel. I took my car back to my dealership and they said this one tire is worn significantly more than others and is showing signs the belt is about to break. My alignment was good. They said I had a bad tire. So back to NTB I go. I made an 8am appointment at the Bridgeton location (30 minute drive) as all the locations closer to me have been permanently closed. I arrive early and wait until the store is open. I go in and met with the employee who seemed less that pleased to be at work on a Saturday morning.After his inspection, he determines my tire is not covered under the 65,000 manufacturer tread warranty and he says its bad cause its an alignment issue. At this point I explain this tire was just put on the front 2 days ago and my alignment has been checked and is good. I said whatever - I will just buy 2 NEW tires to be put on the back and then the best 2 of my existing tires put on the front.This guy REFUSED to sell me 2 tires. He said cause my car is 4x4 - I have to buy 4 new tires otherwise they could be liable for a mechanical issue in the rear end. I am VERY familiar with rear ends. My family owned a shop that built rear ends for race cars. I explained that I have never used my 4x4 in 130,xxx miles and I would like 2 new tires. Again he refused.Really? - they don't want to stand behind the existing bad tire I purchased from them less than 2 years ago - but he's worried about a liability that could happen? I asked him point blank - Are you refusing to sell me 2 tires? and he replied Yes. No wonder this company is doing so bad and closing stores left, right and center.The best part - on my way home - during my 30 drive - I get a call asking if I am still coming in for my 8am appointment. WOW! I've already been there and you refused me service and you don't even know that??NTB USED to be a great company. Not so much anymore. Go somewhere else. All they want to do is sell you stuff you do not need and they do not stand behind the products they sold you already. AND they refuse to sell you what you are asking for.

I went to this location to have my tires changed. They let me know that I would also need my brake pads changed and I agreed to have that done as well.After leaving, I noticed a weird clicking noise coming from the rear of my car. I called and we arranged to have them look at it to make sure nothing was amiss. I took it back to them and was called later to come pick it up and bring it back when the store manager was in as he was out of town and they wanted him to look at it because they couldn t find anything. I then arranged a third visit and brought the car as agreed.The store manager looked at my car and then called to let me know everything looked good, there was just a gap due to the type of brake pad that was creating the sound. They said they put some grease on it and that should help. I then drove to Georgia and back with my newly installed brake pads and the sound became more of a rattling/grinding sound. My husband decided to have my car rechecked at another location and they determined that the brake pads were installed upside down and, because of this, my rotors had become chewed up.I called this location and spoke to the assistant manager and was told they couldn t cover the cost of the new rotors at the other location, I would need to bring my car back to them, which I absolutely would not do at this point.I then spoke with the store manager and he told me he talked to the St. Peters location and asked that they give my husband a good deal on the new rotors that I needed due to their incompetence. I demanded at the very least, a refund for the cost of the rotors and he told me he would call me back.My husband ended up going to the Bridgeton location with the receipt from the St. Peter s location once they finished replacing the rotors and they did process the refund for that amount, which is better than nothing, HOWEVER I think that is the absolute bare minimum considering had I taken them at their word, my rear brakes could have eventually failed.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

2 days ago i looked up online tires for my truck and have a better idea at store interaction and there was 4 options available at this store. At store i got offered only one option (the 3rd most expensive one) i asked again and response was that for that size that what they could offer...So i ask for 3 time based on the web site availability and after typing every single key (LIKE this is how long it TAKES to answer your request ...) and one more time... BCZ ADDED 1 MORE OPTION ... Intention its more than clear and walked outSo, to te person that responds for NTB : how would you feel "being treated as you want to be treated policy"? Put somebody in customer serv/FOH that get you customers to return instead of walking out.

Honest and open about everything going on. They answered all of my question with transparency and didn t try to upsell. They did a fantastic job on my brakes and tires. This is why I ll always go to NTB for all my tire and braking needs!
