I am very thankful to have this Meineke close to my job as it is convenient for me drop off and pick up.I had developed a good working relationship with the previous manager Scott and look forward to a good relationship with the current manager Andy.My wife's car was serviced properly. Andy made me aware that we need some extensive exhaust work, however, I appreciated that he did not try to push the repair work on us. Our rear wiper was serviced but a few days later I found that it was partially broken and would not remain assembled over time. I try and live by honesty and would have appreciated being told upfront if the damage to the wiper was known. *By the same token, it means a lot to me that the wiper issue was corrected, without additional cost to me.

This Meineke Business has restored my faith in customer service. Shaun my mechanic and two others went far beyond the call of duty providing excellent service. I will return there to have all the work needed on my vehicle prior to returning home to Florida. Made a appointment a week in advance, just get told when my time came that they couldn't take me. They never called to let me know they had to cancel me and waited till I came for my appointment day. The guy explained, but it didn't make any sense to me. I seen a lot of cars piled in and only 1 mechanic. Not sure what was going on and he never got back with me. I will by pass them. And go to Firestone. They call back promptly if anything comes up.

I received excellent customer service & was in and out in a timely manner. Weather conditions were extremely cold outside & I was able to bring my two small children with me to wait in their heated lobby. I will definitely be back for future services.

Amazing customer service. Was there for hours but they was super nice and fun to hang out with and took their time to find out what was actually wrong with my truck's AC.Would 100% go back to them.

I would absolutely recommend. The guys were amazing and went above and beyond to explain things to me and answer my questions. I did have an appointment and still got in and out extremely fast. All of my concerns were answered/taken care of and will be coming back here for any service my car needs

Meineke is the only place I will take my car for service. In the last 3 years I have had service done on 5-6 different occasions.The employees are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest.I will continue to take my car there and highly recommend them

Very experienced and professional - they assessed my car and addressed the issue immediately. I was passing by St. Louis and had a battery issue. They immediately fixed it and assured me it was safe to drive back. I brought my daughter's car in to get an emissions test done. I asked if they could check her oil level and they said no problem, we can do that. Lonnie the mechanic asked if I was aware of any problems with the motor not sounding right or any oil leaks. I said yes, my daughter mentioned that. He said he could look at it at no charge to see if he might be able to tell what the problem might be. He did find what he thought the problem was, this was without taking the motor apart. I couldn't make that decision for my daughter if she wanted the work done, but they gave me an estimate that I was able to give to her to review. Lonnie was super great and explained things to me very clearly and even showed me on the car. Sean was the guy who greeted me at the counter when I first walked in, he was very kind, funny, and helpful. I appreciate both of these gentlemen who helped me today and just wanted to pass it along. It seems to me that they really care about you as a person and really want to please you and make you a happy customer.

This is my 2nd time coming to this location and I love it. The staff is really nice a knowledgeable and they have no problem explaining things beyond the issues going on with your car. And it s also close to my home.

Went to get a diagnosis, spent some time getting car fixed and being the nervous wreck that I am they calmed me, reassured me and even joked around, genuine guys really. I called them last minute and they were able to get in right in and complete the state inspection and ID/OD required for me to register my new car. With this I was able to complete the registration in the short time I had to get only done in.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I m new to the area and needed to get a vehicle inspected for license renewal. I tried several places who couldn t get me in for a couple of days. The Manager at Meineke was sympathetic to my needs and worked me in between appointments while I waited. He estimated how long a wait time and actually got it done quicker. The inspections were thorough and actually revealed things that will require attention in the near future. I highly recommend Meineke.

Got brake pads and rotors replaced on rav4. Great experience. Was able to get me in on short notice, gave time estimates and recommended local places I could walk while I waited. Came with ABS light on, had a quickly diagnosed and was able to be fixed within a few hours. The staff was very open and honest during the whole process. Will definitely be coming back here with any future car issues!

Im sticking with them for all my car needs. they gave my car the whole shake down like i asked. and told me everything that is wrong. Most of all i felt like family and they were on the same page as me about getting my car fixed.

These guys did a phenomenal job. Came in with no appointment on a Wednesday for an inspection and oil change. Ended up needing all 4 tires replaced and still got the car back the same day! Great work and great people.
