I am happy with the customer service and how fast my car AC car was fixed. The team here are friendly, professional and experienced. I had missed checking the discounts on their websites but the technician on request applied discounts on the final invoice . Get here if you're in the area and/or in need of car repair or maintenance.

Anytime I have a problem with my car these are the guys I see. Always polite and go out of their way to check your vehicle for any other problems as they fix it. It s an easy in and out, never had a problem with their quality either they honestly are the best firestone in this area. They earned a lifetime customer for sure.

One of the coldest days of the years, low tire pressure light came on while driving to work. The manager checked and filled all 4 tires without hesitation putting me back on the road. I've had my vehicle serviced at this location, 3-4 times now and every time it was a pleasant experience.

Great service. Dropped car off on Thursday for Friday service and they called Thursday before end of day said it was ready ahead of time. Who doesn't like that?

Unreasonable wait time. I bought 4 tires from them last year. It took almost a week to get them installed.After, I tried to use them for other services and again, there was a week wait time.Most recently, I had a slow leak in a tire (one I purchased there) and again, I was told I had to wait a week to get it fixed. Ridiculous! How am I supposed to get around? I now have to go somewhere else to get the tire fixed and pay for it even though it's under warranty. A simple tire repair, especialy one that I purchased there, shouldn't take a week!

Very combative on the phone and accused me of trying to scam them when I asked a simple question about my repair. Repair was not done properly so my question was legitimate. Basically lost a whole day of my time trying to get them to make a simple repair and still have to spend another day now taking it to another mechanic. Would not recommend using this particular location.

The department mgr was very thorough, fast and knowledgeable by informing me of optional decisions to make. I followed his suggestion as it was the fairest for the problem correction.

The customer service here is horrible, horrible, horrible! I got a flat tire 5 minutes away from this place. All I needed was for them to loosen the nuts on the tire in order for me to remove the tire. I was told that they did not have the tools to remove the nuts from the tire, which I knew was not true. So I drove not even 4 minutes to another tire place down the street from Firestone and the young men removed the flat tire, placed the spare tire on in at least 20 minutes. Firestone needs to be out of business if they do not have tools to remove a flat tire. They also need to take classes on how to treat their customers. You would think they already know how because they are older guys.

The entire staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I know my car is receiving quality service when I go to Firestone. I've been coming here for years and feel they are very honest.

The shop took great care of me and replaced two tires quickly, getting me back on the road very quickly. I was even able to schedule an appointment for an alignment and safety inspection next week (tag renewal coming up this month). Had an appointment at St Ann Firestone for inspection. Made it 2 weeks prior. Got there at at 8:45 a.m. for a 9:00 appt and was told that their machine had been down for a week. Why didn't they call me? Then he called the Firestone on Natural Bridge road to see if they could get me in. I would have been ok with waiting a couple hours.. I drove there but couldn't get me in without leaving my car there all day or overnight. Never go to Firestone again.

I ve actually never gone to this location even though it s right by my house. The only reason is because when call them I have to schedule an appointment and they are usually a week out and by that time I ve found a different place that will take me in quickly. However, every time I talk to them on the phone they are always super nice, pleasant, and professional. Which is why I m leaving this 5 star review.

The employee I worked with was rude and condescending to every customer before me as well as myself. He talked terribly about customers he had just got off the phone with and continued to say he didn't have time to fit anyone in for the next two weeks on the phone. Instead of being upfront with me about not having room to fit me in, I was told I'd just have to wait all day if I wanted my tires done. I found a bulge in my tire and went to the closest Firestone as this is a huge safety concern. I've got a local Firestone i drove an extra 30 minutes to go to, so I'll continue going there from now on.

I am a repeat customer of Firestone Bridgeton. Came there to purchase tires and they recommended I wait a couple days for a special sale. It saved me $140! They take great care of my automotive needs and explain what would be for my best interest. There are three other Fire stones that are closer to my home, however, they do not provide the same level of service and courtesy as the Bridgeton Firestone.

Excellent customer care!!! They didn't gouge me, and stayed on task where my F-250 was concerned!!! Very pleased!!! Bring your vehicle to these guys, you wont be disappointed!

Price could be more fair but the experience I had with Johnathan was good he schooled me on cars and the ins and outs . I will be back why was I even going on west florrisant to begin with? Will be back ! Loved how johnathan was honest and was able to give me some of his knowledge.

Got a flat, called and was excited they were able to get me in. Said I'd only be there about half an hour. I was there for an hour and half! Then, told me my lug nuts were swollen. Okay, charged me 5 bucks a piece! Then, go to Josts in Owensville to get the rest replaced for 1 dollar a piece and it turns out that Firestone put 4 out of 5 of the right size on, but one was bigger than the rest. Glad I didn't get stuck on the side of the highway, because there's no way I would have gotten the tire off! Not getting my business again. Most expensive flat I've ever had!

Only worried about money. Knew nothing about diesel for real. Charged me arm and leg for coolant flush and change and tried to get me to buy 3 other things i told them ahead of time not to worry about

The Service is good but felt a bit pricey . Cory, however, seemed to be an experienced mechanic and he knew what he was doing.
