Car Craft Auto Body greeted me warmly, on arrival, and kept me informed with timely updates while my vehicle was being repaired. This step, either missed or ommited by other servicers, was greatly appreciated. Barb and Linda are absolutely the best at what they do.Upon pickup, I saw a beautifully restored front-end with the paint perfectly matched, making my vehicle look brand new!I'm grateful for my experience with Car Craft Auto Body. Thank you for respecting my choice and trust in you.

I went for an insurance claim. I was in a hit and run car accident on the highway. The staff was very professional. They were understanding and accommodating. After 8 days my car was ready. The car looked great. You can't tell it was in an accident. I would recommend this place on the quality of work and professionalism of the staff.

My car was in crash and Car Craft took such great care of everything. Barb is very friendly at the front desk, she even waited for me after hours when my car was ready. Lisa walk me through the adjustment part and how they will take care of things. The email updates are very nice as well. They stand by their work with a warranty as well. My car came back repaired right and cleaned up pretty well. I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs and the extremely short turn around time. The staff was very polite and professional. After being hit by another vehicle I took my car to Car Craft Auto Body and the service I received was great. From the time my insurance company set the appointment up, I received calls about the service I would receive as well as being asked if I would need a rental. Throughout the process of my car being serviced, I received text message updates on the status of the service. When I went to pick up my car, I received great service as well as a breakdown of the work that was preformed on my vehicle. Once I got my keys and seen my little blue baby, I was in love all over again. My car looked like the first day I bought it. Also they washed and vacuumed my car out, and it smells very good. I am really impressed with the service I received and I will definitely come back if another issue presents itself. I like the fact that they did inform me of what was going on with my SUV when it was there in their shop for repairs which ended up being totaled out after being in an accident. There was nothing they could further do.

There was no communication about what the insurance company would cover. My windshield was not covered and I had no opportunity to attempt to work it out with my insurance. Once the parts arrived, the was no communication about the expected completion other than the arrival of parts. I was very clear with Car Craft about my upcoming trip and my concerns with returning the reantal. I was told it would not be a problem. Due to these failures, I was forced to return home on my 2nd day from my trip to return the rental. I was 5 hours away so I lost an entire day driving for 10 hours. I will never use your service again.

Issue 1, attention to detail: Upon picking up my car for rear panel/bumper work, you can see in the picture the bottom wasn't snapped in completely. Although minor, it shows they don't pay attention to detail all the time. What else will they "whoops" forget about? Would you want to take your Mercedes/Audi etc to a place that may forget things?Issue 2, customer satisfaction: Their text notifications relay information poorly. The last text I received before going to their shop was on Friday 6/30" Update: We are over the halfway mark! Your Toyota is 100% complete and still on target for 07/03/2017 04:00 PM. CAR CRAFT AUTO BODY Reply "STOP" to cancel. "To me, this conveys the pick up time is 7/3 @ 4p. When Monday came, nope. Car Craft states it's entirely my fault, I should have interpreted it as the car should have been picked up Friday 6/30. Since Car Craft is closed Sat&Sun I was charged for car rental sat/sun/mon out of pocket.They did call one time and left a voicemail Thursday evening stating the car was finished, nothing else as to pickup dates, so the voicemail didn't change the text message conveyed something more specific (pick up date 7/3), but inaccurate.If I ran the business, I'd be willing to pay part of the rental at least. Given the both issues, I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to this Car Craft. They can improve on attention to detail (regrettable, given their industry) and customer satisfaction.

There were some appointment discrepancies, but once everything got situated, the customer service was excellent. The repair was excellent as well. I really enjoyed the text updates while my vehicle was being repaired. Overall a great experience for an unfortunate situation.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Car craft has had my vehicle since July 27. They have no sense of urgency to get repairs done in a timely manner. The parts should have been ordered when my insurance company sent me to their shop. There is still no confirmation as to when my vehicle will be repaired. They have given me a lame excuse of it being an older vehicle. It is 7 years old!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Mom took car in for estimate on a minor cosmetic repair and they gave her this outrageous price for repair and so she got an estimate from different shop for half the price. The unbelievable part is they disassembled parts of car for estimate and because she didn't have them do repairs. they actually told her they would have to charge for reassembly.Service: Body & Trim

first time clear was pealing off leading edge of door took it back then the second time it has runs in the paint a haze or cloudy effect in the clear coat and the color dont match the rest of the truck after two times..afraid to take back cause it might turn out worse the 3rd timeService: PaintingService: Painting

This is the second time I've gotten my vehicle repaired at Car Craft. Both times my car came back with excellent repairs. Friendly customer service. I was told that my car would take two days to get it back. Rental car service was right there on the spot. But to my surprise they were able to compete the job by the end of the day. My car looked liked there never was a scratch on it. My car was washed and shining. I love this place.

So far in my experience I have been aggravated. First I want to acknowledge they have no sympathy if you are paying out pocket for a rental by pushing dates back. Im so fed up I wanna go get my car half repaired and finish it myself. The parts should have been ordered when I chose the shop. Secondly ,they keep pushing back the time like Im not renting out a rental. So obnoxious . Ill let you know if my car is fully together.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at car craft are wonderful. I have had 0 issues having two vehicles replaced there, price is easily comparable to others in the area. They are not open on the weekends, but repairs are still done in a timely manner and it is easy to get a hold of someone to check the status of your vehicle. They do NOT accept cash payments, but they clearly make you aware of this before pick up.

I dropped my car off for what was supposed to be a 4-day repair. It took around 2 weeks, I got my car back with a broken tire belt, and the employees were very disrespectful when asked about the damages.Edit: The business replied to say that I "Wasn't a customer." My repair was done under my wife's name. You'd know that if you'd reached out for any of the month my review has been up.

I ve been to this shop twice now because of two separate accidents. They have done a wonderful job both times. I got into an accident and Carcraft serviced my car. Not only did it take only 4 days to repair my car from an intense crash (someone rammed into the back of me), they cleaned the inside, had amazing customer service, and kept me up to date DAILY.I am more than amazed and cannot thank them enough. I feel my car is even better than before. Thank you all!

This company has employees that lack attention to detail and negligent about their work. I received my vehicle back from them with a crooked hood to where they should've replaced a spring to hold the hood latch, and then i took it back to get it serviced from them, and they broke my hood release handle and NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I would go to another shop and tell your insurance to drop them as carriers.

Initially I was very frustrated with my choice to take my car here because what turned into a week-long fix was now two weeks, three weeks, eventually almost a month. That is, UNTIL I called and spoke with their operations manager one day to figure out what the heck was going on. He went into great detail about why each delay occurred in a way that a non-car person could understand. He even arranged with me to come after hours to pick up my car once it was done. He was extremely professional, friendly, and I felt my car was in very good hands.

Carcraft made my repair experience streamlined and worry free. They had a rental service available at drop off and pick up. The work was exceptional as well as lifetime guaranteed. Upon picking up my jeep I stepped in to find it completely detailed!! They were polite, professional, fast, and exceptional as far as service goes. Thanks carcraft!! I'll be returning for future maintenance and any work.
