Took my 2006 Mazda tribute here 3-4 times.Couple times they were booked out a bit but what good business isn t? I got a bid from car x and a Mazda dealership on some ignition coils and big gs was able to do it for cheaper & they got it done quick. Also just had a few other things fixed for safety and emissions to pass, they did it for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Front desk is helpful & professional. Highly recommend

I started taking my cars to Big G in the spring of 2017. He's been taking care of my cars outside of the warranty, since then. He's been honest and upfront with me, from day one. On my very first visit, I thought that I was getting ready to spend at least $500, to get my car repaired. To my surprise, I only spent $120, where another mechanic told me $400 because my water pump needed to be replaced. When Geoff looked at my car, it was a minor fix. I've had three experiences, where someone was going to rip me off. Geoff is honest, his prices are reasonable and he gives his customers warranty on the work he does on your vehicle. It's worth the trip, if you live outside of his area. He just finished working on my car in December. In times like now, it's very rare that you will find someone like him.

Took my 2018 Silverado LTZ with factory 22 s on it in for a wheel alignment. It was a great experience nice people and my truck is rolling straight again. I didn t have a long wait time either so I would recommend them.

This was my first time here and it was nothing short of awesome! From the phone call I made till the time I checked out. I will forever be a customer. The work was fast and much cheaper than 2 other places I called. I loved the atmosphere, it was clean and the people were really nice.

I had a great experience at this place. I took my SUV in for an oil changed and to have brakes checked. My oil was changed and I was told that my brakes are good. You rarely find someone that s not trying to beat you.

We don't take our vehicles anywhere else. The staff at Big G are friendly and knowledgeable. They get your vehicle done quickly and their prices are reasonable. The owner is a really good guy, too. Whenever someone is having trouble with a vehicle, I always recommend Big G.

Everyone needs a mechanic they can trust and Geoff over at Big G's has the best crew of guys around. Not only are his mechanics top notch, trustworthy, and honest guys - Heidi at the front desk is as good as they come. She is almost always swamped with phone calls and customers but she handles the business with complete professionalism and speed. Been taking my vehicles to Big G's for decades and everyone I've referred to them has been impressed, not to mention relieved, to find "a mechanic they can trust"/

I found this place by my house and they were amazing. The young who took my reservation were so nice and helpful. I took my wife's car in for service because the heat/ac went out. Not only were they able to service the car really fast, but it was also affordable. Her car has been really toasty this winter, and it's all because of the great folks at Big G. They will forever get our business. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Big Gs. They run a tight ship like no car repair place I ve seen. They give fair honest pricing, accurate quotes, do a great job and get you in and out. I ve had oil changes rotors & brakes and even a new engine installed by them and have never had any issues. The most professionally run auto repair shop I ve ever been to. We will not take any of our cars elsewhere. We spent about $2000.00 to get repairs and it seems all went well. They completed the jobs in a timely fashion. My only gripe is they let my wife drive away not even checking the tire pressure which all needed air. Great customer service, friendly and most importantly honest! Asked for them to check my air filter and brakes- I feel like any other place would ve said I needed new filter and pads just bc I asked!- and they were honest and said everything was fine. Had repair work done. So far a great experience. Will keep updating based on long term quality of repair.*staff is nice and knowledgeable*seem very honest and upfront*good turnaround*facility is very clean in all visible areas, rare for most auto repair facilities.*my light colored interior was not dirty or smudged anywhere, very conscious staff. Again, rare at most auto repair facilities I've been to.....We will be returning with all 3 of our cars as needed.Thanks Geoff and Heidi, and the mechanics!

Trustworthy and honest. My front brake pads were basically gone, and had damaged My rotors a little bit. They're only replacing the front pads and rotors, but another shop In the area tried to say I needed ALL new pads, rotors, calipers and a Bleed. G's is saving me almost $350 by replacing only the essentials. And they are getting it completed same day. All I can say is, wow! I was traveling through St. Louis and picked up a screw in a trailer tire. Big G was the closest repair shop so I stopped in. They were very busy, but when I explained my situation, though all the technicians were working on other vehicles, the manager dropped what he was doing and made the repair. From the girl who dealt with the tickets, to one technician that I talked to and the manager, everyone was very friendly. If I lived in the area this would be the shop that I brought all my business to. Thank you for Big G team for making my day!

I have mostly dealt with Jeff at Big G. My friend has used them for years. I know that when I call or bring my car in for repair, that I will get excellent care. They are very professional and very affordable. Always there to answer my questions and whatever I need. Would recommend people to try them out. Jeff and his Staff are GREAT!!!

Best auto mechanic shop ever in my 43 years of driving. The very best work, most fair pricing, honest, integrity. Great staff. I've used them almost exclusively for over 15 years. Everyone I've referred there agrees.

Bad experience, long story short they are not friendly and talk a little off when you ask something! Told me my car was fixed 2 days later still dealing with same problem! Had to pay another place to repair issue right! When I went back to them about issue they where like you have something else that should have been done. The New place told me they installed my fan so close to hose it hit the hose each time putting a hole in it! Which damage it ! First time a paid over $500 next time it was like over another $400 ! My husband and son was going here as well, we will be going somewhere else for now on. We have spend so much money with them and they never offer deals for our business. It my hose was not damaged until they fixed on my car , no engine smoking until they touched it! I took it in because heat wasn t getting that hot! And brakes where not good. They told me my brakes where good. I mean they were all the way to the floor and making noise. I got them replaced at a different place! My car is so much better now a safe for my baby! This place has let its business go to their heads! I m done!

So far, I've had nothing but a good experience with Josh, Jeff and the crew. They explained my issues, we're very knowledgeable, and didn't charge me blood & limbs to fix my car. I'm satisfied with the work and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs work done.And they were fast.......geez!!

Big G Auto Service has far exceeded my expectations! Their vast knowledge, reasonable pricing, honesty, and caring attitude sold me on their service from my first visit. They came highly recommended to me so I am passing it on... I highly recommend them to my family, friends, and to you reading these reviews now. I rarely do reviews or surveys. When I receive exceptional service, it moves me to participate. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed! Note: When possible, plan ahead... they have a busy schedule!
