I'm so upset because I called this location earlier today to find out if I could get my check engine light looked at that came on in my car & the guy Terry told me I could certainly come in and get it looked at as long as I got here before 9pm. I told him that was great because I didn't get off work until 8pm and now I'm here and Avery is telling me that they don't even do that at night time! This just totally wasted my time and so unprofessional and very inconsiderate!

Went in for a battery. Least expensive one for our car is 189$. That's just ridiculous. I feel as all the parts stores are exploiting people on batteries. That same battery was 89$ not long ago. It's not a supply chain issue, it's strait ripping customers off. It's not just auto zone , oriellys is the same way.

I went earlier this week to purchase a new windshield wiper blade but I had one already but didn t know of it was the right one.Avery didn t hesitate to check it for me and put it on the while snow was coming down! He did it with a smile! He also removed the damage one and put the new one on

I gave this place a 1 because I can't put negative numbers. I went to get a starter the other night. The female raspy voice woman was rude on the phone. She priced the starter at $179. I asked is it refurbished. She asks what is that?I said, "is it used?". She screamed and said, "we don't sell used parts!" I get there. She goes in the back to get it, and another guy is assisting her, helping look for bulbs I requested. I asked him if the starter was refurbished. He said, "I'm looking for the bulbs. Isn't that what you want?" He was rude as well. I agreed. Yes, I need those, too. I advised that she said they don't sell used parts. Anyway, she had to go back and get the new starter that I wanted. I just called again and it sounds like the same raspy voice woman. Screaming on the other end. Got the price for what I need today. Hung up, called Orielly. They have the part as well. On my way to drive pass AutoZone to Orielly. Kindness goes a long way. Maybe AutoZone needs to include a lesson on kindness and customer service in orientation.

Antonio, Spencer, and AJ have helped me tremendously. They have helped me from getting every time I ve had an issue with my car all three have helped me. With true diligence getting the issue taken care of quickly. I hope these employees will be recognized for their Excellent work ethic.

The guy who waited on me- his name is Antonio.. he is the most polite person l have seen at Auto Zone. So nice l ended up spending twice what l would have spent. People like him are hard to find these days. Make him a manager or give him a raise.Excellent Job at customer service

Spencer offers the worst customer service I have ever seen. I've trusted Autozone for over 10 years and have never been treated the way I have by this employee.Spencer doesnt have a name tag, would rather argue than provide customer service, and when I went back to get his name, he said no and tried avoidiing and ignoring me till I mentioned his Managers name, which is when he finally told me.Do not waste your time. They do not care to help but instead leave you worse off than when you get there.

I like the self check out feature but guest service is not good now. First time at this location and nobody welcomed me when I walked in. 2 guys by counter were just enjoying being on their phones. Then I needed help finding something and I m just told back wall. Really hard to do add on sales or upsell if not talking to customers.

The helpful employee helped me find a cabin air filter for my vehicle, then I paid for my item.I wasn't able to put in my member phone number because he said it wasn't a high enough total before tax to get points. I thought the member thing saves receipts for you.The employee was friendly and chatted with me as I checked out.

It's was 2 gentlemen there not busy at all. No help finding the air filter and no help from the only mechanic there that would help with the free installation. One employee asked him if he could could help install it and he said he really didn't want to. Like really?!?!

Very Poor customer service, I came in on (3/26/23) with questions about a warranty on a battery I purchased I was greeted by the Store manager ( a black woman "I dont remember her name") who gave me nothing but attitude there was a long line of customers so I see she doesnt work well under pressure. I asked for my battery to be charged after coming in with a low charge she tried to tell me something was wrong with my car instead of providing service. When I asked to speak to the manager she and another employee with long braids rudely replied I am the manager there is no one else to speak with. The amount of frustration I endured was uncalled for. I am a 10 year technician and have been shoping at Autozone for years. After she took the battery and told me to return in 2 hours to pick it up, I came in and was greeted by another employee name Avery, who recovered my battery and informed me the battery was not even on the charge. No surprise the battery had a lower charge rate than when I entered and the result sticker was not marked good or bad. I really think Auto Zone needs to invest personally into better employees because this was ridiculous and an utter waste of my time.

My car died and figured it was a bad battery. Came to AutoZone and Stacey helped me out by checking it and confirmed. THEN she went above and beyond to assist in the installation of the battery, as my shoulder is injured and could not do so myself. Not a single moment did Stacey complain and even appear flustered, she WILLINGLY offered to assist me without my asking. Highly recommend you come on down and see Stacey for you car care needs, she is very informative and very helpful

Worst customer service experience ever. Manager was very rude. He didn't want to do something as simple as charge my battery. Saying all their machines were broken and it would take atleast 12 hrs for my battery to charge. Would NEVER recommend this place even for windshield wipers. They SUCK!!!!

Avoid this location at all costs. My daughter needed help with an alternator on a Friday evening. 2 guys working the counter provided horrible service, were condescending & rude. Sad that this type of service still happens to young women, esp from a national chain.

Horrible location. Parts are never in stock and will waste your time going there because their inventory is never correct. I've dealt with multiple rude and disrespectful staff workers mumbling comments under their breathe. They claim to provide free services that are never available because staff is too lazy to step outside and make up the poor excuse that their "machines aren't working." Don't even attempt to return products here because you will be considered a scammer and a thief or they don't have the funds for the return. If there is also a bigger issue and requires more professional help do not even attempt to call JASON from corporate he will never return your call. I guess it all starts with leadership. If you visit, good luck and I hope you have the day free for the wild goose chase they are about to send you on.

Blower motor on my SUV finally died. The friendly, knowledgeable sales associate quickly found me in their database as well as the part I needed to replace. To my surprise and delight, he gave me great pricing. I even found reasonably priced wiper blades and a beautiful American flag motif sun visor for my dash to keep the heat down this summer. I'll be back for the deals and accessories in the future.

Worker saw me drive up a few minutes before closing and proceeded to lock the doors. I just wanted to ask if they carried something I needed. With employees and establishments like this demonstrating such poor willingness to provide service and meet customers demands it s no wonder retail is tanking while online vendors without brick and mortar stores are taking over.

Been here a million times always super helpful. Tonight When I came in I bought a battery my car died in the parking lot. I have 2 kids by myself and simply asked the guy to either put the battery in or give me a jump. He said we don't do that here. Never wasting a dollar at this establishment ever again.

The two men that were working the day of my visit were absolutely awesome. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and willing help. I didn't catch the first person's name, but the other is David. Thank you both for the outstanding customer service! Greatly appreciated.

Bad costumer service. Hang up the phone on you if you didn t confirm the order. Very rude. If you ask many questions they will raise their voices. The new manager is not professional at all, who dose hang up the phone on a customer just because you didn t confirm the order

Multiple people standing waiting to buy products while the manager has to argue with different customers, each returning failed items. So even though there are two other employees, the manager has to deal with this. Fine we ll wait, oh wait... He has some long drawn out speech for customer while we all wait. This store must be in an area that has high traffic because there is no way this manager could run an store efficiently, and would be fired at any challenging store.
