Hail storm destroyed front and rear glass of my 2001 camry. Auto Glass Now was able to order both front and rear glass same day and scheduled 3 days later. Friendly staff and very smooth experience. Quality work and a very reasonable price. Will return for any future glass needs.

They were able to quickly get me in however they informed me after I already dropped off my vehicle that one piece of glass would not be available for a few days. They replaced the windshield and forgot to put the rubber back around it. When I called they told me there isn t supposed to be rubber. I sent pictures and they confirmed they would take care of it when I come back for the other piece of glass. The vent glass I ended up waiting on & receiving has imperfections, does not match the factory glass stenciling color & pattern, and is sticking out too far. I have yet to receive a resolution.

Supreme great job done at the shop for. But I was told a different price over the phone I asked over and over is this the total of everything with installation she said yes .the did the great job of installing it but the price was $200 more than what I was told I informed clerk about that she said ooh yeah they do that all the time tell people the wrong price. If you are informed of that already that should be the first conversation you have with your customer before u do the job. Thank god I had enough money on me. She said sir oh well. Not that I think she was rude they just didn t handle that correctly

I took my car for a new windshield on 3-13-24, and I have to say the service was fast, efficient and friendly. The customer service was beyond stellar. The shop is so clean and orderly, a very professional place of business. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else in the future but here! And the prices are so reasonable! Thank you for making my experience effortless!!!

Good location and fast service. I was able to shop at walmart while waiting for my repair. Repairman, Brandon was courteous and efficient. Saved stickers I needed and cleaned up most of the debris from the replacement. Happy I chose them!

They were very professional & worked fast & efficiently. They were done with my windshield for my truck in less than 1.5 hours. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have taken to this business for windshield replacement. Their prices are very reasonable. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshields along with a 3 month free chip repair. My Cadillac truck windshield was $298 after taxes. I have been pleased with their service.

I was impressed with the service and quality of the installation. My window was busted by a dropped rock. Long story short, I was in and out in 2 hours or less. They have a first come first served service style. It works for me because I was there at opening time. Least expensive option and better than waiting for that other company to fit me in. They did a great job when they finally got me in. The people on the phone said I have a reservation at 10:00 am. I get there at 9:55ish. They said they will be right with me and to wait in my car. 10:45 rolls around and i go check. They said that they do not take reservations and it is first come first server which I would have been ok with if the phone person told me that. The person at the store said they keep telling the people on the phone that they do not take reservation. tThere is some kind of disconnect somewhere in this company somewhere.

Price was reasonable. Wait time was long. Customer service was average. The window repair wasnt 100%. Left a part of the plastic frame out on one side of windshield frame that helps secure the window at the edges.

Outstanding! I was in and out. I didn t know about these guys but safe light couldn t get me in for a few days. These guys came recommended by my auto repair shop. They were just as good as safe light and half as expensive. Again, outstanding!

Service was wonderful . They told me that it would take 2 hours and it only took about 1 hour. Everyone was super nice, from the receptionist to the mechanics. They even changed my windshield wipers for me which was not apart of the service and not required . If I absolutely had to point out a flaw or issue with Auto glass now, it d be the upkeep of their waiting area. It s very cold and a bit messy. It s an area that s apart of the garages it appears. And there s a little heater within the area that can supply warmth to maybe one or two people. I do recommend getting picked up or leaving by other means while waiting for your car to be done. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone that has issues with their windshield.

Initially, the Welcome and Communication was great. Unfortunately, the day of the appointment I didn't learn of the delivery was not available, until I called to make sure the appointment was as planned.Next, I asked about the promotions that I saw advertised, up to 50% off, and was responded to very abruptly that I wasn't eligible, and the reason didn't make sense.In conclusion, the glass was replaced in great order, but the broken glass was still present, (Inside and Outside) which told me as a consumer, I really wasn't appreciated.

People who made appointment was very nice, my appointment I waited 45 minutes, not good, replacement of windshield was done great and Bryan was great as waiting room was in basement. The steps i could not due. Stairs leading down to go to waiting area. Bryan drove me around to back and came back to pick me up to finish payment. TheOnly inconvenience was no waiting room in upper level. Otherwise all was great.

Does this location offer the best price for a windshield replacement? Yes, it does. Is there a reason for that? Yes.Don t go here unless the price point is super important to you. Waiting area is sketchy, small, and uninsulated. You can t leave. You can t see your car being worked on and must rely on very infrequent and inaccurate updates.I was told an hour left . Over an hour later I was told 20 minutes left. 45 minutes later I called the front desk *from the waiting area* to see what was taking so long and was told 15 minutes . I was then told my car was done 2 minutes later. (Total wait was a little over 3 hours)The job was done. Seems to be done well. Thank goodness.But the mixture of a bad waiting experience, no information, and inconsistent narratives I was told, plus them informing me their work would not be covered by any warranty it was not worth the $20 I saved not going to Safelite (coupons are very easy to come by for other locations that will get you nearly the same price point).Steer clear unless you are really strapped for cash and really need the extra little savings.

It would be 5 stars but 1 thing could have been done more professionally. My back window was blown out by hail so I taped a trash bag to it. The tech who removed the tape did so in a manor where it looks like it was torn wildy instead of carefully removed. I know they didn t put the tape on the car but the way it was removed was just insulting. Please in the future take more care in the removal of the tape. It s not like I wanted it to be there and for $400 I would think removing tape carefully shouldn t be a rough ask.

My car was the victim of a neighborhood shooting. I called Auto glass now as soon as they opened. They had 2 gentleman come out to my work within a couple of hours. They had both windows in within 40 minutes. They are reasonably priced. They even were able to bend out the frame so my window could roll up and down. I was worried about that Thank you!

Fast and professional service my window was cheaper here than any other glass place I contacted. I will definitely come back but hopefully I won't have to. My window was bussed out the day before Christmas Eve and they got me an appointment the day after Christmas. I liked that as well I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Excellent service. I was very pleased and I didn t have to wait long at all. I called on Tuesday to get a quote and took a few days to decide but when I called back it was the exact same quote. Thankful!!!

It was a very good experience. The technician was Brandon. Very professional, talk his ears off as he went about his work. This guy didn't miss a beat. Went about his work and conversate with me as if we were old friends. I have a 74 Monte and a 87 chev suburban. They can replace them both when no one else can find them.

4Runner had a blown out back windshield. AutoGlass was able to get us in and out same day! Great service, quick installation, no messes inside in the car, and affordable! Highly recommend.

The shop was very busy however they seemed to have kept charging hard and got through the backlogMy appointment was for 2pm with backlog they were not able to get to it until 3pmStaff was very courteous and I think the installer did a nice job with the installation!!

Went in for front windshield replacement. Cheapest I could find around and did a great job on it. Said it'd take about 1hr but it took a tad longer. Overall good quality work for the price.

To start, I was waiting with see my forever to be seen in the first place. Then, when I finally was taken care of, come to my surprise, I come out to my car and a big chunk of paint is missing from my back rear side door. Right where they were working, now I have to get all of that repaired on my own dime. I am completely devastated over the outcome of this supposed to be repaired for my window. Do not come here if you want good customer service and quality work done....UPDATE: After my review the office reached out and asked me for more information including pictures and a copy of the receipt 06/13/23 I promptly responded with the information they needed to rectify the situation and have yet to hear back.10/03/23 still no response!Service: Auto side window replacement
