All star dodges a bunch of crooks when I brought my car there for a diagnostic. I walked into a nightmare. I work with PJ, George, Jen, and Chris.I drop my vehicle off because it was leaking fluids and making some really bad noises. George called me and explained that he heard the noises he indicated I needed a new radiator, but he needed to do a tear down to get a complete diagnosis and that was gonna be $1000 and I okayed it because I wanted my 2018 jeep grand Cherokee, Candy to be fixed right. Well, needless to say, I deafly brought it to the wrong place. After sending an invoice to my warranty co for $20,000 in which my warranty company denied but they did approve the radiator and camshaft and lifters no new engine. When I went to see candy, she just had the top of the engine taken off where I can see the camshaft these three round cylinders. asked, I said they could not repair the camshaft and lifters without installing a new engine because it was warped.From there I asked all-star not to do any additional work to my vehicle. This was a Friday when I told him this, the following Monday, PJ calls and tells me my radiator has been installed. I explained to him immediately that I did not authorize that the next day George calls and tells me it s OK the warranty company pay for it. I pacifically asked him not to do any additional work after I got an invoice for $12,000. . Then Jen called me yelling at me over the phone, telling me that she was not gonna take the radiator off of my bill The deductible anyway. The conversation with Jen got so spicy I had to disconnect the call after I repeatedly asked her to calm down. She was yelling at me like I gave her a bill for $12,000! And after playing hide and seek with them because they did not answer the phone, I finally got to Chris who fixed my bill to what I expected it to be. Now I remember all I did was took off the top of the motor my time and change my belt. All that was still on when the diagnosis was complete and I asked them not to do any additional work, can anyone please tell me why did they completely take my engine apart into a 5000 piece puzzle. I truly believe they were trying to cover up the fact that I did not need a new engine and they were just trying to scam me out of $12,000. They knew I was gonna take it to another licensed mechanic, so I guess they want to hide their lies. Do not. I repeat do not take your vehicle to All Star Dodge for any repairs not even for an oil change because you may need a new engine to for $9000. My reply: first, I never authorized you guys to put the radiator on after being informed of the cost. I denied all repairs !! You guys made the mistake of putting the radiator on. But that still doesn t explain why my engine was taken apart in this many pieces AFTER the diagnosis had been made. We already knew what was wrong with Candy, already sent an invoice to my warranty company. There was no reason to take anything else apart.My warranty company paid for the radiator that I asked not to be installed. The deductible you say you saved me, wouldn t have been a factor if warranty company had not been used especially since I never authorized any repairs. Also warranty company did approve more than the radiator. The MECHANIC said they DID NOT KNOW HOW to put my motor back together Using the approved repairs from my warranty company.As I tell my story about my experiences, there more and more people are commenting about very similar experiences at this place. This was my first and last time I will go to a ALLSTAR DODGE JeepThis place is filled with crooks and scammers, and when you try to complain, they will yell back at you.- George is an advisor. He is one of the biggest crooks.-Jen I guess is a supervisor, she is George s partner in the scam.- PJ also an advisor fail to read notes before approving work.you guys are paid $2200 to help my candy but instead she leaves they are worse than she was, when she arrived

Carla W. is my go to when I need to get my Jeep in for service! She is always upbeat and helpful with getting me in as quickly as she can when it s warranted. Carla has amazing customer service and treats her Jeepers like family! She goes above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns I bring up. Carla s response time and quick follow up is unmatched compared to other dealerships. She is amazing and MOPAR Mama is her absolute calling! A huge thank you to Carla and her All Star team for being outstanding and by far the best Jeep dealership where you know you re in good hands! The techs are also quick with getting my Jeep on the rack and to diagnose any issues I have had. The parts delivery time is quicker than the dealer I have had service in the past! I can t forget to mention All Star also has their own Jeep service building that is top notch and provides an upscale experience while waiting for your Jeep!

Majdi our salesman and Dan in financing were awesome! Nick the GM was friendly and helpful. Easily the best car buying experience we've had and we buy at least every 3 years so we've had a few. Lol Jordan needs an attitude adjustment but we're not letting that get in the way of a 5 star review. We love our new Charger!!

We had an excellent long-distance buying experience with Majdi and his manager, David. We purchased a 24-yr.-old Mercedes C280 to add to our service loaner fleet. From the get-go, Maj went beyond the call of duty, providing us with very informative videos, including one of the undercarriage with the car on a lift, so we could get clearly see that rust was a non-issue despite the age of the car. He even sent us a 2-man video of the car driving down the highway! We felt very comfortable making the purchase. The car arrived a few days ago and the overall condition was even better than we expected. If Maj and David were so thorough in selling an $8,000 car to a Mercedes service shop 800 miles away, I feel like they'll take good care of you buying a new or used car! Thank you!

From the moment I walked into the door, I was taken care of. Everyone was nice and courteous, which is big for me. DJ was absolutely amazing! He took his time and explained things to me, he listened to my concerns, and didn t make me feel rushed or pressured. He got me into the car I wanted and even went a step farther and got things I was unhappy about on my car scheduled to be corrected! All Star made this the best (and fastest ) car buying experience I ve ever had.

I was taking my car here for routine oil changes. Everything was great until oil change 3. I guess they noticed I came in by myself and thought I was ignorant to cars. Anyways, they said my break was touching the floor it s not safe . I told them they must have did it because my brakes were perfect. They proceeded to charge my $300 for that. Here recently I needed a new starter and blower for my car but wanted a diagnosis done just to be sure that was the only problem. They proceeded to hand me a $4000 bill. They wanted to charge me for a new radiator, new brakes, a brake flush, and more. Some of the issues I saw did not add up so I asked thorough questions about it and nobody could give me an explanation. I took my car to 3 other places and they all said the same thing. I only needed a new starter and my brakes and radiator are in perfect condition. They are GREEDY and try to scam you.

My family and I were extremely fortunate to have the pleasure of dealing with DJ at All Star last week. We are from out of state, and we were traveling to STL for Spring Break to visit family. Unfortunately, we had major car troubles on the way there.Once in STL, we started looking at replacement vehicles as we didn't know if we could trust ours to get us back home which was 12+ hours away. We also were definitely NOT in the market for a new (well new to us) car, but we found a Toyota 4Runner in All Star's used inventory and decided to take a look at it.At All Star, we lucked out in getting DJ as our salesperson. He was honest, personable, and genuine. While finalizing our deal, we got to know him and were both extremely impressed with his work ethic and integrity. I can honestly say that he was the reason we drove out of All Star with the new 4Runner. We dealt with Landon when purchasing our vehicle. Very inexperienced. Didn t know what he was doing. We bought a certified used grand Cherokee. Only one key was available to take home. We were told the other was locked up in an office not accessible on the weekend. So they would mail it. Over a month later - no second key we were promised. Multiple emails. Sales manager was CCed on beginning emails but the other day said it s the first he s heard of the issue. Being given promises to get a call back but no one ever calls back we have to call. Bottom line is we were lied to. Given the run around. They want to put it on us to use the key warranty WHEN THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING A SECOND KEY THEY WOULD MAIL US. We shouldn t have to use our key warranty and report it as lost!!! This behavior is super unprofessional. No one is being held accountable. No one will fix the issue or call us back. This is not how you do business with people. Very very dishonest. And Landon is completely unqualified as a sales representative and his managers won t hold him accountable or appropriately resolve the situation.

Travis did a phenomenal job. He was friendly, honest, informed, and compassionate. He helped me navigate the process of trading in a new vehicle. He provided me with accurate information to make an informed decision. I felt empowered, informed, and confident in my choices. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership! It usually seems like car dealerships try to manipulate women when unaccompanied or take forever with the process. This was not my experience at all. I never imagined the car buying experience could be so straightforward. I highly recommend them!

If I could put zero stars I would. The greed has got this dealership. They will just try to get more and more money out of you. Each person gave me a different price and then blamed it on the salesman being new. They promised to give me a better rate if I financed through them and proceded to give me a rate $1000 higher after running my credit multiple times. We were hung up on and screamed at by David over the phone. We came back in, in hopes to get better service and asked for a general manager and told them that we were treated poorly by David and the general manager still sent David out to handle it because he couldn t make time for the situation. Once we finally got the general manager we showed him in writing the price that was first promised to purchase the vehicle and he basically told us he didn t have time for us. We weren t wanting a discount, we just wanted to be treated fairly and get the price that was first promised. This place will talk down to you about the other associates, take advantage of young woman and trying to scam you for more money.

His knowledge of his line of work and specifically Ram trucks was amazing. His personality was great and best of all i felt no pressure when debating on my purchase. Update 04-05-24:Got a phone call from Renell about 3 weeks ago asking if I called in (I didn't) about something. I took the opportunity to mention that I was still waiting to make an appointment to get the window tint fixed. Was told they'd speak with someone to set it up and get back to me. Still haven't heard anything.Update 02-09-24:We paid $100 to have the windows tinted when we bought the car. When we received the car there were some large bubbles in the tint. Waited a few days to see if they would go away and all did but one which turned into a blemish in the tint. We've tried several times to coordinate getting the car back up there to have the tint replaced and it seems at this point we've just been forgotten 2 months later.Top notch service from the time we arrived til the deal was complete. Very smooth process. Never felt overly pressured or like an inconvenience. Everyone makes you feel welcome and that your needs are important to them. David Le who is the general sales manager welcomed us immediately and was sure to check in periodically throughout the entire process. He was always looking to provide the best hospitality while we waited and it was much appreciated.Renell Couzart was our product specialist and was a real delight to work with. Renell is excellent at communicating and really good at listening to get you exactly what you want. You can tell that Renell cares and is extremely sensitive to your needs. It's nice to feel appreciated, especially during a process that can be quite stressful at timesThe vehicle we purchased was new on the lot and in for service during our first visit. While we waited for the vehicle to be serviced, Renell kept us updated daily with the assistance of Jen Becker who is the service advisor. This really helped give us peace of mind as we stood by.The work that was done ended up being pretty comprehensive, but you'd never know it unless told (in a good way). The vehicle performs just like a brand new vehicle after the work and that's largely due to the technical expertise of Pat DeClue (Service Technician) who did the work, and Chris Brewer (Service Dispatcher).Last but not least, our Finance Manager Ken Frederick was air tight in securing us the best rates and the best warranty package for our particular circumstance. He only aimed to provide us with suggestions that were beneficial and not overkill. In the end Ken was able to give us a very comprehensive warranty package at a very reasonable price. Which is actually priceless for the peace of mind in the years to come.Highly recommend this group if you're looking for fair pricing, respect, and a quick turnaround. Hopefully they can meet your needs like they did ours.

We had the absolute best experience at All Star. I had been working with my usual dealership, but spotted a way better price deal at All Star. My dealership couldn t match the price so we reached out to Sales Manager Travis at All Star who answered my gazillion questions. We set up a time to come in to check out a new Grand Cherokee. Travis had been very knowledgeable and super responsive when we were texting so I was a bit leary when we showed up and he introduced us to 20 year old salesman Landon Vance. No worries because Landon was awesome!! He was super knowledgeable himself and had answers for all our concerns. He explained all the new (to me) tech stuff in a simple way (without sounding condescending or making me feel like an idiot). Then we were sent over to Dan (hopefully remembering that right). He got us a rate over half a point lower than what our usual dealership could offer. Not sure how the All Star team is able to make deals that save you thousands over other local dealers, but they do! If you are in the market stop by or call Landon Vance (or Sales mgr Travis) at All Star!!
