Very friendly and help with windshield wipers, even installed them. Needless to say $42 dollars and someone slammed into my parked car the same night and totaled my Suv. Wasted money.

Kayla was super helpful and friendly. I shop here occasionally but this happened to be the only place I could buy the replacement bulbs for my 1999 accord climate control module. The wording on the website was a little confusing but im not gonna get bent oout of shape over a word or two. Friendly service and a nice polite conversation and didn t try to upscale me on stuff I didn t need A++++ above and beyond service

You'd think walking in just to pick up a package would be quick when there are no other customers in the store and 2 people behind the counter but apparently not. Already annoyed that my package wasn't delivered to my address and I'm standing there staring at my phone and the second guy behind the counter can't bother to offer help instead when the first guy is "finishing what he's doing." Only posting the two star review because I had plenty of time to write it. It's pretty easy to have some courtesy for your customers especially since you have customers that are unhappy with having to come in there in the first place.

My husband and I had the best experience, when we had a flat tire, and went to Advance Auto Zone. Kayla and Mikey were the associates working at the time. They were extremely helpful and thoughtful. If you want excellence service, we would recommend you go there when those two work. They are very knowledgeable about what they do as well. Thank you for your hard work.

My daughter ordered stuff on the internet using a gift card she received for the holidays. This is a pick up spot for UPS. The older employee that works there at night was extremely rude. Not only would he not let me and my 13yr old daughter pick up her packages he was extremely rude showing no empathy. He just kept saying she needs a photo id with a harsh attitude. At this point I wouldn t bring my business here if I were in the need of auto parts. I will also let everyone I know of the service we were provided. There is too much competition around with friendly service. This man needs to retire or quit as he comes off as hateful.

My husband and I just left. We went in the buy a rebuild kit for my husband's mustang. Laura that associate who help was very rude, snotty, and rushing my husband. He was asking for prices so he could price check and look further into it. My husband asked her to look up one more then. Same part different vehicle. Because he has had IN THE PAST the part be a little cheaper. She informed him "well I've been doing this for 10 years. So I know." Okay that's wonderful except my husband has been actually working on vehicles for 25 years. And was only trying to find a little but cheaper price. Her costumer service was AWEFUL!!!!

I came here after getting attitude from the manager at autozone at 12151 st charles rock road about a simple battery test and charge. Kayla was most helpful knowledgable and friendly! I didnt even mind the 40 minute wait for my battery to charge. would rate 12/10 for her and her coworkers today!

There Commercial side is Top Notch. I haven't been to the store personally but deal with them almost daily on the Delivery side. Quick, Reliable , and Very easy to work with . Thanks Ricky, your Team Rocks

If I could only give no stars. Part was bought and installed the rack and pinion was defective and almost crash and could have killed my youngest driver. Returned the part and was provided the labor receipt that Advance said would be given back. Here I am 6 weeks later still no money and the general and regional managers will not call back. I will be starting a facebook campaign and will let all of your commercial parts buyers know you don't repay your labor bills when you sell defective parts. I have also contacted my chamber of commerce I am involved in and we will start walking your store front with signs saying don't buy parts here defective parts are ignored.

Refused a return for a product I purchased an hour ago and never used. Had receipt showing it was purchased an hour ago, clearly never used, yet the manager did not accept the return.

Their website says open until 7 I get there at 630 and on the door it says closes at 5 maybe you should either stay open until the time on your website or change the website
