I believe Young's Glass is a great example of how a professional business should operate.I recently called to inquire about some repair work on the screen door of my RV (beagle's nose versus screen...screen always loses). The receptionist was very polite, and referred me to someone who could assist me. Jason (#2) talked to me about what I wanted, and after I sent him some photos, he said he would come up with a plan.Even though I did the initial measurements, Jason came out to my location (on Friday) to check on them and assess the situation personally. Within a couple of days, he came back to complete the job.The finished job is great, and the cost was more than reasonable. He even spent a few minutes petting Barney (the beagle who instigated the situation).When a business and it's staff take this much care to ensure the satisfaction of their customers, you know you chose the right place. Anyone needing glass replacement or door repair should give this business a call. RVers need to remember this place too. You won't be disappointed.

Did a nice job on piece of glass, fella workin the day we went in wasnt much of a customer service guy. Grumpy, made my elderly mother feel like she was inconveniencing him.waited a week called toncheck on project nobanswer no return call we went in to pick up piece and take somewhere else to find it was done and no one notified her. Would not recommend them when there are plentybof other lical shops to take it to.

On 6-20-2016 we had glass installed in our daughters car and paid with a credit card. On 2-16-2017 they contacted us wanting proof we paid the bill. They had no record of payment. I am glad we paid by credit card. They did a good job on the glass, but it is insulting to be contacted 8 months later about a paid bill. Keep your receipt people.

Called to enquire about making a glass top for my desk. He took the deminisions down and told me it would be ready by Friday. Didn't even have to pay in advance.
